My Day at School: A Tale of Tuna and Trouble

I'm Lorraine, and I'm Andy Taylor's student. Today was an eventful day for me, and I just wanted to share it with you all because I didn't think it was fair at all. I got suspended from school today, and my day started coming home a bit earlier than usual.

I was really angry with my daddy because he didn't have any more peanut butter for my peanut butter and jelly sandwich for snack lunch. So, he told me that I had to have a tuna fish lunchable instead. I don't like tuna fish lunchables; they're thinking, smelling, and not taste good at all. My daddy said, "Mo'reen, you haven't actually tried it, Tony take just like chicken." Still x mac lunch on the bell ring, and I pulled it out of my lunch box outside.

I opened it up, and my daddy had shown me how to strain the tuna from the can so I squeezed it really hard. The juice came out, and then I put the juices back in my lunchbox. But then, all of a sudden, there was this really big windy blowing wind, and it blew the tuna juice all over my shirt and pants. Nobody's died, by the way.

I ran to the bathroom to clean up and pushed out the hand dryer to dry off my shirt and pants for like 30 minutes. But then, the lunch bell rang, and I had to go to class again. Santa Claus was coming out for like 10 minutes, and almost everyone started talking about something smelling really bad like fish.

I sat there hoping that nobody would know it was me, but then a popular girl named Sarah was sitting right next to me. She said, "Marine smells like a toilet." I wasn't playing with her hair; it smelled like a toilet too. I sat on the grass all by myself watching the kids play dodgeball.

Then, this really mean boy named Scotty comes over and scares me. He says, "You smell like a toilet, Marine. Bring the tree brain latrine." Then, I punched him in the face really hard. But then, the yard duty Mrs. Swanson saw that I was punching someone in the face and came over to grab his guardian.

She said, "That's it, Maureen. I'm taking you to the principal's office right now." They said, "We don't care what happened; more violence is never tolerated at our school. You're suspended for the rest of the day." I said, "But I didn't do anything wrong. Why am I always getting in trouble? I don't understand."

As I reflect on my actions and my situation, I realize that maybe I shouldn't have punched Scotty in the face. But it's hard when you're feeling angry and frustrated. It's just not fair that I get into so much trouble all the time.

I'm still trying to process everything that happened today. I'm a little better now, I guess.
