## 1. **Footloose: The Fully Automatic Litter Box**

First up is *Footloose*, a game-changer for cat owners everywhere. Tired of scooping cat poop? This innovative litter box does it all for you. It automatically tumbles the waste, sips out the pee, and deposits everything into a smell-proof box.

But that's not all—*Footloose* also acts like a Fitbit for your cat. By monitoring how long your feline spends in the litter box, the weight of its dumps, and overall behavior, it can provide insights into your cat's health over time.

Priced at $324, this high-tech gadget might seem expensive, but think about the convenience it offers—no more scooping poop! If you're interested, keep an eye out for shipping in June 2019.

## 2. **Mui: The Minimalist Smart Home Controller**

Next on our list is *Mui*, a sleek and stylish device designed to control your entire smart home. Instead of cluttering your walls with iPads or other screens, *Mui* is a minimalist wood panel that integrates lights and touch functionality.

With *Mui*, you can manage all your smart home devices, receive weather alerts, and even send text messages—all from this elegant piece of hardware. It’s like having a smart home hub that doubles as decor.

The downside? At $500, it might be a stretch for some budgets. But if you're into sleek, modern design, *Mui* could be worth the investment. Shipping is expected to begin in September 2019.

## 3. **Tour Box: The Photo/Video Editor’s Best Friend**

For creative professionals, the *Tour Box* is a game-changer. This dedicated physical controller is designed for those who spend hours in photo and video editing software.

Featuring buttons, knobs, and other customizable controls, *Tour Box* lets you map specific functions to different hardware inputs. For example, adjusting brush size or toggling layers can be done with the flick of a knob—no need to navigate menus or use a mouse.

If this sounds like something that could boost your productivity, you can pre-order it for $90 (early bird price), with shipping expected in December 2018.

## 4. **Everyday Calendar: Visual Habit Tracking Made Easy**

Ever struggle to stick to your daily routines? *Everyday Calendar* is here to help. This innovative calendar uses a series of light-up diodes for every day of the year.

Here's how it works: When you complete a task—like working out, meditating, or drinking enough water—you simply tap the corresponding day on the display. The diode lights up, and your progress is visible in real-time.

The idea is that seeing your streaks encourages consistency, making it easier to stick to your goals. While a regular calendar might work just as well, *Everyday Calendar* offers a fun, visual twist. Priced at $300, it’s expected to ship in December 2019.

## 5. **Crunch Cup: The World’s First Portable Cereal Bowl**

Finally, for all you cereal lovers out there, meet the *Crunch Cup*. This clever invention is a cup within a cup that separates milk from cereal until you're ready to eat.

When you tilt it into your mouth, the two liquids mix right inside the cup—no bowl or spoon needed. It’s perfect for eating cereal on the go!

Best of all, *Crunch Cup* is reasonably priced at just $25, and since it has already met its funding goal, shipping will begin in April 2019.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enwhat's up everybody welcome to awesome tech you can't buy a weekly show where I bring you the 5 coolest crowdfunding projects that have hit the internet this week now I know what you were probably thinking you're probably thinking who is this dude this floating head with four arms don't be alarmed I'm just wearing camouflage this week I'm still your boy DP here bringing five best crowdfunding projects of the week so let's get into it first up this week we have Footloose which is a fully automatic litter box for your cat pretty cool idea nobody wants to scoop up cat poop so this thing does it for you it kind of automatically tumbles your cat poop and sips out the turns and the pee and then automatically deposits them into a smell proof box in addition to automatically collecting all of your cat's excrement it also has some other cool features it will also kind of acts like a Fitbit for your cat so by monitoring how long your cat spends at the bathroom how heavy its dumps are and just generally its behavior while it's taking a crap it can tell your cat's health over time apparently I don't know what programmers figured that one out but it can do that if this sounds like something that you are interested in or that your cat would benefit from you're gonna have to dish out about three hundred and twenty-four dollars seems like a lot but hey you don't have to scoop poop every week I feel like that's a pretty decent deal if everything goes according to plan they expect to ship this sometime in June of 2019 next up we have Mui which is a really sleek really cool looking a device that you can control your smart home with so the idea behind this thing is that instead of just sticking an iPad like haphazardly on your wall and having another screen in your house it's just like a wood panel just a simple wood panel that has lights and touch functionality on it and through that thing you can control all your smart home devices your lights you can get like weather alerts you can send text messages to all of your contacts it's really cool lots of different functionality but it doesn't look like a computer the only downside of course is that if you want this really stylish sleek minimalist piece of wood in your house you're gonna have to dish out five hundred dollars for it which si a little bit ridiculous to me but hey if you want this in your house and you want to be all minimalist and cool that's the price you have to pay assuming this project needs its funding goal they expect to start shipping these sometime in September of 2019 next up we have the tour box which is a dedicated physical controller designed for people who work with photo and video editing software basically this thing has a bunch of buttons and knobs and stuff that you can map to different functions in your software so let's say that you want to control the size of your brush and be able to change that on the fly you can map that function to one of the knobs or buttons or whatever so that you can just do that instead of navigating to a menu and taking a bunch of extra time to change your - it definitely seems like something that could increase your productivity if you spend a lot of time in photo or video editors and if it's something that you want to get your hands on you're gonna have to pledge at least about 90 bucks for the early bird pledge I think it goes up to more like a hundred bucks if you're late to the game but in either case they expect to ship this in December of 2018 next up we have the everyday calendar which is a really clever habit tracking tool the core idea behind this product is that it's basically a way for you to give yourself a gold star whenever you do something every day so it's a calendar that has a little light diode for every single day of the year and when you accomplish whatever task you want to do every day you just touch it and it lights up so let's say that you want to work out every day if you work out you can just go up to this thing and tap that day and it'll light up and it'll stay there forever so as you kind of work toward that goal you'll be able to see whether or not you're kind of like on a roll or have a streak going and the idea is that that will prevent you from breaking your streak and then you will therefore stick to your goals better than you would otherwise could you do this with just like a regular paper calendar on your wall probably but it doesn't look nearly as cool is this nifty light-up wall display thing so if this is something you're interested in you're gonna have to dish out three hundred bucks and they expect to ship it sometime in December of 2019 last but not least we have something for all of you cereal lovers out there is called the crunch cup and it is world's first portable cereal consumption vessel what this is is a cup inside of a cup so it allows you to separate the milk from the cereal but when you tip it back into your mouth they mix together right in your mouth no Bowl or spoon necessary and you can eat cereal on the go like you have always wanted to the best part about this is that unlike all of the other projects that we have included this week this one is reasonably priced if you want to get your hands on it you can get one for about 25 bucks and because they've already met their funding goal they fully expect to ship this in April of 2019 that does it for this week but be sure to tune in again next week and I will bring you five more awesome crowdfunding projects that you probably wouldn't have seen otherwise thanks for watching everybody if you liked this video definitely be sure to check out our other videos we've got some of the older ones over here to my right and also if you want to see the new ones definitely tune into digital trends calm or check us out on Instagram TV we publish there every week\n"
