Last To Stop Eating Their Colored Food Challenge _ 24 Hours Blue vs Pink Food Challenge
The Great Food Color Challenge: A Culinary Adventure
As we embarked on this culinary challenge, we were filled with excitement and anticipation. Our mission was to create dishes using only one color of food - pink for Ben and blue for us. We started by making a cake pop, where Ben dipped the end of a wooden skewer into pink glaze and put it on top. To take it to the next level, we added a spiral of glaze onto it, followed by dipping it fully in the glaze once it hardened. Finally, we topped it off with pink sugar sprinkles and decorated the stick with a bow.
Next up was our second serving, where we waited patiently for the waiter to bring us something delicious. Ben asked for his pink cake pop, which was finally served. We couldn't help but stare at its vibrant color and wait for the next course. The waiter brought us a plate of food that looked like it belonged in a kindergarten art class - blue pasta and pink rice.
As we sat down to enjoy our meal, we were surprised to find out that the pink rice was actually quite good. The blue pasta, on the other hand, had an interesting texture that reminded us of seaweed. We couldn't help but chuckle at its uniqueness. Ben joked about his "pink cheeks" after taking a bite of the pink food.
After lunch, we decided to take on a new challenge - making drinks in different colors. Jessica poured corn milk into raspberries and blended them together with ice cream. She then added white chocolate glaze and pink food coloring to create a beautiful drink. Ben refused to share it with anyone, claiming it was his favorite color.
We also created a blue smoothie using bananas, apples, and blueberries. The combination of flavors and textures was surprisingly delicious. Jessica joked that she couldn't eat the blue smoothie because it was too good to share.
For our main course, we ordered burgers - Ben's was a vibrant blue while mine was a juicy pink patty. We added food coloring to the meat and cheese for an extra pop of color. The result was a burger that looked almost too pretty to eat. Ben jokingly said his patty must have been made from bluebird meat.
To take our meal to the next level, we created hot dogs in different colors - Ben had a pink one while Jessica's was a vibrant blue. We added ketchup and mayonnaise with food coloring to create the perfect condiments. The result was a meal that looked like it belonged in a fantasy world.
As we finished our meals, we realized that something unexpected happened - all this colored food started absorbing into our bodies, turning us pink and blue too. Jessica joked that they needed to come up with a new challenge - one that didn't involve changing their skin color.
To rectify the situation, we created giant chips of different colors using mashed potatoes and flour. We divided them into two parts and added pink and blue food coloring. By coating them in vegetable oil and salt, we were able to enjoy our colorful snacks without any consequences. Finally, we attached printed labels with a Pringles logo and decorated the containers with pride.
As we wrapped up this culinary adventure, we couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of it all. We learned that while food coloring can add a pop of color to our dishes, it's not necessarily the best way to eat. Nevertheless, we had a blast experimenting with different flavors and colors - and who knows, maybe one day we'll take on another crazy challenge in the kitchen!
