"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enwhat is up 1320 fans are here at fl 2k in bradenton florida there's a couple badass viper shops here one of them is right behind me nth moto they're all the way from minnesota but they built some badass stuff they brought a car down called the juggernaut and it's a monster we're gonna talk to aaron about the car figure out what they're planning to do this weekend how are we doing good how are you not bad not bad at all when i saw this thing go up on facebook was it like a few days ago what was it i think so yeah you guys put it with how would it do on the dyno uh 3103 to the wheels 2400 torque i know we talked to tx2k but it was fresh then what is the setup on the car what have you guys changed since tx2k what are we looking at here well um so this is what we actually call juggernaut for those that don't know it's a uh it's a 2001 viper with a gen 5 so 2013 and up driveline it really hasn't changed very much since march when we uh we tried to debut it out at texas 2k and then that became the whole tire gate and d.o.t and all that jazz um is it still irs in the background yeah it is it's full iris okay um that's uh you know there's so many classes now have these stipulations of stock suspension or stock style suspension well even though i mean that definitely caters well to certain chassis than others for us we're just stuck it's an irs car and it is what it is it's all tubular control arms that we've done for it and taking the best approach that we can to make it hook down low but uh more so a weight distribution game you know a common misconception about the viper as a platform in general for those that it has this like axe murderer uh notoriety you know of like it just wants to kill you but yeah they're they're a really good chassis i mean they're well they were hugely successful in endurance racing did 24 hour lamar did all that different stuff but the entire engine even though it's large is entirely behind the front uh strut tower layout so it's almost like a mid-engine car so it does not have a lot of fun it doesn't have a lot of front weight bias to it and without doing the turbos out the hood and exhaust all over the place and all that ridiculous i shouldn't say ridiculousness it's just without doing those types of extreme levels of things we wanted to still kind of look stock and be cool um hence the full exhaust out the back you know five inch aluminum exhaust all the way through the rear irs cradle yeah that impresses me a lot five inch all the way out there it was a terrible idea like once it was done it was awesome but getting through it was oh yeah i mean we even built the trunk and the water tank layout to have room for bags and stuff oh yeah duffel bags in the back back there i haven't i don't know like so is race gear is back here right now but did you actually look like the water tank itself is actually built into the floor of the car and so there's actually still a ton of truck space back there so idea for the car this weekend personal best not quite a six or just go rounds what are you looking to do out of the car i mean all that sounds great right right ideally if we could get it to go six and go around sure would be a personal best it'd be a fun race and yeah you'd get the six um i think right now we've gotten it into the low the very low sevens at this point i think if we could keep that as a consistent working car like that and uh try to go racing i mean look going for the the hail mary pass or the glory hit is straight but that's not the ultimate goal behind you want to get the car to be consistent yeah we want to have a race car we want to go have fun at races not just uh you know put the personal best on a social media page and like high five ourselves like that's great too but we want to be out at the race having fun right so well i love this car good luck this weekend thank you i know you don't really have a you probably have a goal but you don't want everyone you don't want to come out and say we're going to do sixes i get that i get that i'm not that foolish good luck yeah good good success thanks that's i think that's like that's positive encouragement yes but very much so potentially irresponsibly i don't know all right well good luck uh we'll see you up in the lane sounds good thank you absolutely oh 7 17. his fastest pass in the car is 7 16. so he's this close to a personal best and 208 off the trailer hell yeah i think that'll work as a qualifier i'm not upset about it yeah your personal best in the car is the 7 16. yeah and usually the 717 off the trailer no testing nothing that's pretty good i think that's pretty damn good how'd it feel oh great went a to b really smooth everything worked like it should but i was very because the car just went like it like you've been testing for weeks with it i was like that's not true no i but it looked i was like it looked it just looked so effortless man they they really just put together another car that works just flat out works you haven't you have the acr that they built as well so you're a repeat customer yeah that's how happy you are yeah they built my uh roughly 2000 repair acr yeah and we put twenty thousand miles on yeah so instead of making that into a race car we just built a race there you go well congrats on the past are you gonna do another qualifier are you gonna be ah honestly man i think i'm good with that i would be i think it qualified unless you want more seat time with it whatever but anyway congrats on the pass it's good to see you back here i was talking aaron earlier it's good to see the car here thanks man i love the fricking car and uh hey we'd love to race we're just happy we can race here at fl 2k there you go fantastic yeah man it's uh so far this has been a pretty phenomenal event they've ran it pretty great uh we're excited to be here that's some radical skedaddle in there it works doesn't it oh yeah all right all right builders happy drivers have yeah man we'll see you guys tomorrow yes sir all right call your shot what are you doing i'd be happy with a 17 and 200 plus you know personal best this time just trying to go a to b get ready for the show okay good luck to you man thank you he said i'd be happy with a 17 at 200 plus that's exactly what he just frickin did you know what you just put a shirt on no you're fine no you're good do you know what you told me before you went i wanted a 17 and 200 plus yeah that's literally exactly what you did yeah it went pretty good do you have just like a let me do a 17 button is that you got air we do not have just a magical 17 tuna it kind of seems like it because you called your shot like maybe it would have went faster i'm just a bad driver uh that could have been it i've seen you drive you're definitely pretty bad at it they feel good and everything everything's good dude felt great went a to b super solid no hiccups no burps no nothing why are you sitting in your class right now i have no idea i was gonna ask you i don't know i would think second i would think top ten i think i would hope so second your second right now you're second right now there you go i just found out well congrats that was a good pass thanks man are we are we gonna crank it up a little bit tomorrow we'll see uh the goal is to go rounds and see how it goes as eliminations go all right well we'll see you tomorrow then man thank you sir oh yeah i honestly don't know if it's uh more cool or kind of creepy but he called a shot that exactly like some people i would do like a like an 8-2 or something like that and then do like 8 29 they did it he said i want to do like a 17 at 200 plus well he did a 7 17 at 209 or 208 it's pretty good so he'll be back tomorrow he's second in class right now eliminations are tomorrow and we can see how many rounds this thing can go and uh maybe he can win the class i don't know the car's been really consistent he's ran it twice since he's been here florida well twice since the event started and both of them were 17 so pretty consistent this is so cool to look at at night sweet so what all what does all this do are they anything we want it just connects through the steering shaft yep that's pretty sick at night it looks so badass the whole is like christmas tree it's been so impressive to watch this thing run it's just like thanks man we've been uh flat and smooth the whole weekend we've been uh what 16 17 18 17 17. you the rx7 and gary white are like right there yeah holy crap we'll see if we can keep doing it i don't want to change it yep working good lucky first round thank you sir 721 180 he let off a little early but uh moving on to the second round well it's kind of 721 but it broke the drive shaft that's exciting oh drive shaft yeah yeah we don't have don't have another one so it could have been way worse oh it could have been for sure did its job and uh let's say you have this brand of low low seven passes what an impressive weekend crap yeah i mean i mean it was literally one thousandth off at the thousand foot like it would have gone like a like a 13 or something like that so we're kind of keeping the bracket game going which is cool it's kind of right where we thought it would be so it's it's treated us really well mechanically since dv back in march so yeah i mean i can't get mad at it you know it's a nearly 4 000 pound car trying to go low 120 60s and yeah not not the easiest car to make go not the easiest thing on driveline parts so so beautiful though good that's great the cars you guys builder literally works hard like oh thank you man well we got a kick ass team and everybody everybody takes it so seriously we wanted to we want people to i don't know get the same level of enjoyment as we do building it that's why we're so lucky to have customers that let us do this kind of show it off yeah and i appreciate it you know so it's pretty fantastic congrats on a great weekend we'll be seeing it again soon oh yeah you\n"
