Windows Store Gaming on the Corum 5way 10 Powered Tablet with Xbox 360 Controller

As I set up my Corum 5way 10 powered tablet for gaming, I couldn't help but feel excited to see how it would perform. The device is equipped with a 1080p screen and Intel X53 hog Graphics, which should be more than capable of handling popular Windows titles. To get started, I connected an Xbox 360 controller to the tablet, as this seemed like the most straightforward way to begin testing its gaming capabilities.

With the controller plugged in, I turned up the volume and prepared myself for a demonstration of the Corum's gaming prowess. The device was running smoothly on YouTube at this point, so I wasn't too concerned about any potential issues with the music playing during my test. I decided to start by checking out Dungeon Hunter 5, a popular Windows title that I knew would provide a good test case for the tablet's performance.

Everything seemed to be running perfectly and very smoothly as I began playing Dungeon Hunter 5 on the Corum 5way 10 powered tablet. The game was easy to control with the Xbox 360 controller, which made it much more manageable than using the screen itself would have been. Run's just fine now we'll just pick up the tablet for a second and see how it does run with the sensor for steering um okay it's not actually going to work because I have started the game with a controller plugged in so not too happy with that but I can tell you that it does actually work fine no issues.

I decided to try another popular Windows title, Dungeon Hunter 5 again, as it was likely to be absolutely flawless on this tablet. The device did indeed perform flawlessly, and I was able to use the screen to move around and control my character with ease. This game should be able to skip cutscenes using the controller, which is a nice feature that will make playing more convenient.

However, not all of the games I tried were without issues. Some require an internet connection, which may cause problems for users who do not have a stable connection. In addition, there are some minor annoyances with the controller, such as it telling you to touch the screen to do certain actions and occasionally stopping working altogether.

One game that did not work well with the controller was Modern Combat 5. I tried to zoom in using the right trigger on my controller, but it wouldn't respond properly. This meant that I had to play like a "proper proper tablet game" where I used the touchscreen instead of the controller, which wasn't ideal.

Overall, however, the Corum 5way 10 powered tablet seems to be capable of running popular Windows titles with ease. It's quite laggy on the Bay Trail Adam CPUs but this is fine Works quite well so that's a quick look there it's in window store gaming on the cube i7 stylus.
