**The Art of Photography: A Collection of Rare and Valuable Books**

I recently had the opportunity to go through a collection of rare and valuable photography books, including some amazing pieces by renowned photographers such as Kappa, Taro, and Brans. I also came across a few books that were not as well-known, but still held great value.

One of the highlights of the collection was the book on Robert Capa's Paris years. This is an outstanding book that showcases Capa's incredible talent and dedication to his craft. It's a must-have for any serious photography enthusiast.

Another notable book in the collection was one by David C, which I found to be very impressive. The book covers a wide range of topics, including tear sheets, contact sheets, and early street scene photos that showcase Capa's skills as a photographer.

I also came across a Mexican suitcase that contained some amazing negatives, including ones taken by Takashi Yoshida, known as the "Trosky" for his incredible talent. The book on this collection is a rare find, and I feel lucky to have had the chance to see it.

The collection also included a few books on lesser-known photographers, such as Charles Sheer, who was primarily known for his architectural photography. His work is incredibly detailed and showcases his mastery of high contrast black and white photography.

Another notable book in the collection was one by Carl Baselt, which features some stunning Botanical photography. The level of detail and attention to texture is incredible, making this a standout in any photography collection.

The final book I want to mention is one by Robert Kappa, who was known for his work as a photographer in Paris during the 1960s. This book showcases his incredible talent and dedication to his craft, and is definitely worth seeking out.

Overall, I was blown away by the quality and diversity of this collection of photography books. Each one offers a unique perspective on the art of photography, and I feel lucky to have had the chance to see them all up close.

I was having white balance problems and stuff like that I tried these um this is the Mobius action cam and I've talked about these on the show before but it's been a while I've actually got two of these and they're really small there's no viewfinder or anything on here they shoot video they'll shoot time-lapse Stills um they'll and obviously it records audio as well and I've also got two of on here and I like them better than the GoPro so anyway uh come along and let's head out and go to Half Price Books picture this picture hey picture this that's good stuff dude so what do you think the negative if you if you uh if you were to try and win a book on this show you would go for the negative I go for the negative you do the negative would you do a copy of the negative that has all this ballpoint pen on yeah somebody else has already done all the notes for me you know oh I got to read that I should probably pay attention to those lines I don't know if their lines are good or let's see if they have another one uh they do but it's wait a minute the negative right here oh okay oh it's the paper uh let's let's look and see all the nice thing about the paperback one why is this more expensive well I don't know who owned it book their name's on the inside C all and martley we have your books and martley your book is here all right um let's see wait a minute here's basic principle to the negative how about yosity and the range of light o feel good about that this one looks like it's reduced that's I think it is is this the cliff notes of the negative yeah I think it is oh no it's the little print should I introduce you I don't think I uced you this is my this my oldest friend Andrew Murphy fellow photographer um amazing dude and uh yeah we've known each other a up we have the susman the susman is a assessment is a classic now it's more of a uh it's a large chunk of it is more of a shelf reference now but it does have some very applicable True Modern information okay it's Weston Weston aperture masters of phographer number seven Series S yeah Seven's a good one it's um that one's good though it does it's well printed it's aperture foundation so it's well printed it's going to have good information it's really pretty much mostly images uh some quotes and comments um there is you know it does it's a very general wide openen sort of coverage um Craven's commentary onra WRA RH RH West Craven's dad R crav RH Nightmare on Weston Street yeah Street these are some loud announcements yeah this is sheer Charles yeah aming this is the Rarity because he was more known I guess for his painting so much than his photography however he was an amazing photographer um industrial modernism uh architecture kinds of things yeah very very architectural it's called it the Spanish suitcase it was not Mexican suit the Mexican suit suit what was the Mexican suitcas Mexican suitcase was a series of photographs that were Tero Bron and Kappa that were lost at a certain point in time they were lost in transitional States wherever they were going and they they ended up getting found lost luggage years later 70 plus years later yeah baggage claim was a little yeah there's the trosy here's here's stuff from the Mexican suitcase no that is the Mexican suitcase parts of the negativ from only yeah yeah and all of the uh so there's bris 's letter too okay I'm going to do something that I didn't think I should do earlier I think I think my audience is worth 10 extra dollars should we should we go over our budget here um that's a good one I think this is this is the uh this is the preeminent book in the pile my audience is worth $10 only 10 one of you is worth 20 okay one of you is worth 20 yeah all right you know what I think uh because here's the
