He's just so casual. Just so casual. He's lost his entire sauce(laughing) and he's still so casual. On, goes the sauce. A little goes a long way. A little does, doesn't it? Less is more. There's a lot of mayo on the floor. This is exactly the amount. This beautiful bonemarrow, caramelized onions. It's all that flavor running throughout the burger. Nice, nice, nice. Here we go. Oh wow. Yes. Little bit more sauce to finish it off. More sauce on the top. Get ready for the bell. Lid's on. Ring the bell? How long? Yeah, let's clean down.(laughing) He's really maximizing the time. Burger on the board. Ring the bell! Is that the board? Ring thebell. Ring the bell! Let's ring the bell before I drop the (censored) burger. Yeah!(cheering and clapping) There we go. I'm-- Burger with all the sauce. Aw. Let's get it into the sexies.(triumphant jazz music)(music continues) Karan!(clapping) Yes! Thank you. Thank you. We made it. Right, let's commit sacrilege and cut into it. I'm excited for this. Very excited for this.(jazzy drums and piano) Cheers. Cheers! What do you think? Enough curry sauce? (Karan laughs) Oh, give me a moment. I got the chili. I got, I got some chile too. Woo! It's good, right? That is good. Creeps up on you. Creep, it creeps up on you. Mm. But the cur- there is just the right amount of curry sauce in there. You've got the fat, which also gonna help with the chile. Remember, never drink water. So you've got all that bone marrow. You've got the fatty beef- The creamy mustard mayo... Told you. And the curry sauce. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They are perfect together. Like perfect together. It's quite spicy. I can feel it on my lips. I was thinking of putting chilies into the burger, but then some of them would burn. So I kind of like the freshness. The onions cooked in that bone marrow just provides such a depth of flavor. That is superb. That is honestly great. It's almost like it's a one pan dish. Apart from the second pan that we pushed over the ledge because we didn't need it. One pan. It could have been a one pan dish. We've got the curry sauce in there as well. Oh, thank you. One pan, one floor. That's all that's required. Wonderful work, mate. That is delicious. That is. Thank you. Is there anything you would've changed? Um, no, I loved it. I loved it. I love being here, guys. I, I keep saying it every time. Can't wait to come back. Well look, I think I can confirm by giving you the eye. It definitely passes the taste test. Thank you! A hundred percent. Thank you. I can also confirm that you cooked it in under 10 minutes. I know how long. So it's going on the leaderboard. He already knows. He timed it. Before we put it on the leaderboard, Do you have a name? Of course I have it. Not Karan. Like do you have a name for the burger? Yeah. Name for the burger. What's the burger name? I dropped the curry sauce. Fantastic. You don't even need to bleep that.
