kind of figured out as we were putting this wallpaper on is that if you're having bubbles and they're giving me some trouble I actually just used the tip of an exacto knife but just made the smallest little hole and then that was able to let all the air out and you don't even see the hole but your bubble is gone come on in like I'm trying oh god I answerable Oh God this is cute this like matches the confident guys and I really like doing a round table when there's so many like rectangular items like the coach the coffee table even like the fact that we're in a corner yes true a circle is really nice and then the good thing is that these hairpin legs match like the vibe of the TV stand it's a bit industrial right good way to tie it all all these themes in together which way let's go this way yeah Nigel gonna love beautiful fits the space really well too good work okay oh yeah these colors go so well together I'm vibing this everything Nigel will vibe this yeah I feel like we've done like only a few things I already see the vision so much all these boyos are so good together that's what happens when you start with like a blank slate yeah youse need to do like two things and that's festive actually even notes which it is it's one of these we think no yeah you did that Wow we did that holy shite that's so nice how it like perfectly illuminates the table poker ball play back together that's why I want here okay it's do it I'm gonna put plants on these later because they need to dry ya know about that soil sticky life you know I can't even up all these it's like I've never seen suddenly cords on my leg call cool okay great great okay so now which need to fix the orientation of some of this stuff over here yeah this desk we might be getting rid of since we decided we don't need a desk and a table I think so let's get her in the desk and like move the living room this way mm-hmm and new our chair oh yeah thank you this is really cute though oh wait is this what is this like steel blue yeah this is like mattress perfectly I think plan man we nailed it I saw this earlier it's good you know who picked the paint color the person that didn't see it and somehow still locked out man this guy he's bound to love blue one time when I was heading back to college I like unscrewed the entire thing and my mom came over and she was like you need to like untwisted take these things off a responsibility oh no no no no no no guy working for you don't film me watch this pants I didn't find out for this now : let me bring in a side table oh you know we did do first rugs we have regret bringing it back from episode one Oh No so much regret so much regret it's okay this coffee tables not that not that heavy yeah oh yeah that's better you're definitely centered on the TV now oh my god that's all it needed it's really all it needed are you upset about your regrets if only I had done the rug first I wouldn't feel this state but now I wasted a tissue okay now what rugs oh yeah for reals okay I wasn't joking about the rug rat we got to do it okay let's just move it where are we moving in I feel like the rug is gonna fill up like a lot of space looks like it's just gonna be out for sex like over here yeah okay ready lingard eeeh Leviosa it's Leviosa not lovey yo fat lost on her no I've seen Harry Potter one okay this is frickin sick yes jute rug wow wow wow wow so you probably go underneath the couch of it right I think that's what we do it's that's the move stir that one now not under the couch I thought that was a rule that we had to follow well I don't know it just it fits so perfectly this way I don't think you need to okay we can break all the rules we make the rules what the designers okay wait design anything we tell other people what they should do for space and if we say you should do this then they're gonna do this in the living room we're going with a layered rug look by stacking a large jute rug with a vintage thrifted hide on top the reason we love layer drugs is because sometimes doing one large print if you have to cover a large area can be a little much to take in and by layering you can kind of break up patterns by adding two different types of rugs it's also a good way to add in like a color or print that's a bit daring if you do it on a smaller rug on top and then do something basic and simple underneath yeah I love it mm-hmm that just like made this space so much more elevated looks perfect did you stay here I would absolutely stay here and it's not even done yet and I'm already saying that like this is like my earliest onset confidence so far in his space do you suffer from early onset confidence okay what now lamp lamp shelf yeah oh wait this is the back right yeah so yes so do you swing this way it's like that it'll be easy if we do the living room yesterday we've been bedroom today and honestly it's the painting that takes the longest and like that's done yeah sick okay to the bedroom what's up YouTube welcome to my crib come on in this is the bedroom this is where the magic happens the DIY magic alright let's get working alright so let's talk about I guess security in here there is zero there is ZERO me as a guest staying here doesn't want to see this and me as the owner doesn't want people to see this exactly the win one curtain rod is already here no we'll just put up a simple curtain I like to secure there yeah so we're actually going to do is I have two thick curtains to this rolling rail curtain system it's going to add some privacy for Nigel space so that any guests that come over as well as him on the day today don't have to look at his open closet now that the curtains are done we're actually going to move on to bringing out the pieces that are in his bedroom that aren't going to stay and bring in some new pieces like matching side tables a bench to go underneath his window as well as some side table lamps in the rest of the room we're bringing in a large gold full-length mirror it's gonna tie in nicely with the other gold accents we put in the living room on a side table were actually adding a smart lock so this way he can lock up any valuable items and open up the drawer with his smartphone it's a good way to keep his passport or money or any important documents secure from any visitors underneath the TV we're putting two little shelves it's a tight area so an actual table would be too much but these shows are the right amount of storage to add style to and like keep TV remotes employees okay that looks good so that's the last big things and now it's on to like the little details yes it is in here and out there as well it's just like the most pathogens ever I love it let's go in the bedroom I'm putting a table in this corner as well as adding some books and a plant on top so these hand-painted sale signs from honest teds are a classic part of Toronto that Nigel actually already had all the shelves underneath his TV I'm just adding some books including a couple to cover some cables on the bed we went with more of an oatmeal linen duvet and of course we brought in some nice big fluffy pillows to make it super comfy to finish up the living room we are of course not forgetting to add some cozy elements like a blanket and a lot of nice pillows he had a lot of guitars lying around so we're gonna be hanging them on the wall a it works this awesome artwork and B it just clears up some floor space above the couch we were doing this really cool sort of like art installation with some old thrifted vinyl records we're just kind of nailing them in a random cluster above the couch to act as art on this wall because of the color scheme were working with we were actually able to bring back his desk lamp he had on the desk because it is the perfect shade of blue we're also making sure to add a bunch of plants around to bring some life to the space literally and we didn't notice he was a big fan of the Beatles and coincidentally our red painted pots with the plants in them kinda look like strawberries in a field forever dude it was so good I'm so stoked he's gonna be so stoked we nails the theme like it's it's good it's not too much it's just enough it's like super special I think it is a nice little toronto condo mm-hmm that you would want to stay at yeah if you were visiting but still gives you that experience man yeah it's an experience um forgot about this yeah I know we just lose get rid of that Christmas how many months ago a lot many okay let's erase and like write something like welcoming tell that you're a big music fan yeah those are not your records so don't be alarmed they're vintage which could be used for art in the sake yeah I love what you did to my record station over there it's really insane yeah super accessible and also room to buy and way more records Oh oopsies yeah we wanted to combine your existing record swords with the bookshelf that you had be one big shelf that could a work for you and also I think it's fun if you have people staying over they can enjoy the books play the records totally carpet as well god a little layered moment yeah cushions are nude yeah well there is still a whole other room I heard that so you want to go check that out - yes oh wow hey no more clothes hanging out much cleaner I love this you clean up all the cables - I'm gonna try to hide those so neat and tidy I see myself yeah that's right for the fit fantastic yeah it's excellent over there by the by the window it's more storage for me exactly there is lots of storage in there so we obviously have these curtains here which act as some great hiding of the closet space brilliant easy to use and then another thing that we added in here is actually a smart lock on this drawer smart lock yeah so you actually hook it up with your phone and if you were to rent out your space you can just use your app and close it and lock it and it won't open it's not here I have a smart drawer yes my roar can hold your passports any money any valuables I already put some of it in there for you crap oh I got some chewing gum and I put this so you already had like a really great stir in here so we didn't want to do anything too wild we wanted to be a calming space while you're trying to sleep but we thought you know matching side tables matching lamps it's a good way to go that's right and then the TV felt maybe like it was floating a little on its own so we just added some shelves below some floating shelves loaded shows so they can all float together guys I love it absolutely amazing Oh God how did yourself thank you thank you so much I hope you get lots of rentals now after this we will give you your place bag check ourselves out all right we'll see you later make the rules what the designers okay wait design anything we tell other people what they should do for space and if we say you should do this then they're gonna do this in the living room we're going with a layered rug look by stacking a large jute rug with a vintage thrifted hide on top the reason we love layer drugs is because sometimes doing one large print if you have to cover a large area can be a little much to take in and by layering you can kind of break up patterns by adding two different types of rugs it's also a good way to add in like a color or print that's a bit daring if you do it on a smaller rug on top and then do something basic and simple underneath yeah I love it mm-hmm that just like made this space so much more elevated looks perfect did you stay here I would absolutely stay here and it's not even done yet and I'm already saying that like this is like my earliest onset confidence so far in his space do you suffer from early onset confidence okay what now lamp lamp shelf yeah oh wait this is the back right yeah so yes so do you swing this way it's like a dance okay Beauty yeah oh yeah that's great that's awesome totally that matches the vibe of the TV bench really well so it's missing some shelves but then once we do I think all the records can now come to this one because it's just nicer we're combining the record in the bookshelf yes - one epic curtains to hang new nightstands a Benja mirror like there's so much stuff to go in there but I think that it'll be easy if we do the living room yesterday we've been bedroom today and honestly it's the painting that takes the longest and like that's done yeah sick okay to the bedroom what's up YouTube welcome to my crib come on in this is the bedroom this is where the magic happens the DIY magic alright let's get working alright so let's talk about I guess security in here there is zero there is ZERO me as a guest staying here doesn't want to see this and me as the owner doesn't want people to see this exactly the win one curtain rod is already here no we'll just put up a simple curtain I like to secure there yeah so we're actually going to do is I have two thick curtains to this rolling rail curtain system it's going to add some privacy for Nigel space so that any guests that come over as well as him on the day today don't have to look at his open closet now that the curtains are done we're actually going to move on to bringing out the pieces that are in his bedroom that aren't going to stay and bring in some new pieces like matching side tables a bench to go underneath his window as well as some side table lamps in the rest of the room we're bringing in a large gold full-length mirror it's gonna tie in nicely with the other gold accents we put in the living room on a side table were actually adding a smart lock so this way he can lock up any valuable items and open up the drawer with his smartphone it's a good way to keep his passport or money or any important documents secure from any visitors underneath the TV we're putting two little shelves it's a tight area so an actual table would be too much but these shows are the right amount of storage to add style to and like keep TV remotes employees okay that looks good so that's the last big things and now it's on to like the little details yes it is in here and out there as well it's just like the most pathogens ever I love it let's go in the bedroom I'm putting a table in this corner as well as adding some books and a plant on top so these hand-painted sale signs from honest teds are a classic part of Toronto that Nigel actually already had all the shelves underneath his TV I'm just adding some books including a couple to cover some cables on the bed we went with more of an oatmeal linen duvet and of course we brought in some nice big fluffy pillows to make it super comfy to finish up the living room we are of course not forgetting to add some cozy elements like a blanket and a lot of nice pillows he had a lot of guitars lying around so we're gonna be hanging them on the wall a it works this awesome artwork and B it just clears up some floor space above the couch we were doing this really cool sort of like art installation with some old thrifted vinyl records we're just kind of nailing them in a random cluster above the couch to act as art on this wall because of the color scheme were working with we were actually able to bring back his desk lamp he had on the desk because it is the perfect shade of blue we're also making sure to add a bunch of plants around to bring some life to the space literally and we didn't notice he was a big fan of the Beatles and coincidentally our red painted pots with the plants in them kinda look like strawberries in a field forever dude it was so good I'm so stoked he's gonna be so stoked we nails the theme like it's it's good it's not too much it's just enough it's like super special I think it is a nice little toronto condo mm-hmm that you would want to stay at yeah if you were visiting but still gives you that experience man yeah it's an experience um forgot about this yeah I know we just lose get rid of that Christmas to combine your existing record swords with the bookshelf that you had be one big shelf that could a work for you and also I think it's fun if you have people staying over they can enjoy the books play the records totally carpet as well god a little layered moment yeah cushions are nude yeah well there is still a whole other room I heard that so you want to go check that out - yes oh wow hey no more clothes hanging out much cleaner I love this you clean up all the cables - I'm gonna try to hide those so neat and tidy I see myself yeah that's right for the fit fantastic yeah it's excellent over there by the by the window it's more storage for me exactly there is lots of storage in there so we obviously have these curtains here which act as some great hiding of the closet space brilliant easy to use and then another thing that we added in here is actually a smart lock on this drawer smart lock yeah so you actually hook it up with your phone and if you were to rent out your space you can just use your app and close it and lock it and it won't open it's not here I have a smart drawer yes my roar can hold your passports any money any valuables I already put some of it in there for you crap oh I got some chewing gum and I put this so you already had like a really great stir in here so we didn't want to do anything too wild we wanted to be a calming space while you're trying to sleep but we thought you know matching side tables matching lamps it's a good way to go that's right and then the TV felt maybe like it was floating a little on its own so we just added some shelves below some floating shelves loaded shows so they can all float together guys I love it absolutely amazing Oh God how did yourself thank you thank you so much I hope you get lots of rentals now after nice like I'd love to show it off and not people stay over that's true it's like it could be a little practice run too you know I think overall the theme came out really nicely it's subtle enough that you know if I was booking it it'd be excited to stay in this kind of like music guitar themed vacation rental yeah and although it was like a theme it was still very true to him like he does like all
