Welcome to Simple Kids Crafts: Episode 551 - How to Make a Toilet Paper Tube Frog

In this episode, we will be using a toilet paper tube as the main material to create our frog. We have all the necessary materials ready, including a toilet paper tube, colored paper in green, yellow, red, white, and black, a black marker, glue, and scissors. Let's get started!

First, we need to take a piece of green paper and put a bit of glue on it. Then, we will attach the toilet paper tube to the green paper. You can also do this craft by using markers or paints or crayons. In this case, we're using toilet paper tubes and paper because it's easier to give definition.

Next, we need to make the belly of the toilet paper tube frog. To do this, we will cut a little arch on a piece of yellow paper. We will put a bit of glue on the edges so that it can attach itself very well to the toilet paper tube that we have already prepared in green. Pressing gently and making sure that the paper has attached itself really well is important.

After attaching the belly, we need to cut the hands and feet for our little frog. We will start by cutting the little feet first. Then, we will cut the little hands. One thing to remember is to bend down a little bit on the corner of the hands and the feet and then apply glue so that they can adhere themselves very well to the rest of the Frog.

Now that we have our hands and feet, we need to put a bit of glue in the eyes or the iris socket for our frog. We can see where we want them to go by looking at the placement of the eye sockets. I want to place mine here, so I will put the little black circles on each eye socket.

Next, we will paint the Frog's mouth and nose. But before that, let's make the Frog's tongue. To do this, we will cut a bit of red paper about 4 inches by 3 to 4 inches long. We will then roll it up. Now, we can draw the Frog's mouth with a marker by making a semi-triangle like shape. We will also put some little nostrils at the top.

Our frog is almost done! All we need to do now is put a bit of glue in our little tongue and attach it to the Frog's mouth. And that's it! I hope you like this craft as much as I do, and I encourage you to make it with your kids or on your own.
