completely falling apart to hopefully eventually coming back together in the end because my new life Mantra is things are working out for me even if it doesn't seem that way in the moment I'm wondering what's going on with your living situation are you staying are you going I know it's confusing I just got new information from my lawyer so I need to start figuring out plan B other options because as much as I want to stay in this house I was told that if I want to keep the house I'm going to have to buy him out based on the current fair market value of the house the value of this house has gone up quite a lot and after everything is said and done with trials and legal fees and all that I don't know if I'll be able to afford that so I have to start looking at other options and so what I would do my plan B would be to rent an apartment for probably like a year and hopefully maybe wait out the interest rates coming down or saving up money for a down payment of a house in the future so I'm going to look at some apartment complexes in San Diego that are in good school district areas so I have options I'm trying to keep a positive mindset remember I want us all to repeat daily things are working out for me okay I am heading out to my showings and making a little smoothie on the go this has been my favorite thing to do recently because you can pass so much good stuff this is I believe this is the primary bedroom nice cute bathroom I like that everything's new decent size closet and and I love the furniture and how everything is decorated in here honestly I would probably just copy all of it because I love how it looks like I would move right in but this is just the model and this couch looks like my existing couch same color and everything so it would fit right in I love that there is a patio reading chair would go right there cute little Courtyard view on this one I'm just thinking about like my kids is this big enough for so this is another view of the kitchen I really liked it so this complex is gorgeous okay like look at this pool I feel like I'm at of Resort um there's like fire pits and there's all these random like workspaces lounges there's even a library so I like this place this is number one then she took me over to look at that same unit cuz this is the floor plan that I like empty and it's really interesting to me cuz I did not like it nearly as much empty it just goes to show how much Furniture makes a difference so that's number one this is option number two so oh my goodness um gorgeous I love that this one has views like super bright and sunny and just makes me happy like Good Vibes in here also new and updated a really cute kitchen and just the views and the skyline made me happy it felt bigger being in there just because of how bright it was and obviously for filming I like bright lighting and it has a bigger patio this one is the same price as the other so the pricing is the same the area of this one is not as ideal though but so pretty so this is I uh the second room the second bedroom and the bathrooms and the finishes in this complex and this unit I think are nicer like I like the bathroom tile and just the overall Vibe and finishes of this one but the location isn't as good and I do feel like location is super important especially if they are the same price this one also has the really nice facilities um pool complex all of those things I didn't film those I don't think but same kind of thing where there's a lot of amenities and outdoor space and things for the kids so I'm not super concerned about not having as much indoor space but like how pretty is this bathroom oh my gosh um I just think they're gorgeous um so which one would you pick between these two okay I am back from the showings which place did you like better apartment one or two I am leaning towards apartment number one just because the location is better the pricing is better but these are both big complexes so when and if I do have to move they'll have something available it's not like I have to decide today and again I'm hoping that I don't have to move I really really would love to keep this house I just have to be realistic and have other options available just in case Ember is just laying behind me lounging like the queen she is they are recovering nicely from their spay surgery after they got spayed they didn't recognize each other and I had to reintroduce them but everyone's fine and getting along all right now I'm in my little Workout Studio I'm trying to do a little walk on the treadmill and this is ridiculous but I will walk and read at the same time like I can do it it's pretty safe maybe it's not safe but it's safe enough for me I haven't fallen yet I find that if I force myself to move daily either just a walk or I'll do a little strength training at home my mood is significantly improved and then that got me thinking I wanted to share like two other things that have helped me so much with just my overall mindset and being happier one I've shared before but it needs to be said again okay so you can't control what thoughts come into your mind at any given time but you can control which thoughts you continue to engage in so anytime I have a bad thought immediately what I say to myself is nope we're not thinking about that next and then I wait for another thought to come into my head and if it's negative I'm like next but if it's neutral or positive I'm like okay we can keep thinking about that so that is one thing okay the next thing this is probably the number one most powerful thing that you could possibly do in this world for your own mental health you have to take control of your own inner voice and speak kindly to yourself it's not what's happening to us it's the story that we tell ourselves about what's happening to us so I could be telling myself right now that this is all so unfair why is this happening to me my life is over my life
