The Ti the Season Book Tag: A Festive Reading Challenge
Hey guys, it's Reagan and today we're doing something very festive because Christmas is almost here! That's right, today we're doing the ti the season book tag which you know sounds like fun and I actually haven't done a book tag in a pretty darn long time, I think since Halloween book tag. But so anyway, let's get started.
I have no idea if I've been tagged in this, but I will leave the creator's video down below for you guys to check out. Question one is: Do you have a favorite winter read? For this in general during the winter time, I love to read fantasy and I love to read historical fiction because they both tend to be long and they tend to be dark and depressing. I don't know what that says about me, but in terms of favorite winter read this is really difficult. I want to say Harry Potter, but I'm going to be a little more creative and I'm sure I'll pick that again later in this tag. Instead, instead I'm going to say the Mistborn trilogy by Mr Brandon Sanderson.
Question two is: Find a book with blue on the cover. Found one I picked A Constellation of Vital Phenomena which I actually here, I'll zoom in. I love this book cover; it's absolutely stunning. I think it's stunning. I'll leave you to alone, am I even out of frame? Who knows, this is really close to my face.
Question three is: Find a book that you'd use as a star on the top of your Christmas tree. For this, I picked another Blue Book which is The Gollum and the Genie but it's just so beautiful. I mean there's like snow and gold, let's just say it's perfect; it's absolutely perfect.
Question four is: Pick a place that would be perfect for a winter vacation. Remember earlier in the video how I said I wasn't going to pick Harry Potter because I was probably going to use it later in the tag? Well here's the place where I'm going to use it later in the tag because I'm going to pick Hogwarts. Hogwarts wins every time.
Question six is: Name one book that is on your wish list for this year. For this, I'm going to have to go with Station Eleven because I've only heard fantastic things about it and the premise sounds great. It's essentially a post-apocalyptic book, but also pre-apocalyptic; I hate that word pre-apocalyptic, um, and it basically follows a theater company who where the world ends when they're performing King Lear. I want to say, and that just sounds great, and it was also nominated for the national book award but all my friends have loved it, and I really want to get it this year for Christmas.
The Last Question: Name Your Favorite Holiday Drink, Treat, Movie, All the Things!
For this final question, I'm going to have to go with One Love Actually because young Hugh Grant is my favorite H-Grant. Two favorite drinks; uh, I don't really drink a lot of things besides water but I do love that zebra Hot Chocolate from Starbucks because I'm #basic. And my favorite treat? I'm going to have to go with cook cookies, but that's not really a seasonal thing; I just really like cookies all the time.
All right, guys, that is the ti the season book tag hopefully you guys enjoyed and I hope you all have a really happy and merry holiday season coming up. Yeah, I will see you guys soon with another video soon goodbye!
