The Fireworks Display: A Family Affair

We recently visited a park near our house to enjoy the fireworks display. While I was excited for the show, my daughter was not as enthusiastic about it. The loud noises from the fireworks were too much for her, and she didn't seem to be enjoying herself at all. As a parent, it's always heart-wrenching to see your child unhappy, especially when they're supposed to be having fun. I had to take matters into my own hands by covering her ears to try and block out the noise. Hopefully, this year will be different, and we won't have to deal with that problem again. Perhaps getting her some earplugs would be a good solution for future fireworks displays.

After our visit to the park, I decided to work on a new makeup look. I had been itching to try out some new products, including a liquid eyeliner from BH Cosmetics. I was excited to give it a go, especially since I'm not very experienced with liners like this one. The marker-like tip made it easy for me to apply, and the product itself was really helpful for beginners like myself. really like the fact that they came out with some shimmers and matts there's one shimmery color right here which is pretty shimmery and flaky a little bit overall the palette is really nice the color selection is very nice there's a lot of pinks and Burgundy's in this palette and some neutrals there are some colors that are more pigmented than others and some of them are very flaky and chalky you have to really tap your brush off when you put your brush in this really does like a lot and that's part of the Coastal Scents really Palace usually they're their palates are like that they're very flaky and powdery these darker colors seem to be more pigmented and beautiful on overall this palette is okay for me Coastal Scents is really an affordable way of getting your palate so this I believe it's about twenty nine dollars or so so for twenty nine dollars you get a lot of colors they usually have a lot of sales on their website so you can definitely get better deals with their promotions as far as the quality goes there are some good colors and there are some not so fabulous colors I really don't like this pink one it's very chalky and as you swatch it it comes out really really powdery and you do have to blend it once you blend it it becomes kind of a nice shimmer but the staying power isn't great with this one I had tried this color few weeks back and I didn't like the staying power it kind of seemed like it was almost gone and I did wear a primer and almost gone by the time like maybe three four hours into wearing it so I was not very happy with the same power on that these darker colors seem to be very pigmented and they're still very powdery and chalky but they have a very good payoff color payoff you do definitely have to tap your brush when you apply these on and we're definitely wear a primer under to you know prevent it from creasing and also to make it last make your makeup last longer please stay tuned to see how I achieve this look now since these don't have any names on it i'm just going to point them out to you and i'm going to show you what I'm going to use I'm going to use this color all over my lids I forgot to tap my brush as you can tell there's a lot of fall off with this I'm going to apply this color all over my lid and all the way to my brow bone going to take it to the corner of my eyes I didn't use a primer today I'm just using my concealer because i have my concealer right next to me i forgot to bring my primer and I didn't want to get it I'm just being lazy i'm using this morphe brush s21 for my crease and i'm going to go in with this color here this ma vie kind of color just kind of go in like that I'm not being very precise with this one because the color is very light I feel like I don't need to be too precise I can kind of go back and forth with this going to go in with this gold color right here this actually kind of matches my skin tone a little bit we're doing more of a natural look with this one today I not very Brown is kind of like a little bit of red undertone in in it like a burgundy brown which is really flattering nice especially for brown eyes and I'm just keeping it in the outer V right here hooded eye thing because it just gets really thick I'm don't really like it that pic so i just made it come down a bit and then flicked it out I think it's working out i'm using my favorite mascara and this is my all-time favorite drugstore mascara I can't get enough of this thing can't get enough alright so i am going to just coat my lashes like crazy i usually go to three coats to get the desired length and fullness it does take some time to build it up that's why i don't show it all the time and my tutorials because I mean it's just applying mascara feel like everybody knows how to apply mascara I put a lot I go back and forth a lot I put a lot of quotes on 23 sometimes more than three whatever they put in here it kind of sticks to your lashes really well and it lengthens it and it just makes a thicker and thicker every time you apply more I truly the rather use this since Kara than any other high-end and I do have a couple of couple that I like high-end wise but this one definitely is my soul mate mascara if you can have a soul mate mascara this is mine and for this look I'm just going to keep my lips neutral mavi color I'm using the plum rose number 17 by Milani okay now clean up some of that smudging on my eyeliner kind of go around clean up whatever mess I made by the way I love this lip color I think it's a perfect color for any look really it's just enough
