The Cheapest, Easiest, and Most Delicious Ground Beef Recipe You'll Ever Make
This ground beef recipe is one of the easiest, cheapest, and most delicious you will ever make. It's simply a matter of grabbing up a few ingredients, frying up the beef, pouring the sauce over it, and serving it over rice. The outcome is a meal that you and your family will come back to time after time and never forget.
To begin making our super delicious sauce, we start by adding a quarter cup of low sodium soy sauce to a measuring cup. I said low sodium because I'm trying to watch my sodium, but you can use the regular stuff if you want. Followed by three tablespoons of hoisin sauce, which gives that rich deep flavor and lasts forever because it's economical. And last but not least, we add a quarter cup of sugar, which isn't that simple guys - easy to make, grab up a spoon and give everything a good stir.
We'll set this aside for a few minutes while we get started on the main part of the recipe, throwing in an lb or half a kilo of medium ground beef. We want about 80/20 Fab mixture somewhere in there, but I swear, if you buy it at Walmart or No Frills, they put something else in and it's just not good. We're focusing on economics here, so we'll just break this down and let it fry up over medium-high heat, which will take about five minutes. Just stir and relax, read a book, sing a song - you know that type of thing.
Once our ground beef is all freed up, I'm going to add in a good tablespoon of garlic ginger combo, minced. You can also do this separately chopped if you want, but three cloves of garlic and a thumb-sized piece of ginger should do the trick. Give it a stir until that wonderful aroma of garlic fills the air - yes, you could add some chopped onions too if you're so inclined, but we'll get to that later.
Now we pour in our delicious sauce that's been patiently waiting on the sideline. Stir once again until that beef is completely coated with the sauce, and then let it cook for a couple of minutes until it comes to a boil.
