**iPhone 12 Pro First Look: Unboxing and Initial Impressions**
I recently got my hands on the latest iPhone 12 Pro, and I'm excited to share my first impressions with you. As we all know, Apple's latest flagship device has been making waves in the tech world, and for good reason.
The iPhone 12 Pro boasts an impressive A14 Bionic chip, which is the fastest mobile chip available on the market right now. It's also housed on a fine nanometer process, ensuring lightning-fast performance. But that's not all - the back of this device is made of glass, specifically Gorilla Glass, while the front features a new type of glass coating called Ceramic Shield. Apple's always been known for its fancy names, and this one's no exception.
The Ceramic Shield claims to be incredibly tough, with CNET recently putting it to the test by dropping the phone from almost nine feet. Guess what happened? The back cracked, but the front screen held up remarkably well. So, while the Ceramic Shield might not be invincible, it's definitely a step in the right direction.
Now, let's talk about design. I have to say, I'm loving this new look on the iPhone 12 Pro - some might even call it retro. It feels premium in my hands, with a stainless steel frame (or aluminum, depending on the model) that gives it a nice weight and balance.
One of the most significant changes between the regular iPhone 12 and the Pro is the improved camera system. I've had a chance to take some shots with this new device, and I'm impressed by its performance, especially in artificial lighting conditions. The primary camera features a 12-megapixel sensor with f/1.6 aperture, optical image stabilization, and a telephoto lens for those all-important zooms.
The front-facing camera also looks promising, with Portrait Lighting effects that actually work really well on faces. And when it comes to video recording, iPhones are always known for their excellent capabilities - I've taken some sample shots in both indoor and outdoor settings, and the results are impressive.
However, one feature that's worth mentioning is the removal of headphones and the charger from the device itself. While this might be a bit of a bummer for some users, it's not all bad news - you can still use third-party chargers, but you'll need a USB-C cable to take advantage of fast charging.

**Update:** I just wanted to add that I've been using the iPhone 12 Pro for a bit now, and it's definitely holding up well. The Ceramic Shield is still intact (knock on wood!), and the phone feels comfortable in my hand. It's also nice to see Apple experimenting with new designs - even if they do come at a cost.

actually technically has four cameras the fourth is here it's time of flight the sensor that we have and you can just take this out and we have a type c to a lightning connector and it's a sim ejector tool yes it's still there and apple stickers glad they didn't remove even the sim ejector tool and that's it in the box no charger please we'll charge extra for that and no headphones that's the new thing but hey we can make the box so slim so that's iphone anyways uh let's open this up and this one has the 6.2 one inch oled screen and i have to say i'm liking uh the look of it now this outer shell is stainless steel and this rim resembles the older iphone 5 i somehow like the look of that one it's very close to that so that's what we have a 6.1 inch is not very big you also have the max series the 12 pro max that's even bigger and again this is stainless steel as i've told you looks actually very nice uh here we have the volume rocker pretty flush in fact and the bottom will be your speakers your lightning connector of course it's stereo speakers uh your sim tray is over here again guys it'll be single sim nano and yes e7 will also be there if you want that second yes as expected single sim and starts with 128 gigabytes uh here we have the volume rocker sorry this is the power on off button guys volume rocker and your errors alert slider whatever you can do that uh back we have the triple camera setup on this one and all our actually 12 megapixel uh we also have a timer flight apple logo and this is the new color uh looks actually uh between gray and dark blue it's between that i would say but again this is matte finish so hopefully yes it does not pick up fingerprints that much so that's actually nice and uh let's do one thing let's just power it on i hope it has some charge and please boot up yeah and by the time it actually boots up and i set it up here is a configuration overview this iphone 12 pro is having a 6.1 inch oled screen it's a hdr 10 dolby vision screen it is part with the new very powerful apple a14 bionic chip that's on five nanometer process it's a six core processor it comes in 128 256 or 512 gigabytes of storage it also has a quad rear camera set up the main three cameras are 12 megapixel the first one is f 1.6 ois then we have a 2x zoom that also has ois then we have a 12 megapixel that's ultra wide and we also have a tof depth sensor moving to the front facing camera it's a 12 megapixel and it comes with 2 815 milliamp hour battery uh that supports power led fast charging but you have to buy that charger separately so guys i have set up this device so let's have a first look at the same again i have to say i'm liking the in-hand feel of this one uh because of this look i would say i don't know about it and this is running on ios of course and face id as usual i'm wearing my specs then also as you can see fast but again if you wear a mask then many times it simply does not work anyways if you go over here and if we go to general and if we go to about and out of that 128 gigabytes uh the available is 114 guys i haven't installed anything so this is what you can expect out of the box so again be careful regarding the storage if you think this is not enough for you then go with the higher invariant 256 in india that's about 10 000 rupees more if i recall anyways let's just go back over here and again if it goes to the portrait mode yes so we have the portrait let's see 1x if i go to the portrait it always zooms guys so that is something that i'm noticing as you can see we have 1x when we go to the portrait 2x oh you can go back to the one x so that's actually nice and again we have these lighting effects these actually work very well on faces so that's actually nice and of course the video will be good iphones are known for very good video and let's look at the front facing camera uh again here also that oh that flashlight it's using you have this portrait lighting effects as you can see notice my face it changes in real time to give you an idea this is what i like they do it actually really good using the flash but i'll have some more samples uh later on guys so anyways let me actually take some sample shots with this one so that you have a better idea regarding the camera hi guys these are some of the samples taken in completely artificial lighting in my office and as you can see uh with the static subjects the performance is actually really good this was the wide angle lens and these are again some more shots that i took and as you can see uh the performance is good with this one and uh overall i would say uh in even artificial lighting it does occur these were some shots taken in uh outdoor conditions and as you can see it did a decent job now moving to human subjects again in artificial lighting and this was in portrait mode portrait mode zoom does a good job i would say and this is regular shot but this is again the portrait mode and i feel the portrait mode does actually pretty good on this one and these are some lighting effects and moving to the front-facing camera i did not like it and this was in the portrait mode with the lighting effect so guys that's it for now for the quick unboxing and first look at this iphone 12 pro uh certainly i would say in terms of looks i'm liking this new look you could call it the retro look but i like this
