How to Root the LG G Watch

Enabling USB Debugging on Your LG G Watch: A Step-by-Step Guide

Hey guys, it's David from unlocker.net and welcome back to my channel! Today, I'm going to show you how to enable USB debugging on your LG G watch. This is a very easy process that you can follow along with.

First things first, you need to go to your device settings and find the USB debugging option. It's located in the developer options section. Once you've found it, you'll see a checkbox that says "ADB debugging" or something similar. Just toggle this switch on to enable USB debugging on your watch.

Now that we have our watch enabled for USB debugging, let's get started with the step-by-step process of unlocking the device. The first thing we need to do is put the watch in its cradle and connect it via USB to the computer. Make sure you've connected the correct cable, as this will vary depending on your specific watch model.

Once you're connected, open up a command prompt window on your computer. I'll show you how to do this in just a moment.

To start, we need to type ADB reboot boot loader and hit enter. This will reboot the device into boot loader mode. Don't worry if it takes a few seconds for the watch to respond; just be patient and wait for it to finish booting up.

While the watch is rebooting, you'll see some drivers installing in the background. Just wait for this process to complete before proceeding to the next step.

Now that the device has finished booting into boot loader mode, we can type in fast boot OEM unlock and hit enter. On the device, you'll see a message prompting you to select "yes" by tapping the arrow button to confirm. Then, tap the circle button to actually select it. You should now see a message at the bottom of the screen that says "Lock State: Unlocked."

The next step is to download the boot image by clicking on this link and saving the file to your desktop. Make sure you've saved it in a location where you can easily find it later, as we'll need it for the next part of the process.

Once you've downloaded the boot image, right-click on it and select "copy" to copy it to your clipboard. Now, navigate to the C SDK platform tools folder (usually located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\SDK) and paste the file into this folder.

In the command prompt window, type fast boot boot lgw -hyphen-root boot.img and hit enter. Your device should now reboot once it's reboots.

During the next process, your watch will need to go through some setup steps before we can continue. Don't worry; these are just standard Android setup procedures.

Once you've completed all of these setup procedures, you'll need to re-enable USB debugging again by going back to your device settings and finding the developer options section. From there, toggle the ADB debugging switch on once more.

In the command prompt window, type ad shell and then type in Su. If everything went correctly, you should see a number sign appear after typing this command. This indicates that you now have route access, which is what we need to complete the unlocking process.

And that's it! You've successfully unlocked your LG G watch using these simple steps. Enjoy!
