assistant to an agent that represents the screenwriter named Ezra and he's like a big-shot screenwriter he wrote this script a couple years ago that won him an Oscar so like everyone's like his next project is gonna be amazing and he has signed on to do a rom-com flight to write a rom-com and he's pushing back the date for the script cuz he hasn't written it and he has a red net and eventually like Evie's boss is like you know it's up to you to get this guy to write this script you know you are like his babysitter so she goes and she like you know makes a deal with him because he doesn't believe him rom-coms and meet cutes and all that stuff so she says that she will go on a few meet cutes a week and she will write up like the meet-cute and send it off like a rapport and hopefully that will give him inspiration in order to write his script to show him like you know romance is real and like her challenges meet cutes to find a guy that will fall sorry sorry so the screenwriter whatever guy he's he's horrible so the whole book is about her going on these meet-cute it's trying to find somebody and then she meets this guy named Ben who has the daughters he's a widower and they become friends and things like that his book doesn't happen traditionally the way you think it would because when I told you the plot we thank you especially with the romance readers that meeting especially I read a lot of romance can have for a chiclet because I just love it it's like candy to me and I love candy um but so I had already pre assumed that this book was going to go one way the love is going to be like this and I could already see the ending and oh hello you say hi say hi say hi YouTube so I had all these assumptions of how it was going to be and I was wrong and I was actually really glad that it kind of took the generic rom-com and kind of twisted it even though this book is full of so many like meet-cute switch oh my gosh like I know I've complained about another book fix her up in the amount of times they say baby girl on that this book is like that only with the word meet-cute like if I don't hear meat cute for another year I will be happy they just really overused it but I really liked it I've been keep it a 4 out of 5 I would highly recommend it if you're a fan of romance if you're a fan of rom-coms chiclet all that kind of stuff so I'm happy to a read it this one feels the challenge for Kratz the challenge this is um Illustrated cover I think sure let's go with that my next book I'm reading I'm reading another adult book because I need to read caramel bites cashews M&Ms and milk chocolate candies and peanuts I don't know he freaking loves drinks and then I got my shirt because we don't ever buy clothing for ourselves because we're just we just I don't know that's just how we are so I got him this shirt it's just like a simple t-shirt he always needs some for like the spring and summer so hopefully he'll like it it's just something he can wear like out about so that's what I got a Valentine's Day is trail mix and shirt because that's how we roll around here so for Noah again we don't get too much or anything I guess I actually got a Valentine's Day for his class I got him soupy because he loves to be I got him an extra one so he can like write a Valentine's Day to like his grandmom stuffy but I won't be interested he'll probably just interested in the cards themselves not writing them but he loves Charlie Brown uzuki and Express what and from ninth day I got him this thing he loves cars this is Rosco I'm trying to missing like four or five um I find these at Target Rosco is really not even a main character I just like he likes jeeps so there's that so I got him a few books because he really enjoys books um this one is actually a repurchase or not a repurchase this is a friend for Dragon by Dave pickle pickle II he got me got sent this cuz I get a lot of kids books for reviews if you ever want to hear more about that let me know and he is very picky about what he likes but he loved a friend for Dragon he loved it so much that he write it so much that this binding came out and the pages came out and I like couldn't keep up with him so I had to get rid of it unfortunately but it was a well-loved book so when I saw this I was like he needs another copy I'm gonna tape this out so it'll last but he loves this one I also got him let's have a sleepover he has the first book in this called do you like my bike he loves it just like a first reader thing he loves me so oh my god ever well done okay of cycle of your cold where it's just like you're still like but look you can function everything is fine um we're I haven't done a lot I have started with the fire on high and I am on page 67 so this book is like almost 400 pages but it reads very fast the chapters are very very short so honestly I plan to finish this tonight I think I can if I really apply myself if not I would definitely finish it tomorrow so that's my plan for right now I know I keep apologizing for this video lowering log but this one truly is because I was sick my son was sick and I just haven't done anything really much as everybody else it I don't know that the book is about me thought cared me mamani who is 17 8 or 18 and she's a senior in high school she also has a 2 year old daughter um and she wants to be a chef she really has high desires for that so she takes this culinary arts class and her last semester at school and they also were gonna have a field trip to Spain and the end of it and so it's about her in her last year of high school trying to you know be a mom a teen mom at that and a single mom because she doesn't have relationships with her daughter's father but he's involved in her life which i think is great and she's also trying to help her grandmother who she sling with she also try to be a good student applying for colleges and she's also trying to you know follow her dream of being a chef and I love domani as a character she was a very strong character she was an amazing mom and I loved reading about how much she loved her daughter how much she wanted to be there and it's just hard because as a mom already myself I juggle so many things I can't imagine being an Teen Mom having a thorough school on top of that and you know they are all colleges so she handled it very gracefully and I thought she was very mature and smart for her age and I just lost her so she is the big part while I really enjoyed this book and I also love you know she has recipes in this book as well you know and she talks about her you know her cooking and her food and her family and I just really enjoyed it I said you know I'd liked it but the more I think about it the more I think Amani was the real star of this book and which is why I loved it so I think right now I probably give it a three and a half out of five I really liked it would recommend it if your like food books I've done a video all about actually um I would put that on this list um because it was just heartwarming family at the end there is a little bit of romance in it but Imani doesn't let that define her because yesterday at 3 a.m. he woke up today at 4 a.m. because if his fever and I'm not feeling good um he's a lot better now if you can hear him um hopefully was take a nap before he M yeah yesterday I was like I have no energy because the doctor and you know take care of him and everything and I told you obviously montage some bits and I want my montage I filmed me making my dinner which I know I get questions of what is that and why I made so much of it number one it's like sun dried pasta I'll leave the link down below for it it's like my husband's favorite dish which is really odd because I'm more of a pasta person and he's not but he requested every week I'm number two I made so much of it sure like oh my gosh that is way too much food yes I do that because I try to make him off after dinner and enough for both of us to have it for leftovers for once the next day he packed it for lunch today I'm gonna have it for lunch today and that way you know I got my money's worth because I made it that big little thing so anyway I'm sure let's get on to the reading they'll have all the books I'm ready to show you but I am reading one book right now and that is would you like to meet five Rachel winters and full transparency I did start this before the except reason I think I kept like a hundred pages in I I don't know I not keep track I don't think that matters but right now as it stands I'm on page 237 and there are total of three hundreds and like fifty pages so I plan to finish this today fingers crossed I am really enjoying it much more than I thought I was going to write that's always a pleasant surprise my kid screams a lot just do you hate that I understand if you don't watch the video that's this how he communicates a lot so just so you know but um yeah I'm really enjoying this so I can't I don't have them it's like it's my eating cousin I've been up for like four hours um what was I gonna say I don't have the strength or energy right now to tell you what this book is about so I plan to read it while he's being crazy and hopefully he'll take a nap and I can finish it and then I'll let you know my thoughts and everything but so far I'm really enjoying it's an adult's like triplet let me go because it's loud and I just look horrible it's one of my saying yes I thought taking my hair down would make it look a little bit less rough but it just enhances my whatever oh I just finished would you like to meet by Rachel winters like I said my son six so we're just lounging around a lot today just finish this and I actually really enjoyed it I think right now if I would give it a 4 out of 5 I was leaning towards 5 out of 5 but then I was like there's a couple things I don't love about it so yeah it's gonna be a little difficult to explain so we have Evie Evie is the assistant to an agent that represents the screenwriter named Ezra and he's like a big-shot screenwriter he wrote this script a couple years ago that won him an Oscar so like everyone's like his next project is gonna be amazing and he has signed on to do a rom-com flight to write a rom-com and he's pushing back the date for the script cuz he hasn't written it and he has a red net and eventually like Evie's boss is like you know it's up to you to get this guy to write this script you know you are like his babysitter so she goes and she like you know makes a deal with him because he doesn't believe him rom-coms and meet cutes and all that stuff so she says that she will go on a few meet cutes a week and she will write up like the meet-cute and send it off like a rapport and hopefully that will give him inspiration in order to write his script to show him like you know romance is real and like her challenges meet cutes to find a guy that will fall sorry sorry so the screenwriter whatever guy he's he's horrible so the whole book is about her going on these meet-cute it's trying to find somebody and then she meets this guy named Ben who has the daughters he's a widower and they become friends and things like that his book doesn't happen traditionally the way you think it would because when I told you the plot we thank you especially with the romance readers that meeting especially I read a lot of romance can have for a chiclet because I just love it it's like candy to me and I love candy um but so I had already pre assumed that this book was going to go one way the love is going to be like this and I could already see the ending and oh hello you say hi say hi say hi YouTube so I had all these assumptions of how it was going to be and I was wrong and I was actually really glad that it kind of took the generic rom-com and kind of twisted it even though this book is full of so many like meet-cute switch oh my gosh like I know I've complained about another book fix her up in the amount of times they say baby girl on that this book is like that only with the word meet-cute like if I don't hear meat cute for another year I will be happy they just really overused it but I really liked it I've been keep it a 4 out of 5 I would highly recommend it if you're a fan of romance if you're a fan of rom-coms chiclet all that kind of stuff so I'm happy to a read it this one feels the challenge for Kratz the challenge this is um Illustrated cover I think sure let's go with that my next book I'm reading I'm reading another adult book because I need to read these two so I kept on Matt review that's how my glam works um I mean that's a voicemail I'm reading you are not alone bright guru Hendrickson Sara Peckham and is a thriller I don't know anything about it I'm okay with that I've read two of their other books before I really enjoyed their first one life between us did not like animals girls so here's to over yeah a big Valentine's Day thing Metin action went out to dinner last weekend because Valentine's Day is on a Friday so we're like it's gonna be packed so we went up to dinner and we're getting each other like one like small thing so there's that so yeah what did I oh I got him some trail mix cuz the man loves trail mix and I got him at the archer fires is some target I got him like the holiday one for Christmas because like after Christmas I went on really cheap and he said that's like his favorite romics he's ever had so I was like I'll just get my big old thing of this this is the caramel cash it's got chocolate covered caramel bites cashews M&Ms and milk chocolate candies and peanuts I don't know he freaking loves drinks and then I got my shirt because we don't ever buy clothing for ourselves because we're just we just I don't know that's just how we are so I got him this shirt it's just like a simple t-shirt he always needs some for like the spring and summer so hopefully he'll like it it's just something he can wear like out about so that's what I got a Valentine's Day is trail mix and shirt because that's how we roll around here so for Noah again we don't get too much or anything I guess I actually got a Valentine's Day for his class I got him soupy because he loves to be I got him an extra one so he can like write a Valentine's Day to like his grandmom stuffy but I won't be interested he'll probably just interested in the cards themselves not writing them but he loves Charlie Brown uzuki and Express what and from ninth day I got him this thing he loves cars this is Rosco I'm trying to collect all of them because he loves all them we have like the majority of them I cannot find Sally I cannot find Ramone who else can I find miss fritter I can't find Flo is that all I think I'm missing like four or five um I find these at Target Rosco is really not even a main character I just like he likes jeeps so there's that so I got him a few books because he really enjoys books um this one is actually a repurchase or not a repurchase this is a friend for Dragon by Dave pickle pickle II he got me got sent this cuz I get a lot of kids books for reviews if you ever want to hear more about that let me know and he is very picky about what he likes but he loved a friend for Dragon he loved it so much that he write it so much that this binding came out and the pages came out and I like couldn't keep up with him so I had to get rid of it unfortunately but it was a well-loved book so when I saw this I was like he needs another copy I'm gonna tape this out so it'll last but he loves this one I also got him let's have a sleepover he has the first book in this called do you like my bike he loves it just like a first reader thing he loves me so oh my god ever well done okay that's what I got my guy it's nothing I'm majoring like that we just do a little something because you know you wanna just the cute oh this is the card I got Matt mrs. when no one gets sick there's a 90% chance that I will get fits when he got the flu not the exact same thing though so last when he had the flu in December which I'm still thinking we got through it because flu is scary as mess right now but we had the flu I got a really bad cold I asked Jack now I had really bad cold well no it's really bad it's just I stuffed up and tired I have a headache oh hello anyway so I'm suffering through that's why I look horrible like I couldn't do the half black thing it's not working out so anyway I did finish you are not alone I'm powered through this morning overall I really enjoyed it I don't think I enjoyed it as much as the white between us but I definitely join it more than the previous novel on anonymous girl just not like it this one I like the creepiest very it was very mysterious like it took a little over halfway through did you try to mount a piece suppose it was the shrouded in mystery um so all I can tell you look two percent not to go into it knowing like really anything about your fame shake kind of it's like a nobody she you know once better why she wants like she wants to find love things like that and then something happens or she witnesses something and then she meets the more sisters who are like these alluring beautiful glamorous they always desire okay thanks that okay Shay thinks that she wants their life but what they really want is her so overall I would give this book a 3 it I didn't love it like watch you I was he I enjoyed it but I didn't love it so it was it okay Furler I would say for looking just to get in thrillers I would recommend this one so yeah this fulfilled the challenge for down the dart contemporain guys I don't know if I only have two more books on my TBR which is one is who I have this camera so we're gonna get a different angle now so I have with the fire on high by Elizabeth Acevedo and the Mac never Emery Lord I only have like four days to complete this I don't know if I'm gonna read four books this week I'm gonna read three so I'm gonna make my priority with the fire on high because I've been meaning to read this for forever so I might try to read these together like I don't there's my dog Oh could you perfect is that he wanted a like floating TV stand so he built it and then my mom gave us that little I don't know what you call it bench thing that she had at her house that she did not want anymore so she's like take it I was like okay and then we added the family think so yeah we're doing a lot of house stuff but anyway I'm watching PS I still love you because it's to watch like a movie every weekend just after Noah goes to bed it's like a good way for us to like have like a date night in every week and just have some chill time so it's not just we're in bed for us on our phones all that kind of stuff so I think tonight we're gonna supposed to watch Kingsman to a couple weeks away watch Kings number one which we actually really enjoyed so I think we'll watch the sequel tonight hopefully I'm feeling better and I could do that I think I will but yeah I'll try to vlog that I wouldn't make him watch PS I still love you but he's not really into rom-com so oh because I'm sick and I'm just not comfortable with you no good to do it outside of my home but my church had this woman's event where um they were having in coffee and they had a quick yoga session so I went state pitchers that because my good friend who's visiting home Florida actually let it so I went there and took whole bunch of pitchers for her so she can use it for her business and then thank you for church things like that you'll see some overlay but of course them at Trinity was really before met no get home I feel a lot better I just have that crud you know when you're in the last kind of cycle of your cold where it's just like you're still like but look you can function everything is fine um we're I haven't done a lot I have started with the fire on high and I am on page 67 so this book is like almost 400 pages but it reads very fast the chapters are very very short so honestly I plan to finish this tonight I think I can if I really apply myself if not I would definitely finish it tomorrow so that's my plan for right now I know I keep apologizing for this video lowering log but this one truly is because I was sick my son was sick and I just haven't done anything really worthy of montage because I you guys know I'm a sucker for montage sorry I'm on bridge right now trying to find the photos I just took where they had to here they uh I'm gonna do that quickly um we're painting the hallway today so maybe I'll vlog that you know that's fun how stuff yeh I actually should show you honestly how stuff we painted Noah's room and that's almost done and we painted our better I feel in a couple videos which is why I look good we went to church they take pictures there so I have to work on those but I thought I would just try to read this stuff so I did finish with the fire and hi I talked to you guys yesterday and said I was gonna try to finish this and it did dad talk to you yesterday I can't remember her um I did finish this I enjoyed it I didn't love it as much as everybody else it I don't know that the book is about me thought cared me mamani who is 17 8 or 18 and she's a senior in high school she also has a 2 year old daughter um and she wants to be a chef she really has high desires for that so she takes this culinary arts class and her last semester at school and they also were gonna have a field trip to Spain and the end of it and so it's about her in her last year of high school trying to you know be a mom a teen mom at that and a single mom because she doesn't have relationships with her daughter's father but he's involved in her life which i think is great and she's also trying to help her grandmother who she sling with she also try to be a good student applying for colleges and she's also trying to you know follow her dream of being a chef and I love domani as a character she was a very strong character she was an amazing mom and I loved reading about how much she loved her daughter how much she wanted to be there and it's just hard because as a mom already myself I juggle so many things I can't imagine being an Teen Mom having a thorough school on top of that and you know they are all colleges so she handled it very gracefully and I thought she was very mature and smart for her age and I just lost her so she is the big part while I really enjoyed this book and I also love you know she has recipes in this book as well you know and she talks about her you know her cooking and her food and her family and I just really enjoyed it I said you know I'd liked it but the more I think about it the more I think Amani was the real star of this book and which is why I loved it so I think right now I probably give it a three and a half out of five I really liked it would recommend it if your like food books I've done a video all about actually um I would put that on this list um because it was just heartwarming family at the end there is a little bit of romance in it but Imani doesn't let that define her because she knows that being a mom is first and foremost in her life and I was like girl I love you like I mmm I love that you know mom power her so I really enjoyed it would highly recommend it it did start the Matt from here to there by Emory ward but I'm not gonna lie to you I'm having a little bit of problems with it not because of the writing room like that because this is a sequel and I read the first book the start of me and you so long ago I don't remember like anything for a Mac should probably reread it before I get into this book but I don't feel like doing that right now I thought I would be fine going into without you know knowing much about the first book because I honestly forgot if you're like what I have a horrible memory but I just I'm on page what page around page like 80 I mean liking it it's just like I can't connect with the characters because I've already connected with them once and I forgot my connection I'm having a hard time finding that connection so I think for right now I'm gonna put this down which is a big shocker for me to say but because I don't like feein effing I really don't and I'm not DN effing this book I'm gonna finish it eventually I just don't feel like doing it right now this gym really trying to focus on if I'm not really loving the book are not in the right headspace so I'm just not feeling it right now um put it aside it's okay I don't want to just keep reading ten pages at a time so that's what I'm gonna do I'm gonna put this down I'm gonna try to find maybe like a really detailed review of the first book and you know where it goes ever everything and that will refresh my mind I don't feel like that's cheating because I've already read it once and once I start you know reading that review or never I mean oh yeah and I think I will dive back into this because I am enjoying it I'm just not connecting with it as much as I want to because it'll say go away I don't know a book I'm gonna start next or tonight it's gonna be a good question but either way in total I read three full books I keep shaking this in total I read three full books this week which is actually a really good week for me because I have an average - looks cuz I've just been slower with the reading so first if I read on would you like to meet my Rachel winters this fulfills the challenge for illustration on the cover I enjoyed it I thought was a really fun rom-com type of book would recommend it I gave it a 4 out of 5 then I ran you were not alone by guru Hendrix and Sarah pecking in this fills a challenge for dark and mysterious contemporary heart in a he I gave this a 3 out of 5 mysterious did I talk about this book of what I thought about it I hope I did it was dark it was mysterious it definitely was very mysterious I liked it much more than a nose girl I'll play that it and then the last book I finished was with the fire on high by Elizabeth Acevedo which I gave a three and a half out of five this it feels a challenge for diverse in the cover what else green on the cover also that one in there a book that's been on your TV are like backless for a while this has been on my TBR so this one fit a lot of challenges and I really enjoyed this one three and five I'm keep thinking about maybe I'll bump it up to four but it's because I love domani so much I'm not to think about it but I liked it and then I read like a little snippet of the map from here there so that's my contemporary thought week overall pretty good week opportunity to say sorry for this boring vlog it was boring I realized it's just I have no explanation that this is just my life it's just daily life I don't flog a lot of my life because I don't think it's really blog or even I thought and because I just I don't know and you know my life's not like it's boring it's a boring life but I do love my life I'm very grateful for everything I have in my life but it's just not you know fun to watch interesting all that kind of stuff I mean if you guys ever want me to put like cleaning in my videos or like organizing cuz I do that a lot of times let me know what you're looking for and vlogs I would love to know because I just feel like I'd
