**Transferring and Installing Windows Phone Apps to PC**
To transfer and install Windows Phone apps to your computer, first log in to your Microsoft account and follow the instructions provided on the screen. This will guide you through the process of downloading and installing apps, games, and other content directly to your PC.
**Downloading and Downloading Manual Installation Option**
For example, let's download the Twitter app. To do this, search for it in the store, click on its icon, and select the "Download and install manually" option. Note that the extension of the app is ".x8p", which is specific to Windows Phone apps. The same procedure can be followed for other apps, such as the Home Gym app and Angry Birds.
**Connecting Windows Phone to PC**
To start transferring the downloaded apps to your PC, connect your Windows Phone to your computer using the micro USB power cord that comes with your phone. This process may take some time, especially if it's the first time connecting the phone to the PC. Open your computer and navigate to the Windows Phone SD card option.
**Moving Apps to the SD Card**
Select the apps you want to transfer to the SD card, drag them to the "SD Card" option, and click on "Copy." The copying process can take a few minutes, depending on the size of the app. Be patient and let the copy process complete before disconnecting your phone from the computer.
**Restarting the Phone**
After completing the transfer process, switch off your phone and wait for about a minute or two. Then, restart your phone to ensure that all the apps have been copied successfully.
**Installing Apps from SD Card**
To install the transferred apps on your Windows Phone, go to the Windows Store and look for the "SD Card" option. This will allow you to access the apps that were previously downloaded to the SD card. Select an app that is supported by Microsoft and click on "Install." Note that the apps may require specific permissions to be installed.
**App Installation Process**
The installation process of the apps can take a few minutes, depending on the size of the app. Be patient and let the install process complete before using the app. Once installed, you can use the app normally.
**Limitations and Workarounds**
One limitation of this method is that the apps are installed on the internal memory of the phone rather than the SD card. However, Microsoft has announced plans to address this issue in future updates. In the meantime, users have found creative workarounds, such as transferring games from a friend's house or creating archives of apps and games on the microSD card for later use.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhi there this is Ranjit from tech Tabasco and I have this Nokia Lumia 525 and in this video I'm going to show you how to sideload apps from your microSD card to the Windows Phone memory you can use this to install games and apps and this will obviously work only if your windows phones support microSD card fortunately the Nokia Lumia supports that and we can add up to 64gb of microSD card and this is a completely legal way to install apps from the micro SD card to Windows Phone you don't have to do root or any silly stuff for that and the first thing that you need to do is we have to download the apps from the Windows Store and we do that on a PC and let me show you that first and the first thing that you need to do is open in your web browser and go to this URL that is Windows Phone comm and here if you haven't logged in log in to your Microsoft account and from here we can actually now download all the apps games etc to our PC and I've already downloaded some apps and let me also show you with the smaller for example let's download Twitter I search for it I click on this Twitter app now and as you can see I've already purchased it and if you scroll all the way down here you will see this option of download and install manually and what we are going to do is not download this app to our computer and as you can see the extension is x8p for these Windows Phone apps and I've downloaded it already and as you can see we have down after ordered a bunch of apps for example Twitter home gym and this Angry Birds again I use the same procedure and now what you need to do is connect your Windows Phone to your PC using the micro USB power cord that is supplied with your phone and if it's the first time it might take some time and open my computer and you should be able to see your Windows Phone here somewhere and just double click on that and go to this SD card option now and what you need to do is move these X ap apps to the just select them and drag it to your Windows Phone SD card again it's copying now and it can take some time depending upon the app size they can take a couple of minutes so just be patient and once it's completed the copying all these files to your phone's SD card you can check this off and you can disconnect your phone from the computer and you need to switch off your phone and wait for about a minute or two and then restart your phone and as you can see all these apps are almost now copied to the micro SD card on our phone and I'll just close this and disconnect and reboot the phone and in the next step I will show you how to install these apps from the SD card to the phone and you just I hope that you have restarted your Windows Phone and once it started now if you go to the Windows Store and you see this new item called SD card and we can access the what do you say apps and games that we have site loaded using that for example we have to click here again the thing to notice that these apps and games are not yet installed we need to install them and the apps that are supported will be listed here unsupported apps will be listed down obviously you can't install the unsupported apps and we will install these two apps that are supported ads to Twitter and Angry Birds and we just hit install now and some specific permissions again now it's installing this app to the phone storage again do note that this procedure is not installing the app directly to the micro SD card still it's installing to the internal memory of the phone I mean again this can takes quite a bit it takes about two three minutes depending upon the apps and now you might ask me one question and it what's the use of doing this as still utilizing the internal memory and it's not installing the apps on the micro SD card yes I know it's a half-baked solution but I mean it might be useful for people who are having for example let's say a not great broadband connection this way you can download the games from your friends house etc and then come back and load on your phone or for example you can make an archive either collection of apps and games on your microSD card and if your internal storage is limited you can uninstall an app and directly install the app from the microSD card for example the Nokia Lumia 525 plays a lot of games but the problem is introduced storage and this way you can migrate some of the floss like this and let it download them and store this Angry Birds and by then this Twitter app should have been installed so let's look at it for example where is the Twitter app that was installed well as you can see this is the new Twitter app that was installed on our phone and it's loading it and as you can see it is working perfectly now I can sign it and use it normally again do note that the app was installed on the internal memory of this Windows Phone not on the micro SD card as of now that functionality of directly running the apps via the micro SD card is not there I heard rumors that the Windows Phone 8.1 update might bring that functionality but again those are rumors so again guys if you found this video helpful I'll appreciate if you can click the like button I've also made a lot of other videos on the Nokia Lumia 525 and also I'll be doing a full in-depth review for the Lumia 525 so if you aren't subscribed to my youtube channel subscribe to the
