How to Make Kongi P: A Delicious Winter Stew

Everybody, today I'm going to show you how to make kongi p, a dish made with soybeans. First things first, we need to soak our yellow soybeans. To do this, we'll use half cup of soybeans and soak them in cold water. As it turns out, soaking is the key to bringing out the best flavor in these soybeans.

Now that we've soaked our soybeans, let's move on to making the delicious stew. We'll need four cups of water for this recipe, as well as some dried en choies, also known as Korean dried mushrooms. These mushrooms are a crucial ingredient in kongi p and can't be replaced with fresh or other ingredients. I've seen people ask if they can use fresh androes instead, but unfortunately, the result just isn't the same.

As we prepare our ingredients, it's worth noting that these dry dish Taki mushrooms are what really make this dish delicious. To use them, we'll quickly rinse them and remove any unwanted parts. We'll then chop up some shaki mushroom and Stone bowls to add to our stew. It's also worth mentioning that I've been using a different Earth wear Bowl when making the Tang, which is another recipe I've shared with you before.

Now that we have all of our ingredients ready, let's start cooking! We'll need to chop up some garlic and mix it with sesame oil, as well as add in chopped green onions. Don't worry if this gets a bit messy - just stir the mixture occasionally until everything is heated through. As the stew cooks, you can see how all of the flavors come together to create something truly delicious.

As the stew nears completion, we'll need to lower the heat and stir in some red chili pepper and green chili pepper for added flavor. Finally, we'll add in some garnishes to finish off our dish. When it comes to kongi p, there's no need for many side dishes - this hearty stew is perfect on its own.

In the end, what makes kongi p so special is the combination of ingredients and the way they all come together to create a truly delicious winter stew. Whether you're cooking for a large group or just enjoying a quiet night in with family members, this recipe is sure to please.
