iPhone 7 & 7 Plus - Courageously Boring

**A Closer Look at the iPhone 7 and its Accompanying Operating System**

The iPhone 7 is not a revolutionary product, but rather a continuation of Apple's ongoing effort to improve their devices. While it may not have all the features that some users are looking for, it still has several things going for it.

One of the standout features of the iPhone 7 is its camera. The camera on this device is capable of taking impressive photos, even in low light conditions. Using third-party apps and capturing Raw photos adds an extra layer of functionality to the device that sets it apart from other smartphones. The selfie cam has also been upgraded, which is a welcome change for those who enjoy taking selfies. Additionally, the app launch time on this device is among the best that I've seen, making it easy to quickly access the apps that you need.

However, there are some areas where the iPhone 7 falls short. One of my biggest complaints with iOS 10 is its inconsistent performance. For example, Auto Wake screen and swipe to the side can be a bit slow at times, which may be frustrating for those who prefer a more seamless experience. Additionally, there are still some glaring issues with certain features, such as dictation while writing an email, which makes it difficult to see what you're saying.

Another issue I have with iOS 10 is its inconsistent swipe back gesture. While I understand that Apple was trying to make things easier for users, the one-handed operation can feel clunky and bolted on at times. Furthermore, the organization of the settings menu can be confusing, and sometimes the dial pad and phone controls are not on the same screen, which adds unnecessary button presses.

In contrast to iOS 10, some features such as Siri work better for me than Okay Google. I also appreciate the new UI in Apple Maps, which has improved significantly since its introduction. The ability to respond within a notification is one of my favorite uses for force touch, and it's great to see that this feature continues to improve.

However, there are still some significant issues with iOS 10. For example, the Google Now clone on the left side of the home screen does not have a working back button when you click on a suggested article. This is frustrating, especially if you're trying to quickly get back to your main screen. Additionally, I missed the Samsung feature of having a "magical" White screen powered spam and caller ID database in the iPhone 7.

Furthermore, Android's management of multiple volume sliders is much better than Apple's, as it allows for more precise control over the ringtone while listening to music. And, unfortunately, T9 dialing on this device does not work as well as I had hoped, especially when trying to call frequently used contacts that don't have a designated phone number.

In conclusion, while the iPhone 7 has its flaws, it is still a solid device with many impressive features. If you're in the market for a new smartphone and are willing to overlook some of the issues, then this may be the perfect device for you. However, if you're looking for a device that can handle all your needs seamlessly, you may want to consider other options.

**iPhone 7 Accessories: A Closer Look at dbrand Skins**

One accessory that caught my eye was the iPhone 7 case from Dbrand. As I mentioned earlier, they have a wide variety of colors and designs available for their skins, which are made from genuine 3M vinyl and feature unrivaled precision. Their configurator is also great because it allows you to preview exactly what your skin will look like on your device before making a purchase.

The dbrand skin I saw was the marble one, which looked stunning on the iPhone 7. What really impressed me about this case was its affordability - they're available for a wide range of devices, including phones, tablets, laptops, game consoles, and even game controllers. And, as an added bonus, their customer service is top-notch, with friendly robots that can help you with any issues or questions you may have.

Overall, I highly recommend checking out dbrand skins if you're looking for a unique way to personalize your iPhone 7. With their wide range of designs and excellent customer service, there's no reason not to give them a try.
