Everything Nintendo Showed This Morning at Their E3 Spotlight and My Thoughts on the Website's Progress
I recently came across an excellent blog post from writer Daniel Grapolski, whose work I definitely appreciate. As he goes about sharing his passion for all things Nintendo with his audience, it got me thinking - maybe it's time to take a closer look at this particular website that I've been working on.
So, I went ahead and checked out the blog post, which was published by Daniel Grapolski or Grablowski probably (I'm not entirely sure), but regardless of who it is, the content is top-notch. The blog post covers everything Nintendo showed this morning at their E3 spotlight, and as you can tell from the title alone, it's a comprehensive rundown of all the announcements made during the event.
Now, I've been working on this website for a while now, and I'm eager to share its progress with my audience. The site is still experimental in nature, but that's exactly why I wanted to give it a try - there aren't many Nintendo-focused fan sites out there that encourage community participation, so I thought, "Why not?".
One of the first things you'll notice when visiting this website is the homepage. Under the Community tab, you'll see two main sections: Setups and Screenshots. The Setups section features a carousel-like layout showcasing the newest setup photos submitted by our community members. As you scroll through each setup, you can click on any of them to go full-screen for a closer look. And if you're interested in seeing more setups or screenshots, simply click on the "See All" links to see everything.
Moving on to the bottom of the homepage, you'll find an About page that explains what this website is all about. It's straightforward - I wanted to create a site where Nintendo fans can come together and share their passion for all things Switch-related. We have a contact form at the very bottom, which I encourage everyone to use if they have any questions or suggestions.
Next up, we have the Games page, which features a simple grid layout of all physical games available for the Switch. As you can see, this number is always updating in real-time - last week it was 12, but now it's 13 thanks to the upcoming release of Arms. To access the full eShop directory, simply click on the link provided at the bottom of the page. And if you'd like to submit your own Switch photos or screenshots, feel free to do so using the Submit page.
The Submit page is where I encourage all community members to get involved and share their content. Whether it's a setup photo or a screenshot, we love seeing what our audience comes up with. And who knows - maybe one of you will be featured on this website in the future!
Now that I've gone through each part of the website, I'd like to say thank you to Daniel Grapolski for his excellent blog post. It's always great to see content creators sharing their passion and expertise with others.
The last thing I wanted to mention is my personal social media profiles. If you're interested in following me or keeping up-to-date on the latest Nintendo news, be sure to check out my Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
That's it for now - I'll see you all in the next video!
Under the Community tab, we have setups and screenshots, which are automatically carouselling through the newest screenshots.
As you can kind of see they're automatically carouselling through the newest screenshots which i think is interesting and of course you can click see all setups or see all screenshots so cl setups boom go full screen and if you look down here you'll see the person's name that submitted this screenshot or setup sorry setup we also have a page for screenshots so i kind of interchanged it too uh mistakenly all the time but hey it's switch content that's the way i look at it
alright so going back to the homepage scrolling down to the very bottom we have about it doesn't get more basic than this it's an about page it tells you what this website's all about and actually once this video is live on youtube i'll be putting this very video on this page and we have a contact page boom simple fill it out and um you'll be hearing from me within 24 hours and on the bottom right here we have social media profiles to my personal social media profiles for instance twitter right there that is always linked right below if you want to follow me facebook i am very very active on facebook so follow me i appreciate it and of course instagram you can check out my newest ipad pro content why not
alright so back to the homepage let's go to the games page now okay so you probably recall my saying this in the beginning of the video almost every page on this website has a header showing the 10 most recent physical games available for the switch i said almost for a reason because if you go to the games page you're not going to need to see the games that were there last week or last month - we just want to show you the latest and greatest.

the games page is where we keep track of all physical copies available for purchase. I've been trying to keep it up-to-date as much as possible.
