10 Things to STOP Doing in the Morning to Have a Better Day!

ourselves and setting us up for failure and nobody wants that so today i'm going to be going over the most common habits you may be doing in the morning that you just want to avoid and replace with promise bad morning habit number one is hitting that snooze button i know it is so tempting but let's be real okay when you hit that button and you try to sleep for an extra 10 20 minutes you're not really sleeping you're just delaying the inevitable and you're setting your morning off on the wrong start so what are the most powerful things you could do break up with the snooze button it's not you it's me you know what it is you you're toxic what i used to do was set an alarm clock away from my bed that would force me to get out of bed to turn it off now what i do is i use this sunrise alarm clock that wakes me up naturally and gradually over 20 minutes it's just such a more pleasant way to wake up next habit to avoid and i know most of us are probably guilty of this is starting
