The Formation of the Lone Wolves Company: A New Era Begins

It is the second day since the lone wolves company was formed, and today will mark their first battle. The contract is slightly mysterious, as citizens of Nuakai are disappearing, and even search dogs have been acting strange. Mark Off, the steward, has chosen to give the responsibility to the company to solve the mystery. A team of seven men make up the firm grip, consisting of Conrad, Heinrich, Mandred, Wiggled, Selm, and Till of the Firm Grip.

The Company Sets Out

The company sets four men in the front row and three in the back, sending them to the wooden watchtower outside of Nuakai. The night becomes alive, with darkness everywhere. Conrad tells his team that it's okay to stay at the watchtower without doing anything, but they must make groups and search for tracks and other clues. Wiggled, however, advises caution, saying "we don't know what kind of beast is taking those people so it's better to stay here to see what is waiting and then make our move."

The Beast Attacks

Suddenly, a group of foul creatures has not one but many beasts attack the company. It is dark, and they find it difficult to see what's attacking them. They try their best to defend themselves, with Till of the Firm Grip commanding from the back. However, he sees the front line is quickly outnumbered and moves forward to help his brothers. The group finds out that a group of Knoxville vampires is already within striking distance to the company's front line.

The Battle Rages On

The enemy makes a half-hazard wedge-type formation, moving forward fast. One Naxar severely attacks Enzelm, Anselm can't withstand the damage and dies. Hakkon stands beside him, grabbing his knife and stabbing one of the vampires. He then pierces the beast's target, piercing the leader. Conrad notices the broken link in the front line fills in just behind the fallen end zone to cover the area. Heinrich quickly goes beside him, firing a bolt towards the leader.

The Counter-Attack

Knock Noxzema cries out in pain as Heinrich finds his mark. Manfred makes a shield wall and readies himself for the counter-attack. Manfred would typically shy away from the action but has no choice and finds his inner strength to fight for his new brothers. Till flanks the front line, forming into a spear wall, two more Knoxville vampires advanced to the front.

The Fight Becomes Insane

Till thrusts with the spear, but misses the target and this allows the vampires to come forward from the back of the wedge formation and join the fight. The fight becomes insane, with knock-knock back knock knock back then suddenly one of them hits Hakan and takes him down. There are five men left to battle, and they understand that it's time to get this fight to another level.

The Turning Point

Conrad comes forward, taking down one Knock's error and moves into position. The brothers are now fighting without even a thought. Everyone is knocking at the evildoers, then Till of the Firm Grip takes down another and moves into position. One of the Knox errors moves backward and starts another random attack, but things are getting out of hand.

The Final Blow

The brothers come forward strongly, with Conrad and Manfred taking down two Knoxville vampires. There are only two left standing, Till is critically wounded, so he retreats from the bow one knocks their seats and starts to chase after him. The four remaining brothers surround the lone Knoxville attacker, one after the other.

The Aftermath

Manfred delivers the fatal and final blow that cuts down the Max error. The Lone Wolves Company has successfully completed their first battle. Mark Off, the steward, will be expecting proof of their victory between the battle and walking to mark off the steward's place. The maw of the Knox error became filled with flies, its tongue replaced by a formless throbbing black ball that's more buzz than bite.

Reward and Celebration
