Hey guys, what's up? This is [Your Name], and today we’re gonna be checking out the new Xiaomi wireless power bank. Let’s quickly get started.
We’ve already checked out the Samsung wireless power bank, and a lot of people are really interested in that. The Samsung model costs around 37 hundred rupees, whereas this one, the Xiaomi Mi Wireless Power Bank, costs around two thousand five hundred rupees. So it's definitely much cheaper than the Samsung variant.
It’s also quite identical to the Samsung wireless power bank in a lot of ways. Although I did find the Samsung wireless power bank to be sleeker and it does have a nice rubberized layer along with a slight lip which they've used to sort of give you an area to charge your watch. This allows for the phone to sit on the wireless power bank with the camera bump not touching anything.
But the good thing with the Xiaomi power bank is that you do have an entire side which is rubberized. So even if your camera bump is touching the power bank, it's protected because of the rubberized portion of the power bank.

Now let’s talk about what all this power bank has. It has a 10,000 milliamp hour battery in there, and you do have a couple of ports on the top. You do have a USB A-out so you can connect your standard USB A cables, and it also has a USB C-in to charge up the power bank.
You can simultaneously charge two devices with this one on the wireless mat, whereas one through the output cable. The wireless pad is at 10 watts. I didn’t think that was on the Samsung because the Samsung wireless power bank was only giving us about five to eight watts at best, and it often lost out on wireless charging capabilities when tested with devices that were not Samsung devices.
In the case of this main power bank, we’re getting a constant 10-watt wireless output. It works with iPhones, with Samsung devices, and it will work with the new Xiaomi Mi 10 as well.
---
Now, the good thing about the power bank is that it also charges up at 18 watts. So it does support a 5-volt-3-amp or a 9-volt-2-amp input, which means that you can use any of your fast chargers to charge up the power bank, and it will do that with a speedy delivery.
The overall weight of the power bank is 230 grams, which is fairly light. It is quite sleek and ergonomic, and the finish on the metal casing is also really nice. It feels really soft to touch in the hand as well.
It also comes with a USB A-to-USB C cable inside the box. It's a compact cable and it can be used to charge up your device—which is the power bank—or to charge up your phone using the power bank with the cable.
---
Overall, I’m pretty impressed with this product. Also, with the fact that it’s much more cheaper than the one available from Samsung, and the one from Samsung doesn’t really work seamlessly, this one seems to work much better and offers a better charging experience.
Like I mentioned earlier, we’re getting a good 10-watt on devices that support 10 watts. And with iPhones, it’s working with 7.5 watts without sort of breaking the wireless connection on and off—which the Samsung wireless charger did do.
