Review - adidas miCoach Fit Smart Band

Introduction to the Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band

Hello guys, it's David Franco here from DavidtheFranco.com, and I'm excited to share with you my thoughts on the Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band. As some of you may know, I'm not exactly a fitness enthusiast or a gym rat. In fact, I'd rather spend my time playing video games, watching movies, or eating pizza than working out. However, I do enjoy the occasional workout using my Apple watch, and when the Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band came into my life, I had to teach myself about its features and benefits.

The Basics of the Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band

So, let's start with the basics. The Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band uses a Soft Touch silicone strap as well as a 17x11 LED Matrix display. Not only that, but it also features a built-in accelerometer and a heart rate sensor. In terms of battery life, the band takes just 3 hours to charge, and it gives you up to 5 days of battery life assuming you do a 1-hour workout per day.

My Thoughts on the Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band

As I mentioned earlier, I'm not exactly a fitness enthusiast, but I was excited to try out the Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band. When it arrived, I had to learn about its features and benefits, and I was surprised at how much I liked it. The band is designed specifically for fitness and doesn't resemble a smartwatch in any way. It tells you the time, but that's about it – its primary focus is on tracking your steps, calories, and distance, as well as monitoring your heart rate.

One of the things that impressed me most about the Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band was its accuracy. The heart rate sensor is more accurate than my Apple watch, and it also seems to be faster. This is a huge benefit for anyone who wants to track their fitness progress accurately. Another advantage of the band is that you don't need your phone to use it – you can go hours without syncing it with your device, which means you can work out without any distractions.

The Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band and the Adidas MyCoach Train and Run App

One of the coolest features of the Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band is its integration with the Adidas MyCoach Train and Run app. The app lets you set goals ranked by intensity – easy, medium, hard, and maximal – which is a great way to start out if you're new to fitness or want to challenge yourself. What's even cooler is that you can set up training plans using the app, allowing you to do planned workouts such as running 5K, 10K, half-marathons, and even full marathons. The app also allows you to gain muscle mass, improve your health and lifestyle, and participate in sports like football, soccer, basketball, rugby, tennis, and more.

Conclusion: Is the Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band Right for You?

So, is the Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band right for you? If you're solely focused on fitness and want a device that tracks your steps, calories, distance, and heart rate without any distractions, then this might be the perfect device for you. The band retails for just $149, which is an affordable price considering all the features it offers.

While I didn't find myself falling in love with the Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band as much as some of my fitness enthusiasts out there would, I do appreciate its simplicity and effectiveness. As someone who's not a fitness enthusiast, I was impressed by how accurate the heart rate sensor is, and I like that you don't need your phone to use it. If you're looking for a device that will help you track your fitness progress without any distractions, then the Adidas MyCoach Fitmart Band might be worth considering.
