Today, I have the privilege of showcasing a six thousand dollar Apple Watch that's unlike any other on the market. Not just because of its price tag, but also due to its exclusive design and craftsmanship. This watch is part of the Aurum Edition line, which features 24-karat gold hand-carved details that make it truly one-of-a-kind.

that's right a six thousand dollar apple watch so if you think you're fancy because you went with a titanium one you don't have a 24 karat gold hand carved six thousand dollar apple watch uh like this one here from aurum edition and i'm gonna show this off to you guys even if it's just for the sake of it's a six thousand dollar hand carved golden apple watch which i think is really cool just to see even if it's something that none of you out there need and it's just a really neat thing that happens to exist let's go ahead take a closer look at this watch so first off it comes in this really nice bag as it should and then there is the watch box itself it looks like it's made out of exotic woods it's fairly heavy this looks like ebony but it's not as hard as heavy so this is this is not ebony around the outside but it is like a black wood and then there's like this um patterned wood here in the center that for the actual lid and then we have the oram edition logo there at the top as we open this up the watch is right there that is it that is the hand carved gold apple watch and it looks like something it sure does so if we go ahead and remove the watch itself and try to daintily set on the side and not ruin anything uh inside the box you're gonna find a couple other things that you would get with an apple watch i guess really one thing which is the charger so it comes in the same charger that comes in the normal apple watch box but they included in this box for you but other than that that's it there's no manual getting started guide anything like that just the watch itself and the charger and then you're left to your own devices to figure it out from there so let's go ahead and take a closer look at this guy so a couple things to note about this watch as i mentioned all of this engraving this detail work is done by hand look at this sample video that i got from arm edition that shows them actually using you know a chisel there to carve out this intricate pattern all around the outside of this apple watch it's pretty crazy to see just how they kind of pull that off so yeah that is all done by hand around the apple watch all of that amazing detail work now it does make it a little bit chunkier it does add a little bit of extra size to the apple watch than it otherwise would and you can see there's some additional elements like the button on the side the side button as apple calls it it protrudes out just a little bit more than your normal apple watch button would so just because that sticks out a little bit and then of course you're the digital crown which is uh embellished with those things but i do want to note that because it is covered up there you're not going to use any of those sensors so that ceramic on the outside for like the fingerprint sensor not the fingerprint sensor but taking like those biometrics there that will not work because they have covered up the digital crown so something to consider if you're seeking out a six thousand dollar golden apple watch uh now this does come with a band already on it you could always swap it for any band that you'd like but they do include this one here which is a very nice looking band it's actually crocodile leather it's a brown leather it looks very high-end as you would assume and then they have a gold buckle to go with it it all holds together very nice it looks like one package personally i'm not a gold person i dig silver you can see anything that i do wear is silver my ring silver all of that silver so for me the gold is never what i'm looking for but if you do like gold you do like the look of that then i'm sure this watch is absolutely stunning to you now this is an apple watch series 6 the latest generation apple watch and this is the 44 millimeter they actually say it's like a 46 just because uh they get a little bit larger with that uh extra bezel there but really we're looking at the 44 the larger of the two apple watch sizes so again i want to be pretty darn clear here nobody needs this apple watch it doesn't do anything different than your apple watch already does but it actually does a little bit less because the digital crown is covered and it costs a whole lot more but it is still very interesting to see and there is a reason things like this exist the apple watch is hands down the best smart watch on the market but if you're someone with enough wealth and you want to be able to show off elevate yourself about i mean if everybody is buying an apple watch what differentiates your fancy person's apple watch versus the common person's apple watch something like this something that is a bit ostentatious and unnecessary but a lot of luxury goods tend to be ostentatious and unnecessary but there's still an audience for them and there's still an audience for an apple watch as crazy as this still it's really nice to admire and to see all that detail work that was done by hand it's just very very cool to see even if this is
