Once you open the Ultimate Ears app, parity it speaker that's gonna give you full control. So, on top, you got your battery percentage. Let's take it over to settings. You got the speaker name, the serial number, you got speaker sounds. You could turn the voice prompts on and off. You got speaking language. OneTouch party now this works with the magic button if you got Apple music or Deezer. You can use that to press the button and switch through your playlists. I'll show you how that works.

You got party up now this way, you can add up to 150 speakers. You got your speak updates now from the main page. You got your power button. You got an EQ so you got custom sound settings. You could add more bass, mids, and highs. You got standard cramped spaces voices and bass Joe. Now, you also have your now playing so shows you what song is playing now.

**Using the App**

Check this out these are some playlists I already added it. I'm gonna start playing some music so press the magic button. You see it's playing that song now. If I want to switch to the next playlist, you see us on Jim if I want to put it to nineties music I just hold down the magic button and there's 90s music playing pause now. So, let's play some music and do a little sound sense max volume all right. So, now let's see how to Boom three sound together paired up great. Alright, so here's the Mega Boom 3. Now, it's too Mega Boom 3 is paired together greatly. Alright, so overall on a scale of 1 to 10 I'm giving these speakers an eight. The sound quality is crystal-clear. They get nice and loud but they're not the most bass heavy speakers in the world.

Then that could be a good thing or bad thing depending on your type of music. But you do have an app so you can customize your sound now. I know somebody's gonna ask make a Boom 3 vs. JBL extreme 2 if you're a basehead go with the JBL extreme 2 it has way more bass but it's gonna run your extra hundred bucks now.

**Speaker Choice**

As far as the Boom 3s, these are perfect computer speakers because when you pair them up using the app you can have stereo sound or you can have left to right channel. Now if I had to choose between the Boom 3 and the Mega Boom 3, I would say spend the extra fifty bucks get the Mega Boom 3. The sound quality is pretty much identical but on the Mega Boom 3 it's a little bit louder and you got more bass.
