Welcome to 1888 with JC Synth: Las Vegas Edition
As we make our way through the city of lights, it's hard not to feel like we're in for a wild ride. We've made it to Las Vegas, and that's definitely a sign of things to come. Before I show you guys around my humble abode here at the El Cortez hotel, I want to warn you that this trip is going to cost us an arm and a leg. And let me tell you, I'm not exactly splurging on the fanciest accommodations. That's right, folks, we're staying in the oldest hotel in Las Vegas - aka the mob hotel. It's got character, it's got charm, and it's definitely got some...interesting artwork.
As we make our way to my room, take a look around you. We've got two beds, because why not? And let me show you this beauty - it's a 46-inch LG flat screen TV that's actually pretty nice. I mean, who needs a fancy-schmancy hotel when you can have a decent viewing experience, right? Now, if you look down there, you'll see our trusty shoulder rig, microphone, and electronics charging station all set up and ready to go. And that little nook over there? That's my boudoir - not quite an armoire, but it'll do.
Now, let me introduce you to the person who's going to be doing most of the heavy lifting around here: Miss J. She's got a few tweets lined up for us, and I'm pretty sure she's going to try and score some free goodies sent her way. You know, the usual - "Hey, JC Synth! Can you hook me up with some free girly stuff? Pretty please with a cherry on top?" Yeah, that kind of thing.
As we take a look around my room, check out this artwork. It's...interesting, to say the least. We've got a picture of a male parrot trying to swoon a female pair, and let me tell you, it's a real showstopper. And if you look up there on the wall, you'll see an awesome picture that's probably too small for you to really appreciate - but hey, at least it's something, right? Oh, and check out this lamp! It's actually pretty cool.
As I sit here in my room, trying to get some work done before tomorrow's Aces conference, I have to admit that I'm feeling a little under the weather. You know, the usual Vegas blues - but hey, at least we've got our trusty Mary Kay meds to keep us going. And if things get really rough, I'll just have to call in some backup...and by "backup," I mean Batman. That's right, folks - with this red button on my phone, I can summon the Dark Knight himself. Who needs a fancy-schmancy superhero when you've got a decent Wi-Fi connection?

timmy tech i know you bro 1888 called and let me borrow this desk it doesn't want it back but i did get the mandate the editing station all hooked up it's good to go we got the lte wi-fi hotspot this is where all the editing is going to happen here is miss j you guys know her she's going to be doing all of well some of the tweeting and stuff and probably trying to get some like free girly stuff sent to her pretending to be me i don't know what the hell i'll review it look at the phone guys look at the phone look at this it's got the red button to call batman on there the only thing that's missing is the little rotary dial yeah and that piece of crap but anyway here is the the room tour if you want to call it that the artwork is outstanding check this out we have a picture of a male parrot trying to swoon a female pair and his feathers are sticking up on his head because well that's a euphemism that okay we won't even go there so anyway the artwork is outstanding i mean look palm trees with look at this lamp this is awesome i love this and check out the view guys there's an awesome picture you'll probably be able to see it there's an awesome picture down there of and you're not gonna be able to see it but there's a snail that that picture on the wall right there past the dirty window that is a snail with a skull for a shill i mean i get to wake up to that in the morning i mean that is just freaking awesome so anyway here we are we're in vegas if you can't tell by my voice i'm starting to get a little sick so we have you know medications over here mary kay that's not um cough relief yeah so anyway here we are guys we're gonna do the best we can to survive the week because i am getting sick i can feel it in my chest so if i have to kill myself bringing you awesome ces coverage that's exactly what i'm gonna do so here we are j's two cents home base here in las vegas getting things kicked off tomorrow with the aces conference i hope you guys will tune in and as
