The Color Book Tag: A Fun and Quirky Game
I recently came across an interesting game called the Color Book Tag, where I had to find books that fit specific colored categories. The game was simple yet challenging, and it required me to dig through my bookshelf to find the perfect match.
My first challenge was to find a red book. To be honest, it wasn't easy to find one at first. But after some digging, I managed to come across a few options that fit the bill. For example, I found "Audiobooks" which had a bright red cover, and "Red" by John Grisham, which was a thriller novel that caught my attention.
Next up was the yellow book category. This one was a bit easier to find than the red ones, but it still required some effort. I managed to come across a few options that fit the bill, including "Finding Audrey" by Sophie Kinsella, which had a bright and cheerful yellow cover. I also found "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" series, which had a range of yellow covers depending on the book.
But the blue category was proving to be a bit tricky. I had to search high and low to find a few options that fit this color. Finally, after some persistence, I came across "Lexicon" by Max Berry, which had a beautiful blue cover with a unique typography. I also found "The Fan Girl's Guide to Galaxy" by Sam Ma, which had a lovely blue dust jacket.
Unfortunately, the black category was proving to be a bit too easy. I had to make sure that all the books I found were actually black, and not just had a black cover. But after some careful examination, I managed to come across a few options that fit this bill, including "My Life Next Door" by Huntley Patrick.
The green category was proving to be a bit tricky, but eventually, I came across a few options that fit the bill. For example, I found "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" series again, which had a lovely green cover in one of the books. I also found "Finding Audrey" by Sophie Kinsella, which had a beautiful green dust jacket.
But the most challenging category of all was the purple category. This one required some serious digging and searching to find any options that fit this color. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, I came across a few options that fit the bill, including "Lexicon" by Max Berry again, which had a beautiful purple cover with unique typography.
The orange category was proving to be a bit tricky as well, but eventually, I managed to come across a few options that fit this color. For example, I found "Finding Audrey" by Sophie Kinsella, which had an orange dust jacket, and "My Life Next Door" by Huntley Patrick, which had a lovely orange cover.
One of the most disappointing discoveries was the lackluster book covers in the series "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants". The authors went with a dull design for the cover. But I was excited to find that my life next door is so pretty.
I loved seeing how each author would choose a different style for their books, and it showed through the different colors they chose. And at the end, I decided on reading "The Fan Girl's Guide to Galaxy" by Sam Ma because it fit in perfectly with my hello summer thing, and also finding Audrey by Sophie Kinsella.
When asked which book was the most read out of these three options, I said that one was "Finding Audrey" because it's by Cork, a popular author. When asked for the favorite book out of these options, I replied that it was hard to choose between "Lexicon" by Max Berry and "The Fan Girl's Guide to Galaxy".
And when asked about the least favorite book cover, I said that I really didn't like the covers in the "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" series because they looked too childish. I also thought that the "Picture Perfect" cover was not great.
When asked if there is something near them on their bookshelf, the person replied that Jamie from Era Books got them a little guy Nemo who is near their books.
