5 Best Vision Pro Accessories to get!

The Apple Vision Pro is an exciting new product that has generated a lot of interest among tech enthusiasts and accessory enthusiasts alike. When it comes to accessories, there are several companies that have already started to release products for the Vision Pro, including third-party companies that aim to offer more affordable options.

One of the most interesting developments in the Vision Pro accessory market is the rise of companies like Band Work, which has been making Apple Watch bands and other accessories for years. This experience has likely prepared them to enter the headband game for the Vision Pro, where they are now offering several different versions with varying materials and designs.

The Band Work Vision Pro headband is a particularly interesting product that offers a range of customization options. The set includes an easily replaceable headband that can be attached to the Apple Vision Pro with a few simple steps, as well as a perfectly color-matched included light seal made from fabric that sits between the VR screen and the user's head. This allows users to mix and match the light seal with the headband color and materials, such as leather or fabric, to create a unique look.

The price point of the Band Work Vision Pro headband is also worth noting. While it may be slightly more expensive than Apple's own backup case, which costs $100, the addition of a light seal makes it a more comprehensive accessory option. Additionally, the fact that the headband can be easily replaced with a new one means that users will have access to a range of customization options without having to purchase an entirely new product.

Another trend that is emerging in the Vision Pro accessory market is the rise of Amazon Brands, which are already starting to release screen protectors and other accessories for the device at affordable prices. For example, Apple's sport band can be purchased by Amazon for around $10, a significant discount on the original price of $60.

As more accessory companies enter the market, it is likely that prices will continue to drop, making high-quality Vision Pro accessories more accessible to a wider range of users. The rise of third-party accessories also offers an opportunity for smaller companies to make a big splash in the market and offer unique products that set them apart from larger competitors.

The Apple Vision Pro is still a relatively new product, but it has already sparked a lot of interest among accessory enthusiasts. As more companies enter the market, it will be exciting to see what types of accessories are developed for the device. Will we see more high-end accessories like the Band Work headband, or will more affordable options become the norm? Only time will tell, but one thing is certain: the Vision Pro accessory market is going to be an exciting space to watch in the coming months.

The speaker phone accessory that I'm most excited about is probably the Apple Speaker Phone. As its name suggests, this accessory allows users to make and receive calls while wearing their Apple Vision Pro headset. The product looks sleek and sophisticated, with a stylish design that complements the Apple brand. While we don't know much about the technical specifications of the speaker phone yet, it's clear that Apple has put a lot of thought into its development.

The accessory market for the Apple Vision Pro is likely to be a major focus area for Apple in the coming months. As the company releases more content and applications for the device, we can expect to see a wider range of accessories being developed to support it. From high-end headsets like the Band Work product to more affordable options like screen protectors, there's going to be something for everyone.

The rise of third-party accessories is also an important development in the Vision Pro market. While Apple will likely continue to offer its own range of accessories, including a backup case and other products, it's clear that smaller companies are well-positioned to enter the market and offer unique solutions to users. As the accessory market continues to evolve, we can expect to see more innovative products being released that take advantage of the Vision Pro's advanced features.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enso you may or may not have noticed that whenever Apple jumps into a brand new product category companies flock to make accessories for it right whether it was a 2007 announcement of the iPhone or when Apple got into the tablet Market their MacBooks or even back when the iPod released companies jumped to these products because they know that they can sell accessories for because Apple doesn't make a ton of variety and volume of accessories from the first party side and also companies on a third party side think that they can make probably the same quality type of products and accessories for a much smaller price and and that's when we started to see all these companies kind of Bloom into existence right if it wasn't for these iPhones and apple jumping into the iPad market and things like that companies like Nomad and andar and span and spec all these companies wouldn't really exist if it wasn't for the iPhone release and in 2022 alone the iPhone accessory Market was a $32 billion industry I mean think about that apple is letting other companies take on that revenue and take on that kind of ownership because they don't need to they already have the device itself but they've spurred a $32 billion accessory kind of marketplace without them needing to even do anything so so now in 2024 Apple's jumping into a brand new category with their Vision Pro and what I wanted to do was do a Roundup video of all the accessories we see already on the first party side from Apple but then there's already some third party kind of Manufacturers and companies making these Vision Pro accessories making them available on launch day so in this video I wanted to round these up and show you exactly what I see so far and what I expect to see moving forward so without further Ado let's talk about some of these accessories so let's first bring up the first party products or accessories that Apple already has on their website and are being sold today to then be picked up on February 2nd so the first one has to be their Vision Pro travel case now this Vision Pro travel case in my opinion is insanely overpriced at $200 for what it is this is essentially a hard shell headphone case right like if you've had any Bose headphones recently or a Sony pair of overhear headphones that's literally the case that you're going to get sure it's going to be a nice fit and finish it's going to fit perfectly it's going to work as intended it's probably going to have a beautiful microfiber lining and it's just going to feel high quality but still $200 seems kind of absurd when you would probably get this same exact thing maybe 2 weeks after launch for like $25 $30 directly from Amazon so what you get included with this actual product is a rip stop outer shell which is kind of like little baggie which is nice to see you get a polycarbonate protective structure so again it's going to be a hard shell structure I love how Apple just throws in these kind of like buzzwordy words in here to make you think like you're getting more than what it really is you also like I said microfiber lining is built in there and then retractable handle So in theory it's a it's a great little kind of accessory to actually bring your Vision Pro with you because Apple has stated that or has shown that the Vision Pro is going to be a mobile device of sorts so being able to carry it and carry it securely because it is a $3,500 product at minimum is going to be very important to kind of get into so that is the Vision Pro traveling case but stay tuned for some other ones that we're going to show off that are a lot cheaper like sub $80 cheap and then the only other real accessories worth noting are the additional battery pack that you can get for $200 now this is going to be something that's going to be proprietary to Apple so you might have to Shell at the $200 it does bring one actual battery pack in the packaging when you first purchase one but if you are on like a 6- hour flight you're going to need to swap some of these out or use that USBC cable or USBC Port that's in the actual battery pack itself to then charge on the go with maybe an additional power pack so it's going to be a very weird situation where you're going to have a cable running from the headset over to the actual Vision Pro battery pack and then another cable plugged into that battery pack that's then plugged into maybe an external battery or plugged into the wall or whatever the case may be so you're going to have some sort of I don't know like a snake situation or you're tethering yourself to a bunch of different battery packs it'll be funny to see what people create like some super crazy backpack that you just attach to yourself and you plug in that gives you like a week's worth of battery life I can see some craziness happening but if you do want to just get battery packs from Apple they're going to be $200 a piece and they do give you two and a half hours of video playback time we're not sure what that means for like intensive tasks like productivity work or video editing or whatever the case may be but they're playback time is what they use as their unit of measure for actual battery life and what's funny is that they don't tell you the amount of milliamp hours and if we did talk about this in our latest overtime episode on the podcast that the fact that Apple's charging us $200 for a battery pack and they're not telling us how many milliamp hours means that it's probably very very small amount of actual energy and power in that battery pack because if you were to go on Amazon and spend $200 on a battery pack the milliamp hours are going to be enormous like you can get maybe 100,000 milliamp hour battery for $200 from Amazon versus this is probably going to be the same same amount as like an iPhone or two iPhones you know but that remains yet to be seen and then another first party one that goes with this is a Belin kind of like clipon and carrying case for the actual battery pack itself so the idea here is to put a little clip on here and this beling clip is $50 but the idea is to then clip it onto your waist or put it in your pocket just have another way to actually carry this thing so it doesn't look kind of crazy with you holding it in your hand but again I'm going to see people kind of just throwing this in a backpack if they are on the go or if they're at home they're going to be Tethered to the wall and now Apple does have some other products in the accessor section but they're more of placements if you do need to get other ones like you can get the Vision Pro solo knit band or the double Loop band you can also get another charging break you can get the Vision Pro light seal cushion and even another Vision Pro light seal and these things range from anywhere from $100 to $200 depending on if you need to replace them or in another situation where maybe you are going to share this with a significant other or somebody else in your household and they have a different light seal situation maybe that's another reason why you would buy another pair but again those aren't really accessories just more so Replacements than anything but now I do want to jump into some third party ones that I did find online which are definitely worth considering because they do range from very high quality and kind of aesthetic looking accessories to more of a functional accessory that is a better bargain at a better price than what apple is selling us so I'm going to start off with companies that are a little bit more reputable then we'll go into like the real no-name Brands and like on Amazon and things like that but the first one I want to bring up is by span you know I'm a big fan of span I've been using their cases for years now and they're making a clasen pouch now they had one of these for the airpods max which is a great product but this Classen pouch is just exactly what you would want out of an actual carrying case as opposed to what you were getting from Apple for $200 so first off this thing is $90 Allin as opposed to $200 and you get way more functionality so you still get that hard shell carrying case it fits obviously your Vision Pro but then you also have a bunch of like zipper cutouts and different pockets and different areas to put stuff into you can bring your cables you can bring Chargers you can you know there's even a little spot for an air tag so if somebody does steal it you can then track that after the fact so what I like about this is that it gives you a lot more functionality for less than the price and it's still from a very reputable company so that's what I mean by this being an opportunity for companies to really start to show out and show off exactly what they're able to create the next one that I was able to see was by a company called spec I've seen their products before in the past as well they make iPhone cases and iPhone accessories and things like that so they've been around for a while as well and they don't actually have a price point or any actual products per se but they do have kind of a a render and an outline of what they plan on releasing for the Vision Pro itself so here they have three products that they're showcasing one is going to be a belon strap competitor so being able to have a carrying case for your Vision Pro battery pack so you can either wear it like a fanny pack kind of thing or clip it to your waist and things like that they also have maybe like a glass screen protector or some sort of cover for the actual Vision Pro headset so you're able to cover it up and make sure it doesn't get dinged and scratched and then of course they're making their own carrying case as well so again all these products I bet combined are still going to be cheaper than the $200 price point that apple is giving us for their Vision Pro traveling case so Apple will sell a lot of their personal traveling cases but again there is opportunity for these third party companies to make a Big Splash in The Vision Pro accessory game and then another really cool one that I found is by a company called bandwork now I've seen band work I've never actually used their accessories before but they make a lot of Apple watch products hence the name band work like they make apple watch bands and leather and titanium and metal and everything in between so of course it makes sense that they're going to get into the headband game for the actual Vision Pro so this is coming in a couple different variations they have five on the website right now and this actually looks really cool and a way to actually be able to customize your Vision Pro to yourself from a aesthetic and a look standpoint so you can see from the description it says that the set includes an easily replaceable headband which you're seeing right now and then which can be attached to the Apple Vision Pro with a few simple steps and then they actually have a perfectly color matched included light seal made from fabric which sits between the VR screen and the user's head so you're able to kind of mix and match the actual light seal with the headbang color and the materials like they have a leather one they have a fabric one so I think this is going to be another big stepping stone in being able to change the way that it looks for instance I know with airpods Max with the replaceable ear cups you can actually change it to whatever color you want essentially and then they also have ear covers so again different ways to customize your Vision Pro to what you like so from an accessory standpoint these are a little bit more on the price your side I think they're about 150 or 160 but again Apple selling their backup one for $100 and then $30 for the light seal itself so that's not that much more expensive than what Apple's giving you but you do get variety you get options and you get optionality on what you're able to do from an aesthetic standpoint for your Vision Pro and then lastly I do want to get into some Amazon Brands there's a bunch of Amazon Brands already that are selling like screen protectors for the actual or if you want to see what happened with iOS 17.3 the release was pretty epic click on this video right here but until next time I'm Fernando and I'm excited to get my hands on this Vision Pro peace everybodyso you may or may not have noticed that whenever Apple jumps into a brand new product category companies flock to make accessories for it right whether it was a 2007 announcement of the
