garbanzo beans provolone cheese salami finished with some fresh and melty lemon so it's got that really nice oomph to it as well entrees pan seared salmon so with the white bean Ragu phenomenal absolutely delicious next to that we've got something it's a staple spaghetti meatballs absolutely delicious and then finally pizzas four of them Margarita proscito zucchini done with the shrimp and the meat lovers and again we have a massive asset there in that pizza oven and we're going to take advantage of that right right yeah dig in let's go this is so beautiful oh my God I am thrilled this is amazing this is like the menu of my dreams oh my God the pizzas are incredible oh my God I love that I know I'm excited for the new menu I mean it's beautiful it's delicious Chef Ramsay you're my employees turned owners Greg Russell and his wife Mary I was a bartender and my wife used to make fresh tortillas and the tortilla station is literally right across from the bar so we spent a lot of time flirting with each other and one thing led to another and the next thing you know dating we got married and then we purchased Zocalo in 2008. restaurant it was a dream come true I thought it would be a storybook ending but real life is not a storybook let me say something Union people have hell and I bought the restaurant I thought that we were going to be partners right now Mary works three days a week that's it but boy I'll tell you when she is here Rick what happened with this banana is she'll let you know I don't know what you must really make big Satan with the pork and you can already fresh come on we sold six pork so nice I'm not gonna leave a big huge stock pot full of pork simmering all night and then not sell it all right this is a battle between them Greg works all the time all around restaurant working this is Mary's ain't gonna say she's lazy but she's barely here I see it when she do come she makes it very hard to work okay I need Big 5 and B6 right here she likes to get her way she's very very controlling what is Maria and a lot of the problems come because she likes to tell everybody what to do I know how to clean the table but he doesn't want to be but let's have a catch up please take a seat um take me back to the beginning how did you end up here how did you start off the restaurant opened in the summer of 1989. my sister was one of these Sous chefs okay she called me up she said look can you help me out I said sure I'll give it a shot and I've been here pretty much ever since wow what's the fascination with it every major change in my life has happened here I met my wife here you know my son was born while we were here wow incredible and I have two girls okay they work here okay so it's more of a family business than I thought oh it's absolutely a family business yeah I mean how's business been the first six seven months I mean we got great reviews from you know everybody loved it so in terms of where we are now this place is really slow now no no customers returning a week we'd be lucky to do seven eight thousand in sales a week and we need to be at about 15. so barely a thousand dollars a day yeah there are days where sales are three hundred dollars wow I don't think that it's the best restaurant in Philly but I think it's it could be the best Mexican restaurant when you start really it's not the same before so the food's gone down I don't think it has take me through today um wake up 5 30 or so drop my son off at school at 6 45 um stop at the produce market or you know wherever I have to shop because I do most of the shopping for the restaurant um arrive at the restaurant about eight o'clock 8 30 carpets I clean the bathrooms I mop all the dining rooms check my emails check the bills whatever then I go into the kitchen set up the line start the prep for the days I have to run out you know in between lunch and dinner to get something in the dishes they clean up and I usually get out between 11 and 12. every day every day that's a long day Greg it sounds ridiculous when we should all stay off I worked every day for over a year no break no vacation no nothing just a year straight wow Mary where's your expertise coming are you front of house are you the kitchen manager what'd you do hello hi sometimes my wife's not here so how many days a week is she here going part-time okay that's another thing that we sort of butt heads on yeah in terms of death where are we we're looking upwards of three quarters of a million dollars three quarters of a million that's a lot of money for a place that's only making eight grand a week how are you managing owning a restaurant that is declining at a rapid pace and on the verge of losing your house and you know everything else is it's a lot of stress I mean I can I can feel this stress from here but when we argue constantly and it's sometimes oh absolutely it's not my life the same before in the beginning she's told me on numerous occasions if I can't meet my responsibilities and take care of the family she'll move back to Mexico I mean I know that my wife thinks a lot of this is my fault you know that it's not doing well and I don't know if it's my fault I know that's my responsibility and that's the hardest part so I'm not able to take care of it within minutes of arriving Chef Ramsay was greeted with a glooming picture of the restaurant I send this service right yes now he's hoping that he can find some optimism in the food good to see you good to see you and your first name is Maria Maria I don't know how he does it but he's here 24 7. how many days a week is she here dollars this girls take 23 so the food's not cheap is it no no and what would you recommend oh um you don't order your own food crazy I usually don't eat because the prices are not affordable at all off with the queso fundito yeah okay let's get one of those okay and the uh the chili Ruiner and then mokajete okay yep I think we're done thank you yes please thank you this is for Chef Ramsey yes put it in please this is Chef Ramsay's ticket it's not a three Michelin star restaurant I know that it's original fundido but I'm hoping that Chef Ramsay tastes our food and says it's not a lost cause you know that's all I can hope for 125 yeah Mary who uh who does the prices yeah yeah 23.5 trade I mean that's not cheap here's the queso fundido and flour tortillas that you can wrap it up with sorry full of oil I can feel my arteries just squeezing Mary is that microwaves I don't know I'm done thank you I can't really afford a heart attack grinder salty which isn't it what is that it's a rubbery cheese is Dreadful usually the cheese is melted inside but it's spongy and rubbery honestly that's Dreadful that stuff we show that to Mary as well yes damn I'm starving Greg look at the cheese Chef said it's rubbery it's queso Freer okay so whack prayer what is get some beer it's similar to the queso fresco that it wasn't available so I couldn't get it he doing whatever he wants there's no Mexican you don't want to do it the same don't do it okay he say the cheese is prayer free air they said it was watches three years per year know where to start the queso fondito that was hideous did you microwave it we do power microwave it I mean so when you microwave that cheese all the fat comes out twice as fast it becomes like a little stick on top which is a disgusting the Continental people it's dry the cactus plants it certainly wasn't worth the price let me tell you I felt almost like I was being robbed you put your neck in a noose when you're charging 23 and a half dollars for that oh absolutely I wouldn't pay it I've told her hold on a minute I didn't come up with the prices you don't come up with the prices you told me Greg does who does the prices yeah yeah that's not funny uh Mary I didn't change the prices on this menu sometimes you say great what is the queso Chihuahua oh I know how much it is propelled but I don't tell you to charge them I did not make a case of Juanito 1095 I said why are you raising the prices I think that's ridiculous but you say to me that is too expensive you didn't consult with me on the prices on this price change you did not console who raised the prices you yeah I did it you got a big issue your customers away from the business let me finish talking you can't chase Revenue by increasing the prices now you're thinking it's my fault I Believe come on guys while the owners blame each other for zocalo's problems Chef Ramsay knows that dinner service will be more Grace it's not the way to run a business it was so submerged into it that you you don't even realize what you've taken on and you have a wife that is happy to see you do that so I'm pissed with her in the way that I must say she's driving you into the ground but I didn't see any support there tonight I'm sorry man there's a big difference between nagging and being supportive the whole weight of this restaurant is on my shoulders you know she says hire somewhere well the money's not there you know whatever what am I gonna do guys can you just give me two minutes please I'm worried Greg I don't know any other way to do it Jeff have you ever actually sat down and said to me I I can need you in here whether you like it or not if I didn't know the background watching the way you too liaise with each other I'd never believed that I was husband and wife ever we don't act like husband away anymore it's just too dangerous but it's just it's it's so fragile in here it's all built let down yeah truthfully I feel a little bit let down because I don't feel that I'm getting the moral support you know I'm trying to do something for them and I don't think that they see that I'm Craig last night before we left I saw a lot of frustrations a lot of pressure do you see how desperate he is can you read that or it's hard to read we know that he's struggling but he just doesn't speak out so it's kind of hard for us to get it out of them yeah it's just something that you see as a Outsider so he shuts down yeah ever since like pretty much the restaurant started I always say I'm like I felt like my parents were much happier before they owned their own business they would go out have fun exactly and right now he's just living I mean surviving right do you think he's happy no the restaurant's sucking so much life out of them and we try to get him to break out a little bit but he just refuses to he is just so stubborn like he just will not leave so globe what did you do if you fell ill what would you all do I continually running the business I personally don't think you can I'm sorry I really I don't feel afraid well how are you gonna do it I for me I put in one really Chef behind the kitchen I haven't got money for salaries if he stops this business would close for all of you everything he does is to keep a roof above your heads because he loves doing it and I don't think he feels that he has the emotional support that's what's eating him away think that one of you can do a bit more Mary are you willing to support him do you think deep down inside you could do more in here yes I can why so two he cannot do it alone yeah but really I don't want to do it something I don't like it let me put it this way Mary both of you wanted this dream you encouraged him this is your responsibility whether you like it or not right now you're only here three days a week and when you talk to him it's not done in a constructive manner you nag him you can't lay into him like that he's your husband when you guys met you were deeply in love has your love changed now now it's not the same my relationship is not the same the love I don't feel the same I feel yeah exactly do you still love him I know and really after confronting Mary about her lack of involvement in the restaurant you're only here three days a week and I can't lay into him like that he's your husband Gordon probes a little deeper about her relationship with Greg when you guys met you were deeply in love the same my relationship is not the same the love it I know and really Allah I think he needs to hit as a matter of fact Greg come through please Chef Ramsay is right we're not being as supportive as we could be for Greg we just are so used to him doing everything that we don't realize that it's affecting him negatively isn't that nice to see ladies yeah yeah I didn't see that on service last night I wish I did I know listen I know it was hard I appreciate it spent a couple let's start off with this end case of Anita done beautifully we've got the oven we can do this properly yeah classic label soup robust and delicious it's a lot cheaper than we've served beforehand but we need traffic in here next to that got a nice authenticity to it quesadillas chicken pork beef or shrimp we've lined it up with the fish Snapper then with bell peppers onions green olives and capers booty done grilled and taste stunning this is my Force dig in the salsa is perfect I actually really like the enchiladas wow I can't wait to serve our clientele the new dishes I think that they're would she blame the staff for the problems in the Russians to get all the blame off of her yes yes why would she pass the blame on to you she had sort of an attitude problem she's just mean me Mrs G pillar of the community for the last 20 years she's mean yes the customers sometimes mean to the customers and employees too I don't believe it sometimes I thought she has split personality wow you got the nitpick and Miss Jane where you just want to throw your hands up and be like I'm leaving dang you got nice message I mean I'm really confused Miss Gene blamed you guys as the issue and what you're telling me is completely different so let me go get it miss you yes you got two seconds oh wow um so I'm I'm a little confused Miss team you told me the big issue here was the stuff that's not the case from their point of view they're saying that you have a Mean Streak are you mean I don't think it's a Mean Streak I'm a very serious person they're saying that you're heavy-handed with the customers in terms of the way they've been treated this is a young man that comes in here and he's like me and James I'm grandson right it's not like my grandson well I'm just saying Gene he's a regular and um he ordered pepper steak and rice one time and he just told me she was a little salty and she said don't eat it wow he's one of the guys that come in here and his pants is hanging to here we try to catch those guys when they come in and ask them to please pull their pants up especially on a Sunday with all the church folks and the older ladies and stuff okay I appreciate that having the pants pulled up on Sundays in front of the church Congress but whether he's got these pants around his ankles he has a rights he had to complain about salty food let's get that clear yeah yeah who's right who's wrong you're wrong because they think I'm mean when I don't allow them to do something that they shouldn't do yes I do yell sometimes because after I asked you to do something five or six times and it's not getting done I think I'm too soft I need to put my foot down if you do something and you should be terminated but no soft hearted me I give everybody another chance there's always something when I go back there they're on their phone I mean all gathered I've been back there when there was five people on their phones at one time especially you no it's not right okay you're saying that never happens no every time your phone vibrates you go to the bathroom 15 times a day it goes to the bathroom I follow her to the bathroom and you heard me talking one time one several times you never know what I'm following is I drink like over two gallons of water a day the only way you drink two gallons of water unless you had hot pipes uh-uh it's from the hot kitchen when you're out drinking or whatever that gives you hot pipes no I can't deal with everybody's personal problems and it's like I'm Dr Phil now I feel like I'm all Jerry Springer this is serious it's not funny to me they don't understand I am one person and I have to deal with all of you and I'm like really getting fed up behind it this is crazy and everybody always late everybody especially Mike every single day I'm very disappointed because I don't feel like they respect me enough and all these years I put into what I'm doing this is like frustrating to me and if I don't get Chef Ram this house I am going to lose what I have within a month's time I really need his help having already witnessed the major Rift between Miss Jean and her staff Chef Ramsay is ready to try some good the pork chops just one pork chop yeah one pork chop I'm scared to cook it here's the mac and cheese where's that been it's bubbling away can you hear that is that in the microwave yes what for three days can you hear it crackling I do it sounded like the little Rice Krispies treats with the little elves and didn't look that good thank you okay the present one thing that should always stand out is like bloody good mac and cheese and that's just Bland overcooked and just Dreadful and really bad too too fast when you cook pork chops you gotta stand right there and keep turning and keep turning it feel like they've been cooked for like five hours okay thanks what's wrong um he said the pork chops were overdone I mean that's just uh mine soul food I want to sell that on death row food is not that very clear even if you volunteer you have to follow the rules I mean I can't be up here to see what you guys are doing I told you if you needed help in a dining room I'd be happy to do that attractive warm gray it's bigger warmer it's this beautiful inviting with stunning murals etched onto the walls it gives the restaurant warm personality it doesn't look like a robbery anymore look at the hand crafted tables made out of reclaimed wood from a local bar and that very picture there that's the barn with these new tables you've now gone from a 45C direction to a 75 seater restaurant more importantly this restaurant has souls it is so wonderful this is like a dream come true I mean it's a real dream come true how beautiful is this oh my God oh my goodness me everyone we have look what we have yeah along with the dramatic change to the look of the restaurant take a menu please okay thank you ladies come in please Jeff Ramsay has come up with an equally dramatic change to the food take a look at Pat presentation is beautiful you think of soul food and the message it sends out comfort and a bit of fun yes it does and the good news is everything on the menu tonight is available please stop wow amazing let's start off with the top here appetizers catfish po boy oh my gosh dressed in a French roll next night you've got the barbecue pulled pork sliders with fresh coleslaw all right following on the entrees slow braised oxtail absolutely delicious next to that it wouldn't be soul food unless we have catfish blackened or fried yes one more little thing we have stunning New China courtesy of Niagara China beautiful wonderful great again have a little taste I don't even know where to start I didn't feel like Chef Ramsey could cook this soul food but Chef Ramsay has proved me wrong about cooking it just shows I could be wrong sometimes I don't know what to eat next I know wow I think the new food is very good these are good delicious oh my goodness who would ever thought they put watermelon with red onions Miss Jeans now looks and feels like a new restaurant and there is a buzz in the town everybody wants to check out the relaunch including the never had a system before is adapting well looking good looking good flatters up and appetizers are making their way quickly out to the dining room damn that's a nice presentation oh my God that sounds good really good meatloaf one jambalaya oh my gosh I need disorders out Marissa table 12's ready Marissa table three come on guys food's getting cold while the kitchen seems to be pushing out food there's a lack of coordination between Miss Jean and the front of house Marissa table tools Marissa like this is frustrating all your orders is ready right there it's just hard to breathe whenever you just hear your name being called I'm getting ready to leave I can't take it we work first to sit down I'm ready to go Matt's getting patient guys yet let's not screw up now Miranda I suburb is home to a neighborhood Italian Bistro called Charlie's and in 2010 it was bought by the Leyva family would you like a booth I started working here 10 years ago I was a waitress here and then I had the opportunity to take it over but I didn't have the money or the collateral so I had to go to my mom and my sister Patton Val both full-time School teachers financed the restaurant and put their houses up as collateral to help Tatiana to fill her dream my mom and I don't know about the restaurant business and so we put a lot of trust in my sister's experience to run the restaurant Daddy are we gonna have enough bread for tonight of course when I took over the restaurant I didn't want to change the menu or the chef I just wanted to keep it as is because I love this restaurant it's not good but it didn't pan out the way I wanted it to I mean I could sit here all day and have maybe four tables at the most how many tables did you have Jen I only had one that doesn't even pay for the cost of just running electricity that's going to bring the people in I don't know the problem with the restaurant is Tatiana the fact that she feels like she doesn't have to change things it's ridiculous they don't like the pyramids do they're crazy the food um oh it's disgusting casimero is our head chef he's been here for 14 years and he's pretty awful basically the restaurant's suffering for it doing anything when Tatiana manages the restaurant usually that consists of standing around with a glass of wine in her hand all right she's very disrespectful you're talking about your ass Rude stop it I told you most people end up crying don't you dare I need a drink Tatiana doesn't know how to handle being an owner don't drink so much okay my mom and my sister already resent me for asking them to put their houses on the line I don't know how we're gonna make it this month they played the blame game this is Tatiana's fall we wouldn't be in this mess if it wasn't for Tatiana but I didn't put a gun to their head so what are we going to do now so if we don't get more customers we would lose our houses it is very serious I really need Chef Ramsay's help oh I'm scared what's going called Charlie who is he Charlie was the original owner Charlie owned it Charlie owned it so there's no Charlie no no I used to work here as a waitress um when Charlie owned it and then he sold it to another person named Simon okay great and then when Simon ran this into the ground he dumped it Simon bought it off Charlie and then dumped it on you just dumped it in general and I took it over because I've Loved this restaurant we took it over my mom and my sister what was this yeah okay seller I'm Val nice to see you nice to meet you and this is I'm Pat nice to see my darling and what he came over about and Mum it'd be nice to catch up and get up to speed what's happening where can we go somewhere outside Tatiana needs to learn effective ways of doing things around here so and first your bread yeah season with rosemary garlic drizzled in olive oil salads we have the chopped salad in their garbanzo beans provolone cheese salami finished with some fresh and melty lemon so it's got that really nice oomph to it as well entrees pan seared salmon so with the white bean Ragu phenomenal absolutely delicious next to that we've got something it's a staple spaghetti meatballs absolutely delicious and then finally pizzas four of them Margarita proscito zucchini done with the shrimp and the meat lovers and again we have a massive asset there in that pizza oven and we're going to take advantage of that right right yeah dig in let's go this is so beautiful oh my God I am thrilled this is amazing this is like the menu of my dreams oh my God the pizzas are incredible oh my God I love end up here how did you start off the restaurant opened in the summer of 1989. my sister was one of these Sous chefs okay she called me up she said look can you help me out I said sure I'll give it a shot and I've been here pretty much ever since wow what's the fascination with it every major change in my life has happened here I met my wife here you know my son was born while we were here wow incredible and I have two girls okay they work here okay so it's more of a family business than I thought oh it's absolutely a family business yeah I mean how's business been the first six seven months I mean we got great reviews from you know everybody loved it so in terms of where we are now this place is really slow now no no customers returning a week we'd be lucky to do seven eight thousand in sales a week and we need to be at about 15. so barely a thousand dollars a day yeah there are days where sales are three hundred dollars wow I don't think that it's the best restaurant in Philly but I think it's it could be the best Mexican restaurant when you start really it's not the same before so the food's gone down I don't think it has take me through today um wake up 5 30 or so drop my son off at school at 6 45 um stop at the produce market or you know wherever I have to shop because I do most of the shopping for the restaurant um arrive at the restaurant about eight o'clock 8 30 carpets I clean the bathrooms I mop all the dining rooms check my emails check the bills whatever then I go into the kitchen set up the line start the prep for the days I have to run out you know in between lunch and dinner to get something in the dishes they clean up and I usually get out between 11 and 12. every day every day that's a long day Greg it sounds ridiculous when we should all stay off I worked every day for over a year no break no vacation no nothing just a year straight wow Mary where's your expertise coming are you front of house are you the kitchen manager what'd you do hello hi sometimes my wife's not here so how many days a week is she here going part-time okay that's another thing that we sort of butt heads on yeah in terms of death where are we we're looking upwards of three quarters of a million dollars three quarters of a million that's a lot of money for a place that's only making eight grand a week how are you managing owning a restaurant that is declining at a rapid pace and on the verge of losing your house and you know everything else is it's a lot of stress I mean I can I can feel this stress from here but when we argue constantly and it's sometimes oh absolutely it's not my life the same before in the beginning she's told me on numerous occasions if I can't meet my responsibilities and take care of the family she'll move back to Mexico I mean I know that my wife thinks a lot of this is my fault you know that it's not doing well and I don't know if it's my fault I know that's my responsibility and that's the hardest part so I'm not able to take care of it within minutes of arriving Chef Ramsay was greeted with a glooming picture of the restaurant I send this service right yes now he's hoping that he can find some optimism in the classic label soup robust and delicious it's a lot cheaper than we've served beforehand but we need traffic in here next to that got a nice authenticity to it quesadillas chicken pork beef or shrimp we've lined it up with the fish Snapper then with bell peppers onions green olives and capers booty done grilled and taste stunning this is my Force dig in the salsa is perfect I actually really like the enchiladas wow I can't wait to serve our clientele the new dishes I think that they're really going to enjoy them and it's going to open this place up to a whole new demographic oh God this is so that been it's bubbling away can you hear that is that in the microwave yes what for three days can you hear it crackling I do it sounded like the little Rice Krispies treats with the little elves and didn't look that good thank you okay the present one thing that should always stand out is like bloody good mac and cheese and that's just Bland overcooked and just Dreadful and really bad too too doesn't know how to run a kitchen and I don't think that Miss King fully knows how to run a restaurant so the end result is just complete another chaos catfish is up oh Lord somehow this disorganized kitchen has managed to get the food out customers are finding little to cheer about is everything okay the pork chops feel like they've been cooked for like five hours okay thanks what's wrong um he said the pork chops were overdone I mean that's just uh mine soul food I want to sell that on death row food is not coming out right we need the food to get out here let's go no more let's go wow oh is full and you've been on there twice now it's so unfair for you to go back on your phone I'm a volunteer let's make that very clear even if you volunteer you have to follow the rules I mean I can't be up here to see what you guys are doing I told you if you needed help in a dining room I'd be happy to do that there's two people not to leave the front is what she wasn't here that is not true and going to hell I mean it's it's pain it's killing me it's tearing me apart to know this is happening I can't continue to do it no more it's very embarrassing I can't be everywhere I can't be at the front desk watching people on the telephone and I come back here my food is not going out right I can't do it by myself thank you after a dinner service that is fraught with problems with the staff just had a really bad experience she's not really customer oriented she doesn't care she needs to work on her attitude she's me I told her I'll never come to her and I won't say none of my customers in there until you ever again because I don't deserve this to be treated like that Miss Gene remember this it takes years to get a customer that takes a second to lose one and you've lost one to me wow Gene how'd you explain this you have a tendency to talk to your customers the same way as you talk to your staff and as soon as anyone in the business stops respecting their customers it's time to close the doors and if you don't they will close your restaurant for you there needs to be an attitude adjustment but not just by Miss Jean by everybody my big question to you are you prepared to the community Chef Ramsay moves forward with one of his biggest makeovers ever good morning good morning chef ladies are you ready to see oh my gosh the new Miss Jean Southern Cuisine let's go oh my goodness come in please now this place is gorgeous it is gorgeous oh my gosh gone are those green cold walls now we have that nice attractive warm gray it's bigger warmer it's this beautiful inviting with stunning murals etched onto the walls it gives the restaurant warm personality it doesn't look like a robbery anymore look at the hand crafted tables made out of reclaimed wood from a local bar and that very picture there that's the barn with these new tables you've now gone from a 45C direction to a 75 seater restaurant more importantly this restaurant has souls it is so wonderful this is like a dream come true I mean it's a real dream come true how beautiful is this oh my God oh my goodness me everyone we have look what we have yeah along with the dramatic change to the look of the restaurant take a menu please okay thank you ladies come in please Jeff Ramsay has come up with an equally dramatic change to the food take a look at Pat presentation is beautiful you think of soul food and the message it sends out comfort and a bit of fun yes it does and the good news is everything on the menu tonight is available please stop wow amazing let's start off with the top here appetizers catfish po boy oh my gosh dressed in a French roll next night you've got the barbecue pulled pork sliders with fresh coleslaw all right following on the entrees slow braised oxtail absolutely delicious next to that it wouldn't be soul food unless we have catfish blackened or fried yes one more little thing we have stunning New China courtesy of Niagara China beautiful wonderful great again have a little taste I don't even know where to start I didn't feel like Chef Ramsey could cook this soul food but Chef Ramsay has proved me wrong about cooking it just shows I could be wrong sometimes I don't know what to eat next I know wow I think the new food is very good these are good delicious oh my goodness who would ever thought they put watermelon with red onions Miss Jeans now looks and feels like a new restaurant and there is a buzz in the town everybody wants to check out the relaunch including the town's mayor okay is this our favorite yes this is your table it's a lot different isn't it I love the tables for tonight's dinner service Chef Ramsay has reorganized the kitchen and has put Miss Jean at the helm as the expediter when I yell out to yell back so I know green tomatoes Fried Tomato be up in about two minutes table two I need two sliders fried tomatoes dipped poppies this kitchen that never had a system before is adapting well looking good looking good flatters up and appetizers are making their way quickly out to the dining room damn that's a nice presentation oh my God that sounds good really good meatloaf one jambalaya oh my gosh I need disorders out Marissa table 12's ready Marissa table three come on guys food's getting cold while the kitchen seems to be pushing out food there's a lack of coordination between Miss Jean and the front of house Marissa table tools Marissa like this is frustrating all your orders is ready right there it's just hard to breathe whenever you just hear your name being called I'm getting ready to leave I can't take it we work first to sit down I'm ready to go Matt's getting patient guys yet let's not screw up now Miranda I can't take this or they just can't trust always I keep getting yelled but I'm so busy
