but I just want to explain the situation because there's a lot of people who are spreading false rumors about what happened and why I got banned and it was all on stream so it was pretty transparent and I was pretty upfront with you guys regarding the entire situation basically what happened is I got a permanent ban for account sharing some of you who watch my twitch may know that I've let my brothers play my PS4 account for me just because I don't have that much time to play on Console so they're just keeping my account up to date and at the same time I also have played on people's accounts whether it is to play on EU or console with a level character because I can't manage to level up six different accounts on six different platforms you know uh to play with different people around the world so I just went ahead and borrow people's accounts and I was pretty open about it now the thing is I knew this was against the rules I knew account sharing was against the rules uh even back since 2014 I knew was against the rules but I still did it just because I didn't think they would go out of their way to ban me I didn't think I would get in trouble considering I wasn't really doing anything malicious I was just playing people's accounts just for the sake of playing on a different server um I guess you could say me letting my brothers play on the PS4 was a little malicious because they're you know getting you know they're they Lev they're leveling the characters up and playing and all that good stuff so it does benefit me that way and gives me somewhat of an advantage at the end of the day guys um I got unbanned I went through the appeal process and I knew that at the time I I actually was like not going to be mad if I got banned like I I knew I up I knew I made that decision to account share so if I get banned zenmax was completely in the right and I wouldn't want people to like revolt against zenmax because of this ban but at the same time I also knew that if I got unbanned there'd be a plethora of just Forum posts about how I got you know streamer privilege and unfair treatment and favoritism and and all that stuff and I'm just going to be straight honest with you guys zenmax like whether they unbanned me because of favoritism or whether they unbanned me just cuz they felt like unbanning me it's kind of irrelevant and the reason is there's been thousands of people who have been unbanned even a person I know who got banned the same day I got banned for account sharing got unbanned and this person isn't even a streamer um so I mean that alone like shows that they went through I went through the appeal process that everyone else went through and I got unbanned now zamax did make a post on the forums kind of indicating that they gave me a second chance because what I've done for the community and it probably would have been better off if they didn't say that but at at the same time I don't blame them for saying that because I mean at least they're being upfront with their decision it would be pretty just foolish for them to permanently ban a player who has advertised their game via twitchyoutube for the past two years and has a big community on ESO going uh for something like account sharing um I know breaking the terms of service is still breaking the terms of service there's no way around it but it's not like I was you know duping or uh hacking people's accounts or doing some just really crazy malicious that I know some people out there are doing I was just account sharing so I can play with different communities and and yeah I'm not trying to justify or anything it's just the way it is I knew there was a chance that someone could get someone could report me and I could get in trouble I didn't think zenx would actually go through with it but they did it's probably automated like the system's probably automated so I understand if they you know why it happened the way it did so what this means basically for the future of things I obviously will not be account sharing meaning I probably will not be playing on the PC EU server Xbox EU server PS4 EU server and I probably won't play that much on Xbox na as well uh my PS4 na characters are pretty up to date they don't have enough Champion points but I can always set them up for the no CP the Xbox will probably have to wait until veteran ranks are removed cuz a lot of my characters on there are just uh below V16 I don't really have that much time to log in and and grind them up um so I'm just going to wait for the veteran rank removal on Xbox before I get back into that um I have a few things you know a few new things I want to share with you guys I have another Vlog that I'm going to upload I bought the Zim 4 so I have
