Earlier today, I found myself wondering what day it was, but alas, I couldn't quite recall. "What was the day?" I asked myself, trying to jog my memory. But, like a thief in the night, my mind seemed to have vanished all evidence of the previous day's events. Panic began to set in as I frantically searched for clues, only to find that even my own notes had been stolen from under my nose. "No don't cheat there was fire there's files no no stop stop stop yeah it's right here look this is the founder's birthday oh you're right 12 28 12 00 12. right 12 is the lightning bolt red um okay hold on please don't cheat let me give you a hint so you can cheat correctly tell me it works tell me it works tell me it works um i'm i'm lost that one that one it's these things are hard to move we are there okay two tests okay dope all right now here you have four minutes left and you have a decision to make"

As I paused for a moment, I realized the gravity of my situation. I had stumbled upon a mysterious test, and with only a few minutes left to complete it, I was faced with a daunting decision. read escape the room games begin as digital adventures and quickly turned into real life events all around the world okay so they started with an app the objective work with your guests to discover the dark secret of dr gravely's retreat by finding clues and solving puzzles but be careful in the story the doors have shut and locked behind you will you and your guests discover the secret and escape the room before time runs out the mystery the year is 1913 and you are the lucky winner of a free stay at foxcrest where the famed dr gravely has improved upon the latest in spa treatments and relaxation for those of high social standing i don't know if you can get invited to this tanner you take a long all expense paid train ride to the retreat upon your arrival however your fellow guests may find the health retreat is not what it seems it's not what it seems hence available online stop do not open any of the envelopes so a lot of these cards right here have a narrator that tells along the story right as you go along you're going to be using this dial to find the solutions so you're going to be using this like cipher or whatever it's called to find the solutions those envelopes as you go along through the story when you find solutions you'll be able to open certain envelopes now the envelopes could also be used to figure out the answers to riddles like what's on top of this yeah all the pictures are used throughout the game so not only what's inside but also what's on top of it make sense make some questions no what's inside you'll find out soon enough sir yes read section one before your guests arrive which is right here i'm gonna have pat read it we're gonna act it out act it out as if we are people going there all right scene one are you ready arrival is fox crest retreat the ride is a peaceful one a scenic railway trip to the remote upland town where the world renowned health retreat founded by the late dr foxcrest is located you and your new friends pass a time chatting about how nice it will be to get a few days of rest as you arrive at the train station a smartly dressed porter on the platform points you towards a motor car parked outside after a quick trip up the mountain you arrive at fox crest retreat the facility seems lonely in this remote spot hidden by grey mountains and impossibly tall trees a hostess meets you just inside the main lobby and exports you to the office of the director of foxcrest retreat dr gravely we aren't in a relationship we should be along shortly in the meantime you pursue several brochures or peruse not pursue peruse several brochures about the amenities that the retreat has to offer i can't believe they have toe sucking yes can you believe that suddenly the office door slams shut ow dr greenlee from somewhere out in the hall a woman screams used to it why that's weird a man's voice shouts something an alarm and you hear a quick fading footstep you rush to the office door only to find it locked from the outside i can't get in you bang on the door and call out for help whoever locked it is no longer there look at the others in your group as you feel a rising sense of panic something has gone horribly wrong i know start the timer now okay realizing you're trapped you begin to look around amongst the usual office trappings you notice a narrow riding desk an odd alcove with several marble busts a heavy iron safe and a strange metal door with a frosted glass window those are all the envelopes in front of you you decide to investigate these things look closely at the illustrations on the four large envelopes but do not open them yet okay a set of keys sits on top of the desk yep that's this one examine the keys does one of the keys fit in the desk drawer use a solution wheel to find out so we're using the desk and then the cipher to see if it fits so if any of the keys so we got to line it up we'll do look at the keys that's what it says what i'm saying and then we have to see if they line up using the cipher well okay that's what it says right am i tripping pat clearly doesn't want you to do that no you can if you want you can just do it the longer way oh there's a shorter way he's going to be judging us throughout this this key does it why do you think that because it's exactly shaped like it packs okay then try this not true that one is shaped like it too i'm technically true well no it's not actually yes it is no it's a little bit different now you try the cipher okay okay so this is three dots on the red what are what are these symbols mean so that's a gas right there so this one i want to attach to the desk correct so if you look at the top left mat of the envelope that's the symbol you're working on so the desk yeah gotcha okay so this way then i'm doing the target way and then you're doing i'm doing the plus sign and then i'm doing the the holes the rings all right so now you only know what if it's right if two symbols appear two centimeters that are in the same alignment as the one above so sometimes you might see that desk completely in a different direction but clearly you guys got that one correctly nice boom dude where geniuses let's open up the thing we're genie we opened up the desk because you open up the desk you can now open up the desk envelope and dump out its content all right guys 57 minutes remaining we're doing pretty good already we're doing quarter the way through it we have some uh oh we have a little record here um we have a note and we have another note so let's let's do scene two inside the desk you find very little certainly nothing that would open a door the desk is mostly empty the drawer contains only a note to the newly appointed director and a strange poem that appears to have been removed from the staff's personal correspondence you find it slightly disquieting that a health retreat would be reviewing the outgoing mail underneath the papers you find what looks like the front piece to an iron safe perhaps inside the safe you find a clue to your current alarming circumstances if only you get it open so here's the safe so we have this record clearly there's something here this is a note it says dr gravel you want to read this you want you read this one okay dr gray you asked me to let you know if anything odd appeared and the staffs get going mail here is a peculiar poem that one of the nurses tried to send to a brother i've read it from beginning to end and can't make any sense of it it may be nothing but it stood out as strange to me it's like hi mommy there is brother so help me i love my life here at fox quest i imagine i will die happy here someday i know of nothing terrible it's all about that here certain letters by the way exactly i see that it's all about that here semicolon read this b-o-t oh bottom to top read this bottom to top so boom i started reading it for no reason yeah we didn't need to do that margaret your sister will not survive whoa whoa hold up hold up i like this your sister will not survive while here at the center death i have found the founder is being held captive by mental sickness yo that's so freaking cool hold on can i solution is all that is left the director has used harmful practices these are not beneficial and safe he had found a technique he told me of a new method for combining medicine the key is the founder's birth day if he only searched for many an answers that anyone could find the founder knew the secret was not said was not safe the director made sure that illness suffering are the goals noted under each image some of which are followed by a brief description that references the individuals as subjects there is something altogether puzzling about these files and you can't help but linger on them for a moment wondering why a health retreat would keep records of the sort on the guests okay so we see some files here but we also see all these pieces and these pieces are most likely going to put something together here and guess we're going to use this because i have these yeah so like my gut wants to just kind of like put something together here but these pieces are probably gonna this is probably gonna tell us where to put them or something in here so i see blue i see this thing these are this is blue this is green this is red these dots will probably i'm assuming line line up to something like on this you know what i mean to where it'll give us like some sort of code or key so there's numbers and just follow a hunch you can if you want i i think it's i think it's must get the cell doors open and free these poor people what is this place they're clearly doing tests so they're testing people wait red is gonna be here for sure whoa yeah whoa i just this person's alive it's this great these two have got to be dead and sick right i think we're gonna open this now it's inconclusive whatever they're whatever they're testing yeah but we don't know anything about the woman's in the green file this guy's in the blue file most likely and yellow door has nothing in it really so we don't have to worry about that as much well there's something in it maybe okay so let's open so let's set up the door notice there's different colored things on the lock i'm not quite sure what i should be looking at though here oh maybe whatever they're next to oh yes that's genius so i'm assuming it could be it could be anything though it could be any one of these we could try the corner pieces so red red go to the the intertwining circles um okay yellow go to black dot uh green go to the plus and then blue go to the this anything yep that's it sick we unlocked it nice oh this guy's been in here for a while bro why is he in the blue cell oh my gosh that's him that's him oh no he's been in there for a while he was once so handsome and now he looks like a zombie so he's chained up or something yeah you have to figure out how to undo the knot without ripping it to so one of them is red and when you find the wire for red matching up that's the symbol then you have to find the yellow one and do it again oh wait so you're re-folding these and putting together four times boom this is yellow so look at the oh we know the yellow symbol the yellow button leads to this that makes sense correct okay so so uh line up yellow yellow is which one ten minutes left yellow's uh crisscross uh green is ladybug red red is moon moon blue is lightning bolt it was already on it that's crazy all right cool we opened it get you out margaret you're getting margaret out extremely weakened and clutches your arms tightly for support unable to bear her own weight she looks at you and she's barely able to whisper a thank you before she again slumps forward as though struggling to remain conscious you begin helping her walk towards the laboratory exit but suddenly she grabs a shelf as you walk by the antidote she gasps pointing towards the shelf the shelf is full of dozens of labeled test tubes uh-oh this is the shelf we have to find the antidote nurse margaret continues to motion towards the shelf all the while mumbling something you can't understand as she again lifts her head she catches sight of the old man and her eyes suddenly go wide with startled recognition it almost appears she is happy to see him but the strain is too much the nurse margaret slips into unconsciousness once again the old man says nothing looking forlornly at the unconscious figure you know she does not have much time but how can you find the antidote from all these tubes is it a combination of them is it why the nurse was surprised by the old man who is he old man what do we know about the old man um not a whole lot i mean we can just go to his key i mean his key has the target but i think we've already used that think about the poem she wrote dude she did write a sick poem you could check that out oh yeah it says if only he searched for many days that they would find the answers the founder knew the key is the founder's birthday so 1865 shoot i don't want to do that fine 1853. that wasn't the number i came up with earlier no no that's a different that's to the safety of the dense forest surrounding the health retreat you find the worried prisoners awaiting you slowly you make your way back into the town to the local police station as you share your frightening adventure with the constable nurse margaret begins to administer the answer to the other prisoners that's quite a tale she says the constable it's all true says the nurse and she begins to share a horrific tale of the ongoings at foxcrest the retreat had long been trying to develop a healthy natural treatment to help guests look and feel younger all this was done under the careful guidance of the founder dr fox rest the treatments were developed were developing but not fast enough for his assistant dr gravely who became obsessed with finding a way to permanently i didn't know this was long avoid growing old the treatments dr gravely used slowly became more and more dangerous he eventually kidnapped several of the guests hiding them away to test his most extreme experiments when the founder dr foxcrest discovered that what was going on dr gravely imprisoned him and faked his death using the founder as one of his subjects and hiding his face under the mask in case anyone should find him this the nurse said smiling at the old man is dr foxcrest after several treatments of the antidote the other prisoners regain enough awareness to verify nurse margaret's account the police returned to foxcrest to arrest dr gravely catching him attempting to destroy the evidence of his ghastly crimes after a brief period of recovery dr foxcrest resumes control and restores the retreat to its original practice of helping to relieve and rejuvenate those in need congratulations you have sold the secret of fox chris retreat and escaped the room look at that we did it they'll definitely miss something but y'all solved it anyway so that's how did we miss something there was one thing that gave you options yeah you all missed reading a scene so oh what i missed reading a scene altogether had we had we bypassed a scene well that's the scene that's optioned so like basically you can either decide to run away or you can decide to save the woman oh so we gotta say a woman yeah you could have left early you can go ahead and read through that i don't know why i i don't know how i noticed y'all didn't miss this but one option is you escape without the woman and you leave her to die another option is you get the woman out but you don't get the formula and so they all die but you still get her out but she still dies well we would have saved the lady anyway we saved everyone yeah we said option c yeah yeah and we have two minutes here's the thing true heroes don't allow options oh we can kill people no not an option we save everyone no matter we're the heroes yeah actually technically once you get to once you choose to do option c which is save the woman you're supposed to get an extra 30 minutes so you guys did it without that time anyways because you
