The Car: A Mint Condition C5 Corvette
We found this mint condition C5 Corvette and decided to throw a supercharger on it, making 500 horsepower. The car was bought from Trevor, who built the engine himself with a Brad Anderson 526 cubic inch Hemi. He also fabricated all of the wiring and did all of the work on the tank, cold side, supercharger hoses, and fuel tank. We're excited to give this car away and see where it goes.
The Current State of Our Giveaway
We've been having a great time at our giveaway, and we can't wait to see who will win the C5 Corvette. We've had some obstacles along the way, but we're like the Marine Corps - we don't plan, we adapt. We've been on a break between rounds, but there's plenty to do at Yellowbelly Drag Strip when they're not racing.

The Current State of Our Small Tire Class
Our small tire class has just finished its final round, and we can't wait to see who won the race. Jason Cantu is currently leading with a time of 5.05 seconds, but we're not sure if he's going to make it to the end. The competition was fierce, and we had some unexpected twists and turns throughout the night.
The Final Round: KC Max vs Jason Cantu
We've just finished our final round, and it's anyone's game. KC Max is currently leading with a time of 5.04 seconds, but Jason Cantu is right on his tail. We're not sure who will come out on top, but we can't wait to find out. The tension in the air is palpable as these two drivers prepare for their final passes.

part about it's our first time filming here at yellow belly drag strip a drag strip that was built in 1955 and still running today this track is wild it's definitely an outlaw track the starting line is probably the craziest part about this there's really no walls for us to stand behind it's literally just I mean the starting line is where these these barrels are at back here we're gonna be filming somewhere over here it's gonna be an interesting weekend but first rounds tonight there's gonna be about seven different classes but in this video we're gonna be bringing you highlights from the small Tire class which will be the baddest and fastest cars on the property let's go check out some of the cars and then we're gonna get some badass racing action here foreign foreign class run down the track here but Mother Nature had another night it wasn't even supposed to rain today but we'll be finishing this class tomorrow morning hopefully the track drives quickly because they don't really have much for track drying equipment here all right water is going down into the burnout box first truck in the deck coming around the corner things are looking good wouldn't you say it all over foreign thank you this is definitely one of the most unique situations for filming mid track that ever been at yellow belly is wild let me show you what I'm working with here The Spectators line their Chucks up underneath this awning there's the starting line here's my um don't tell OSHA here's what I'm holding on to and I'm standing on the fence basically so we got the starting line down there Finish Line down here it's not a bad view don't usually get a nice elevated right over the track just a little more challenging to actually get that shot thank you okay there goes the fender something still got the Instagram tag right there oh whoops I think it's repairable what do you think I mean um got the door released yeah maybe not the window blue I mean we're good we're back in business some of these tracks that we visit have some world-class track prep equipment but here at the gut at yellow belly it's all Manpower here we got people scrubbing the track with mops we've got the golf cart and the blowtorch out here they get it done though wow foreign place where you can leak the whole burnout they wipe it up and say go ahead and go I haven't asked them if this is okay but I'm just gonna roll up there and make them say it's not yeah screw it in case you guys are curious why some of the cars that went out first round show up in this next round it's because they allow second round BuyBacks so driver's meeting is happening right now anybody wants to buy back in that went out first round is allowed to so we're basically doing first round again right now foreign cookie monster is in the lanes duct tape and all ready for second round now is a great time to remind you that we are giving away a freaking car we found a mint condition C5 Corvette we threw a sure yeah we'll be having a minute all right I knew it's been out for like four months and you know she's struggling a lot but it's just you know she's behaving today there's a lot of California races out here I love it like half the small Tire people it seems like yeah yeah well good luck in third round man thank you man appreciate it I am getting excited because the sun has set here at yellow belly and this track has a crazy feel at night with the big crowd small Tire class is coming back up right now for a third round a lot of fast cars left in this class it's gonna get wild right now here we go foreign foreign I tell you what you get your knees earlier but he's still making things next up we have the Maverick and I think Corey Bullock in the green Fox body the Mavericks definitely working he's only got six passes on this car let's see if he can make it even quicker here or he's gonna need to make this pass work though and Corey with the wheelie off the starting line he was out of the race at that point Maverick's still making moves and going fast foreign going down right now kicking off we have Jason Cantu is on a streak right now against the Maverick which is flying out the trash holy foreign thank you very much small Tire semi-final My Little Pony versus Byron Mitchell right now foreign our last race we have tonight is I'm sorry this morning it's 4 42 in the morning
