Unboxing the Flip Ultra HD Camera by Cisco
Hey guys, what's up? It's Kenya with techsmartt today, and we're going to be reviewing the Flip Ultra HD camera. I picked this up for around $120, which is the 4-gigabyte model, and it records up to 1 hour. Let's get into it.
As I opened the box, I was greeted by another box with the Cisco logo on it. It's upside down, so when you open the box, you should let that go. You can put that to the side for now. Inside this box, we have a lens film cover over the device itself, which is the Flip Ultra HD. They've named this camera "Flip Video" because of the way it flips out from the bottom.
The camera has a microSD slot, where you can insert your memory card. It also has a USB port, where you can connect it to your computer or charge it. You can put the camera back down and pull out the side to flip it open again. That's how the name "Flip Video" came about.
As we moved through the box, we have the power button on the right-hand side, along with a wrist strap, lock and unlock for the batteries, and a screw for your tripod. We also have an HDMI port, where you can plug it into your TV if you want to view it on a larger screen. There's also a tab at the bottom of the box that helps you lift out the cardboard packaging.
If you're new to Flip cameras, I recommend checking out these manuals first. They'll show you how to install the batteries, get started with recording, and play back your videos on HD televisions. The user guide is included in the box, along with some safety instructions and a limited warranty.
Now that we've figured out what's inside the rest of the box, let's talk about what's actually in here. We have two double-A batteries, which are provided by Flip themselves. That's it for this unboxing! I'll be doing another review on this Flip Ultra HD camera for those who want to know more about it.
By the way, if you saw my previous video where I returned my iPhone, I've since moved on to my 3GS. I love it, and I'll still be bringing you guys great apps and everything for that phone. Don't forget to subscribe, comment, and rate this video!
