**The Sound Call Motion Boom 2: A Major Upgrade**

It's sound, it sounds big, does it sound loud? Baby, that's a soundest, that's a soundest sound test. I'm testing out one of my favorite features - the built-in speaker phone. Let me call up... boom two! Let's get some volume. Hello, yaya. I just walked out of class. Oh my bad, my bad, I am trolling right now. All you're annoying what, what, what? Class you in right now? Strategic social media, oh okay, you got some edification, okay, nice, nice. All right, check this out, I got to put you to work real quick. How do I sound? You sound good, okay, I'm using a speaker phone, oh really, all right, so you'll be able to have a conversation with me like this with no problem. Yeah, okay, okay, you want to give you want out? **Built-in Speaker Phone: A Game-Changer**

So now when you're at your table at work and you get the phone call, you can just pause your music, rock the speaker phone, and get back to the music. That is pretty dope. All right, so one last thing, let's check the actual buttons. You got play and pause, okay, you got volume up and down gole gang, that's volume down. Let's do volume up. Yes, you be got a skip to next song and go to the previous track, okay? Yeah, all of the buttons work.

**First Impressions: Worth $130?**

So overall, on a scale of 1 to 10, I'm giving the sound call motion boom two a major major major go. Is this speaker worth $130? The answer is yes without a doubt. This is a real upgrade over the original motion boom. You're getting better volume, it's louder, you're getting more clarity, more bass. This speaker is water-resistant and it floats. You got 24 hours battery life. You got a built-in power bank, built-in speaker phone, an EQ that actually works. And my favorite feature, the RGB lights. This is a triple major go.

**Comparison to Other Models**

The only reason I would say get the motion boom plus over this is if you need that carrying strap. Okay, if you're going to be walking around outside all day long and you want that shoulder strap, that's the only reason I would recommend getting the motion boom plus over the motion boom 2. But for me, it's all about the RGB lights, the build quality, the compact carrying form factor. I love this.

**Party Cast 2.0 Compatibility**

Now, for party cast 2.0, that's not going to work with the original motion boom and the motion boom 2 but it will work with the motion boom 2 motion boom plus. blue and green this is Bluetooth version 5.3 it's ipx7 water resistant and it does float now this is 80 WTS Max power okay that's from a 50 W subwoofer and dual 15 watt tweeters now you're getting 2.1 stereo Clarity and you got base Up 2.0 technology that's going to give you extra base now this features true wireless stereo that means you can pair two of these together wirelessly but you also got party cast 2.0 that means you can pair up to 100 compatible speakers together wirelessly now the battery life on this is 24 hours on a single charge that's that 50% volume with base up turned off now if you turn on extra base and max volume you're looking at around 12 hours now you got a built-in power bank so you can charge up other devices you got an app that's available for Android and iOS to let you change your EQ settings you got a built-in speaker phone and one of my favorite new features you got seven customizable RGB light effects now to speaker weighs a little over 3 lb so all of that for 130 bucks let's unbox it and see what it is first things first shout out to White Shoes back in the building my white shes I love my I Love My White calm down okay here we go sound core motion boom to all right so Inside the Box you got your usual books and plug them and file them you got a charging cable this is USB type-c to USB type-c and you got the motion boom too now just for size comparison here's the motion boom and the motion boom too okay so the boom tool is a little bit smaller now for the actual speaker itself on the front you got a metal speaker Grill you got your sound called logo here's all your buttons so you got your power on and off you got your Bluetooth pairing you got play and pause volume up and down you got your party cast 2.0 and you got your extra base 2.0 now this will also control your RGB lights on the back you got a little flap so here's your usba a that's your power bank and you got USB type-c on this side okay you got your ports right here RGB lights these are going to be vibrating with the base on the bottom you got four rubber stoppers that's going to keep it in place and on the top you got a nice handle with some grip on it little sound called brand on the top and again this speaker is super lightweight weighs around 3 and2 PBS and it does float in the water now the first thing you want to do is download the soundcore app and make make sure you update the firmware all right so now that we finished the update let's take a look at the app now it shows you the name of your speaker you got your battery percentage you got power on and off you got settings you got a picture of your speaker you can raise or lower the volume you got play and pause you can turn bass up on and off and check this out you got a bunch of different preset eqs we're going to start off with sound course signature but you also got custom now from Custom you got a fully functional nine bag EQ now you can also change your different lights so you got the brightness of the lights and you got seven different patterns so you got flash energy flame fireworks color flow bunch of different ones now from settings you got your speaker prompts you got your clipboard permission you got your button brightness you got auto power on and off I'm going to leave mine at 20 minutes you can update your firmware you got your serial number and your users manual so the app is simple and straightforward all right so now let's check the built-in power bank so I just plugged in a USB type-c cable we'll grab a phone plug it in and there it is chargeing right up now let's do a little sound test I'm going to start off at 50% volume with the EQ set to sound cor signature with B up turned off here we go make sure you put your headphones on okay let's go to max volume now let's h b up now I don't know if y'all notice or not but when I hit the B up button you could definitely hear the speaker get louder and more bass let's take it to another song now we'll try some of the different eqs I think sound cor signature sounds the best but we also got custom let's try the lights w oh this one is sick I think I like the fireworks now you can also change the lights like this all right now I'm sitting right in front of the speaker of course through a YouTube video you're not going to really hear it but let me say this for 130 bucks this is another sound called win the base on this is insane and that base 2.0 makes a huge difference and this is one of those speakers that when you change the EQ settings you actually hear a difference this speaker sounds great now I want to do a quick comparison with this versus the uh motion boom all right so we're going to do a quick comparison we got the motion boom 2 and the motion boom same song same set settings here we go we're going to start off with the emotion boom here's the motion boom to now look I'm sitting right in front of both of these speakers this is a definite upgrade more volume more clarity and more Basse listen closely one more time here's the original boom here's the boom two this is night and day okay this one the boom 2 way more volume more clarity and more base this is a huge upgrade right here now this is 100 bucks versus 130 bucks spend that extra 30 bucks trust me now let's do another comparison all right so now let's try the motion boom 2 versus the motion boom plus now both of these speakers 130 bucks but as you can see the motion boom plus is a lot bigger and the boom 2 does have the RGB lights all right so let's see we'll start off with the
