I just eyeballed it I cut it a little extra long and then I edited from there so like I would pick up my bag and then I would do this and I feel like that's a little long so I'm going to cut it and that feels about right and then from this point you can just take your glue stick and actually just sorry you can't see this I'm not my camera's not professionally setup as a reminder I don't do this as my daily job I actually have a job Monday through Friday so there's that and then you want to cut out three vertical laces an equal length so I just kind of like grab a box chunk and from there I'll cut three and again I cut a little extra long lengthwise like this and then what I do is I take it and put it across like this and I think that's a little long so I'm going to cut some excess off here on the side oh we kind of visualize it again I feel like that's great and now I'll cut three equal laces and even if they're not exactly equal as you can see I'm not even stenciling it out because it doesn't have to be perfect at least to me it doesn't you want to make sure that like I said so you don't do what I did which was make the tops uneven so what I would recommend doing is placing your first one down and then you want to place the third one and then you can do the middle and I'm just and then take the third one I feel like it's a little long on the sides but again this project is so easy so what I could actually do is actually cut from here because they're not that cemented down yet I can just cut the sides and then you can take one little side handle or you can put them together to keep it closed and you just pick a side I really don't think it matters which side I think this would actually be really cute and a brown ribbon if you don't have ribbon on hand I have actually seen within two as well at the Dollar Tree and then if your team colors yellow this would also be cute where maybe on the back you could put the number of the player you could put the team name on the side you want to get extra creative you can just type a team name something cute would be to get like foam stamps and like letter a bit letter foam stamps and just do the team name you could do the number anyways just wanted to share this with you guys for football season I'm more of a basketball girl but I do love the sound of football it reminds me of my childhood my grandfather always had football on and it's a sound that brings back wonderful memories and I don't know if you know this but the first of the five senses that triggers your memories actually smell and I get that all the time it's really weird sometimes I'll be on a walk and the wind will just blow just right and I smell like a part of my past and football with the hearing sense it triggers happy and safety because my grandfather always used to watch football so I wanted to get these bags up for you guys as quickly as possible so that you have time to get this together I know for me I live in Texas we're very big Friday Night Lights is all of us all because of Texas and football is very important down here in our football season has already started as many many others and so I hope you guys enjoyed and

love reading all of your comments and this is another simple DIY that I want to share with you today for football season and they are these cute little football backs that cost me $1 $1 this is just perfect for anyone that has a son in football or you love football and your husband maybe place fantasy football and you go all out or you throw football parties this is just something really cute to make and it cost me a dollar because I had everything on hand except for this bag right here which cost me the dollar and I picked it up at the Dollar Tree and they actually come in a packet of three which is amazing so I can do two more bags or just one dollar and I used printer paper for the laces cuz it looks like a football and then I had green ribbon on hand which I used green for football grass however you could do brown ribbon for the like leather and the football or you could do the color of whatever football team that you love so like I love the Dallas Cowboys and I could do a blue and silver ribbon so love this idea I want to share with you and these bags are actually my daughter's lunch bags I just simply folded it over and hole punched so I folded it over and then I hole punched and weaved the ribbon that way so I already had those on hand but they also sell these lunch bags at the Dollar Tree and like I said I got this little bag at the Dollar Tree so Dollar Tree had on hand and then I used a glue stick to glue down the laces I used scissors to cut the laces and then the printer paper that I grabbed from my printer and then the ribbon for time for that extra
