FINALLY DONE MY SUPERCHARGED HATER SLAYER WIDEBODY LAMBORGHINI! _FIRST DRIVE

Painting a Car: The Preparation is Key

When it comes to painting a car, preparation is key. According to the speaker, "I say 80 preparations 20 has to be flat and smooth yeah so he'll use a product that essentially they lay on here and they sand it down so that it's smooth and gets rid of them um it's gonna have some bundle yeah for sure Mondo's gonna fix the level it's just the name of the game but it's just a minimal bundle yeah it's just enough to just fill in the little valleys that are in between those little ones take some down and then we'll add some up." The speaker emphasizes the importance of getting the surface smooth and even, as any imperfections can show through in the final paint job.

The Bodywork Prep Process

The process of preparing a car for painting involves several stages. As mentioned earlier, the surface needs to be flat and smooth. To achieve this, the speaker uses a product that is applied to the surface and then sanded down to create a seamless finish. The goal is to get rid of any imperfections or rough spots, allowing the paint to adhere evenly and smoothly. This process requires patience and attention to detail, as even small mistakes can result in a subpar finish.

The Time and Cost Involved

According to the speaker, the bodywork prep process can take around 80 hours to complete. This may seem like a daunting task, but it's essential for achieving a high-quality paint job. The cost of this labor can add up quickly, with estimates ranging from $10 an hour to $20 an hour, depending on the complexity of the job and the expertise of the painter.

A Comparison with Competitors

The speaker mentions that they are in competition with other body shops, who offer similar services at a lower price. However, the speaker believes that their service is worth every penny, given the high level of quality and attention to detail that goes into each project. They suggest that customers who want the best should be willing to pay a premium for it.

The Rebirth of the Tire Slayer 6.0

The speaker is excited to share their latest project, which they have dubbed "The Rebirth of the Tire Slayer 6.0". This car has been in the works for over two years and features a wide range of modifications, including a new body kit and wheels. The speaker is eager to show off their work and invites viewers to follow them on social media for updates on this project.

A Lesson in Humility

The speaker reflects on a recent incident where they were hit with a sledgehammer by a rival car enthusiast. Despite the frustration and anger that followed, the speaker chooses not to engage with their adversary and instead focuses on their work. This shows a level of humility and sportsmanship that is rare in the world of car enthusiasts.

A Police Report

The speaker reveals that they have obtained a copy of the police report from the incident where they were hit with a sledgehammer. The report includes statements from both parties involved, providing insight into what happened on the day of the incident. While some may question the accuracy of these statements, the speaker is willing to listen to different perspectives and consider the truth.

A Lesson in Perspective

The speaker notes that they have always been accused of taking things out of context or being overly critical of others. However, they also acknowledge that sometimes people get carried away and overreact. The incident with the sledgehammer serves as a reminder to stay calm and level-headed, even in the face of adversity.

A Marketing Gaffe

The speaker pokes fun at their own marketing strategy, which includes using a short video clip instead of a longer one. They jokingly refer to this as "Marketing Budget Got a Little Shorts". This lighthearted moment shows that even in the world of car enthusiasts, there is room for humor and self-deprecation.

A Ski Box conundrum

The speaker notes that they have been using a ski box on their car, but it's not really being utilized. They wonder if anyone else has used one like it, and whether anyone would be interested in learning more about it. This shows that even experienced car enthusiasts can get stuck in a rut and forget about new ideas or products.

A Parting Shot

The speaker ends the video by wishing their viewers well and inviting them to subscribe to their channel for future updates on their work. They express gratitude for the support of their fans and promise to keep pushing the boundaries of what is possible with car customization.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enboy is it is time to take the Super trophyo Evo hater Slayer 6.0 on its very first drive we just drove it down the road very carefully very slowly but we need to find out this is the official Shakedown will anything fall off I don't know fingers crossed it doesn't this is only held on like see this it flops around a little bit because it's only got four little mounting points and these are just like for these we're gonna find out if this all worked roof scoops on wings on the wing feels pretty solid like give that a shake skinny right it's not bad yeah okay I think you're good I think you're good he thinks I'm good gopher drive I'll be in the van Gary can drive and I'll fill me outside of the car and inspect it yeah we'll go slow yeah we'll start to build this speed up and see if this thing can actually hold itself together because this is all new like every mounting Point such as here let's make sure it's all together first before we even leave but it feels pretty solid this does have the opportunity like John did say hopefully the wind doesn't catch in here and like rip this off there's only one way to find out let's hit the street time to go and take the maiden voyage Shakedown time buddy look at you look nervous you know what this kind of reminds me of I'm getting nervous what burn yard front bumper bam smashing Burger dude where does that even come from I don't know in case this is the last time you see it in one piece let's do a quick little montage I have it planned we'll do some Street driving for the first two miles to make sure low speed is safe they're gonna hit the 10 freeway for some high speed and at the very end go into IHOP yeah breakfast let's hope that this thing's not missing too many panels the things I'm worried about is like obviously the diffuser it could get ripped off the hood could fly off and hopefully it doesn't rain Dave said that it could potentially rain there's been some rain this week and I have no windshield wipers you'll have to expose like mechanical things oh yeah actually your front lip system right here dude all this is still exposed we still got to create the box that goes in all here let's not put out any bad juju you're gonna take the camera but really it's all about being pretty you guys with being safe so I'm Gonna Fill from the outside in the minivan Garrett's gonna drive Garrett's an experienced driver all those cars got repoed they only had left all right damn that's loud we're making friends official DDE r d episode research and development there's other terms you could use with those letters we won't say them we are going to make sure the car is safe well it sounds good huge thank you to John all the work over those 14 days to build this car like record time it looks so cool within a big dream of Damon for so many years to get this done and I never thought it could happen that quickly so thank you again John follow us here look your location sharing didn't work with me the link he said doesn't work has no location follow us I'll follow you so far so good I can't hear anything can you hot air you're always like 20 seconds yeah we're on this for one mile wanna go faster go a bit faster God damn that looks cool okay focus we're doing RNG right now it looks pretty solid even the wing like we're pushing it earlier but like so far so good we're doing like 35 miles an hour right now okay he's excited David needs to slow down so I can visually inspect every paddle every square inch okay professional one it looks good 23 miles for me to write a live off full of you okay so so far everything looks super secure it looks super good at lower speeds now I hit the freeway it has a wind over it obviously wind adds a lot of pressure to everything and exposes the truth you can't hide from wind unless you have a windbreaker I suppose let's go so far okay we're gonna hit the freeway now turn the speed up a little bit a little bit like double so make sure the front door is on there it's not to lose that Parts definitely I think they're obviously expensive but more importantly it takes a long time to get them it takes months to build so we dumbled through the Splitters I didn't check being careful it's like wearing a condom all right Garrett the wheel man I wonder the thoughts of the kit so far everything's intact but I thought how the car looks I think the car looks amazing the stance in the rearview mirror it takes up the entire I don't know like like it's just it's so menacing looking and that's just body it's like that's primer it's supposed to get painted obviously are you shocked how quickly it was built I'm very shocked how quickly it was really impressive John crushed it come on we've got shirt right here just cut that car off Garrett wait why are you not use the minivan life no I'm not using you gotta use it why are you manually shifting right now because I'm trying to it has no benefit oh yeah we're going down let's pull back okay time for the high speed testing this is our wind tunnel okay we're on a budget it's all CGI foreign dude it looks good it looks solid yeah I don't see any issues so far the only question I have is inside of me here's anything rubbing or flopping oh I don't see any club if you hear any wind noise issues in the car hear something behind my head would it sound like like a loose panel that's why I was like can you see me the panel's flapping because I can hear something almost doing like this I can't we can't see anything there's so much he's been shooting some loose things behind him like a flapping sound or a knocking sound back to that Cardinal exposed now normally everything's sealed from the air but there are open spots we'll have to address but so far it's going really good car looks amazing it's performing the DS supercharger all right even not Lord race gets low down wow came out amazing I'm really relieved right now I was really stressed out earlier about how this would go first time on a kid it's not questioning the kit or the installation it has so many components to be installed in this car they all have to work right you gotta test things out so we're here at IHOP a new tradition here at DDE successful test drive what do I have for breakfast the one thing I noticed the bottom oh however the other thing that I want to do notice in here is where I can hear the flopping piece and then there's something inside that we do need to discuss with the audience what were the challenges that we had to overcome you guys know that for me a big part of this build was getting the roof scoop to be functional with that supercharger well there's one little issue so when John hooked the stock air box off and had to remove what is the mass airflow sensors and reincorporate those into the bottom of the roof scoop I didn't know this you guys know I know nothing about building cars when it comes to like the actual mechanics of how the engine works and how all the computers talk and all the tuning that's involved and all that sort of stuff when he had done that the car seemed a little off like we obviously hadn't driven it anywhere yet it was sitting in the shop we turned it on and it wasn't idling right it was like jumping it was like kind of like searching like hunting for like the right RPM range and so we called in an expert our boy Mike Essa Pro Formula Drift driver champion of FD actually long story short he came over and had a look at him was like I see the problem right away currently the roof scoop right now isn't connected to the car I mean it's not connected to the engine it's connected to the car there we go okay so good thing we're repainting the car so as you can see you check this out let's take this with me magic trick it's actually anti-theft device it's like a stingray that's right so I could take this with me now so what the issue was the piece that connects to the bottom of this is what actually connects to the to the engine here itself the nice thing is actually the way that this sits in here it perfectly sits and holds itself in there so I didn't have to bolt it in or anything which is good for going to paint because paint's going to paint all this now the piece that comes down and goes in here where these mass airflow sensors are connected I learned that this diameter for the tube is very very specific if it's off by like a fraction of a little bit this is calibrated to measure the air speed and flow and all that for the engine based off of the diameter of this and also the length of this so it needs a specific portion of the tube to be perfect and symmetrical on both sides so you can read that airflow and this piece was obviously not this shape so I don't know how the race cars do it but the race cars are obviously designed with these calibrated specifically to the roof scoop in a very specific spot of the roof scoop and I think we were just off but the good news is that we got this to work so we could drive it shake it down and do all that but in the future my guess is going to re-fabricate this tube to be incorporated into the bottom portion of the roof scoop so this will all work so that's a relief I was pretty honestly bummed out I was thinking that maybe this was like never gonna work the good news is that this will be functional on the DVD Tire Slayer it's just going to take a little more Fab work and once we have the exhaust and everything back here we're also going to want to make sure that we you know protect everything back here this is where all the you know exhaust gases are being released and there's a lot of heat from the engine we want to make sure that we're basically sucking in you know cool air which right now this is defeating a lot of the purpose like when I drive this car right now it's sucking in hot air from the engine bay so even right now the car is both not even performing at 100 I hope that explains the problem solving we've had to go through with the roof scoop making it functional but I am excited to make sure that this does work it's a big piece of the my build I really want to make sure that as many of the race car elements this kid uses for the car the actual race car it incorporates and is used for my street car we'll put this back on and I think we're gonna go grab ourselves a little bit of breakfast real quick and then we need to take this car over to ltmw and we need to talk the long and see what long thinks of one the quality of the kit because he's going to work with this kick obviously smooth a lot of the areas out that aren't good right now he needs to paint this entire car one solid color because the current we're going to call it the reverse Canada flag look it is kind of cool somebody in the comments that looks more like a Japanese flag with the red in the middle of the dot in the middle oh yeah I could see that all right now POV interior the hurricane didn't Escape though which is really impressive it's a 4x4 at the moment Ben's Works ordered some lowering springs now I don't think we can lower this a ton but we could definitely put it down a little bit just get rid of a little bit of the wheel Gap it's all about being because race car because race car well race cars have wheel gaps of course sounds really good it's fast it's crazy what's funny is we literally picked it up from BF engineering drove it to the shop I took the car apart so the supercharger has like a handful of miles on it but it's something really good oh it looks good John did a fantastic job and it cleared by John's job this is all the kids the next step is all the body work and paint and they'll be ltmw so John did his job all panels were on it looks good it's a small little thing back here we're gonna deal with other than that like you guys saw the footage she's solid yeah it's really cool all transparency like the paint this car is probably going to be 15 to 20 grand there's a lot of body work to be done because of the kit the kid is also a good quality kit for what it is but anybody who's ever done aftermarket kids knows there's work that's got to be put into them nothing's perfect for the fabrication of all the little nuts and bolts and all that sort of stuff that was twelve thousand dollars with Kate John 12 Grand as a bonus John was really interested in having a following so we appreciate you guys giving him that bonus which is really John is like went from 350 followers on Instagram to 10 000. if you had to go and get 10 000 real people to follow you on Instagram it takes years to build that up and sometimes people never get to it so I appreciate the DD fam for supporting Jonathan there's some rubbing when you turn the wheel in a parking lot almost a full lock that's all these kids do that because the wheels are so big as a race cars smaller wheels and we can honestly we can probably correct that just listening right now well here's something a little something back there behind your head isn't it yeah I think that's it honestly I think it's something in the engine bay that's loose that might be just getting like flicked around from the air there's a lot more breathability back there as far as airflow you have no visibility the rear view mirror is like completely useless I'm looking at a roof scoop now and one more little thing to point out there is a little red light for the front lift system because it was moved that's it reconnected yeah that's part of the whole bucket in the front which we're gonna deal with After Paint then like right now I can't turn TC off or anything if I pull that just you can see on the dash it won't let me keep it off because it has a lip fold we want that ability we want to be able to do obviously Tire sling so we'll get that all corrected it's in stages you guys we're gonna bang this out as quick as we can paint two weeks then paint reveal then new wheel reveal getting that ride height dialed in then my guess is going to come over and put all the little pieces in like a little bits of Grill some of it will be custom grill put in I've ordered the actual Factory Race part we have a special filter designed to go on the inside of that super fail Evo roof scoop that's been ordered then we have to obviously have Mike fix the actual massive airflow sensors and fabricate the proper diameter of pipe to go to the bottom of the roof scoop so they can be connected to the engine and function as it's functioning right now but actually suck air through the roof scoop it's a real build a lot of work a lot of money all right thank you where's bikes your whole time oh we are at ltmw honey I'm home there's a man long you ready happy New Year guys is it done is it painted The Painted yet I heard this is Drive-In drive through you don't remember long of ltmw long's a legend long made the first North American wide body Liberty walked Ferrari 458 went to SEMA blew up the internet and back in Canada before we had ever met that was part of the inspiration for my first 458 and why I built that car very cool right I did the what year would that have been you built that car it was a long time ago 13 yeah 2013 10 years yeah 10 years coming up 10 years were you like 25 Now 26 how old are you close yeah your teenage when you started yeah pretty close so yeah you guys built a ton of cars you've probably seen all over the Internet even pre-internet like in magazines like even back then still there were some magazines oh yeah that's that's what drove me to keep building getting it in the magazine because how do you use them now we're dead and media's still going to be there that's right you know so speak to yourself I'm probably living for a long time so here we are uh you know over the years I eventually came here and we did you know our first little stuff with long and what was our first project was it the super with you he was banging that out like two weeks it was crazy which is insane that was pretty exciting they did that car in two weeks this week you got you have seven days seven days everything we just tested seems to be like staying on the car it's pretty good you know we hit freeway speed I'm sure you guys it nothing's coming off right um so we want to do this car one color as we talked about yeah I think that's the best color for this car out the gate I love that color cool we're not going to disclose that yet you're gonna have to stay tuned that's gonna be kind of like the reveal we're figuring what two weeks with banging this out in two weeks is a lot of work that is a lot of different but because we're talking like full color changes I'll let you know what color it's not going to be it's not going to be Rosso Mark take the windscreen out of this car right yes we're gonna take the glass out get rid of all the red the red on the frame as best as we can obviously all the back if you actually look through the back here guys Dave show them that the bar that's down there I had that exposed on my other entire Slayer yeah so that bumper right there hope you have to be painted the frame around the uh metal and obviously more frame pieces in here and red pieces as well as much as you can do long without pulling the motor out yeah let's get like a nail polish or something like that A little I think we can achieve it I think we could achieve this once it's all done the exhaust you're gonna be able to see it all it's gonna look nice in here a lot of work if anyone's ever done like Bodywork or paint work that's a lot of work all in the prep what's the first step for this car once it goes into your shot the first step is making sure all the lines are good and then all the connecting points are good the Finish is not so much that important right now but it will be down the line when you get ready to paint because again painting a car is about I say 80 preparations 20 has to be flat and smooth yeah so he'll use a product that essentially they lay on here and they sand it down so that it's smooth and gets rid of them um it's gonna have some bundle yeah for sure Mondo's gonna fix the level it's just the name of the game but it's just a minimal bundle yeah it's just enough to just fill in the little valleys that are in between those little ones take some down and then we'll add some up how many hours would you say just in Bodywork prep before it paints I think this is going to be at least 80 hours 80 hours was 10 bucks an hour so how much is that demon 800 bucks 800 do you want to do it for 600 so we have like a competitors coupons we had a conversation I already told them that like this is this is realistically when this is all said and done this is a 15 to 20 000 job for sure yeah easily and then we have wheels and all that so we're gonna leave it with you and your very capable hands my friend I appreciate you also always taking us in I know you guys are a busy place and you have lots of projects going on we do but uh you know people want to see The Rebirth of the tire Slayer 6.0 which is now kind of been coined to the hater Slayer if you haven't been following along with the uh I have getting hammered by the competition literally thanks brother definitely appreciate it you guys go and give ltmw a follow on the ground Monza projects that the DD fan would love to watch this is right up our alley the stuff that these guys do all different types of Fab work wide body kits it's all the crazy of the crazy so give them a follow for sure thank you guys goodbye hurricane next time we see you do one color I'm excited really excited this project is way overdue the most ironic part I think of all this is we just just brought along a kid a long hat in his storage for over two years pre-covered we were the first people to have this kit and we never built the car then we sold the kit then we decided I really regretted selling the kids I bought another kid now the kids here and on the car three years later three years for the f-12 build three years for the 720 build why is everything through three year Cycles with us so fast we can count into that you guys missed out came in a little while you thought he tried to cut me off coming in the driveway so I drove over the grass dumped the curb hit underneath drove through here jumped it did a burnout went around skinny and then parked it you legit did like the grind like a skateboard grind a fan oh yeah it was loud hey it's a board slide where's your car Garrett it's repoed and a little Celsius has to pick me up thanks for watching today's video you guys super excited that the car is in the last stages of getting some things done paint Wheels then it's going to be on the streets time to slay some tires but stick around for the next video the next one's a big one we have our attorneys coming back and they're gonna read the official police report from the haters hitting the Lamborghini with the sledgehammer incident and what's interesting about that is you've seen my video a lot of people could say well that Damon that's your perspective maybe you're taking things out of context or something okay well let's get the police report which is every person giving their individual statement as to what happened we'll see how accurate it is we know the guy who hit my sledgehammer told the police in my video I pulled up with a broken windshield already so let's see what else it may be bent the uh the old truth a little bit on this is okay hold on dude this rock form make make face Shields do you make face Shields he was the one with the sledgehammer okay get your car repossessed meant to throw it at the wall the phone's okay though I meant to do one of these oh rock form not sponsoring today's video but proof no problem I don't know what's going on anymore things get out of hand quickly they escalate whoa you always hit the drink and it's open too uh smash the Subscribe button or a bunch of idiots man children and all the things you already know see in the next video peace abuse are you laughing at a thing it's it's cute marketing budget got a little shorts I don't want everyone has the long one I don't want the long old thing that goes on the wing no one even uses it actually use my ski box but then they're going to open it but nothing in it right nowboy is it is time to take the Super trophyo Evo hater Slayer 6.0 on its very first drive we just drove it down the road very carefully very slowly but we need to find out this is the official Shakedown will anything fall off I don't know goes in here where these mass airflow sensors are connected I learned that this diameter for the tube is very very specific if it's off by like a fraction of a little bit this is calibrated to measure the air speed and flow and all that for the engine based off of the diameter of this and also the length of this so it needs a specific portion of the tube to be perfect and symmetrical on both sides so you can read that airflow and this piece was obviously not this shape so I don't know how the race cars do it but the race cars are obviously designed with these calibrated specifically to the roof scoop in a very specific spot of the roof scoop and I think we were just off but the good news is that we got this to work so we could drive it shake it down and do all that but in the future my guess is going to re-fabricate this tube to be incorporated into the bottom portion of the roof scoop so this will all work so that's a relief I was pretty honestly bummed out I was thinking that maybe this was like never gonna work the good news is that this will be functional on the DVD Tire Slayer it's just going to take a little more Fab work and once we have the exhaust and everything back here we're also going to want to make sure that we you know protect everything back here this is where all the you know exhaust gases are being released and there's a lot of heat from the engine we want to make sure that we're basically sucking in you know cool air which right now this is defeating a lot of the purpose like when I drive this car right now it's sucking in hot air from the engine bay so even right now the car is both not even performing at 100 I hope that explains the problem solving we've had to go through with the roof scoop making it functional but I am excited to make sure that this does work it's a big piece of the my build I really want to make sure that as many of the race car elements this kid uses for the car the actual race car it incorporates and is used for my street car we'll put this back on and I think we're gonna go grab ourselves a little bit of breakfast real quick and then we need to take this car over to ltmw and we need to talk the long and see what long thinks of one the quality of the kit because he's going to work with this kick obviously smooth a lot of the areas out that aren't good right now he needs to paint this entire car one solid color because the current we're going to call it the reverse Canada flag look it is kind of cool somebody in the comments that looks more like a Japanese flag with the red in the middle of the dot in the middle oh yeah I could see that all right now POV interior the hurricane didn't Escape though which is really impressive it's a 4x4 at the moment Ben's Works ordered some lowering springs now I don't think we can lower this a ton but we could definitely put it down a little bit just get rid of a little bit of the wheel Gap it's all about being because race car because race car well race cars have wheel gaps of course sounds really good it's fast it's crazy what's funny is we literally picked it up from BF engineering drove it to the shop I took the car apart so the supercharger has like a handful of miles on it but it's something really good oh it looks good John did a fantastic job and it cleared by John's job this is all the kids the next step is all the body work and paint and they'll be ltmw so John did his job all panels were on it looks good it's a small little thing back here we're gonna deal with other than that like you guys saw the footage she's solid yeah it's really cool all transparency like the paint this car is probably going to be 15 to 20 grand there's a lot of body work to be done because of the kit the kid is also a good quality kit for what it is but anybody who's ever done aftermarket kids knows there's work that's got to be put into them nothing's perfect for the fabrication of all the little nuts and bolts and all that sort of stuff that was twelve thousand dollars with Kate John 12 Grand as a bonus John was really interested in having a following so we appreciate you guys giving him that bonus which is really John is like went from 350 followers on Instagram to 10 000. if you had to go and get 10 000 real people to follow you on Instagram it takes years to build that up and sometimes people never get to it so I appreciate the DD fam for supporting Jonathan there's some rubbing when you turn the wheel in a parking lot almost a full lock that's all these kids do that because the wheels are so big as a race cars smaller wheels and we can honestly we can probably correct that just listening right now well here's something a little something back there behind your head isn't it yeah I think that's it honestly I think it's something in the engine bay that's loose that might be just getting like flicked around from the air there's a lot more breathability back there as far as airflow you have no visibility the rear view mirror is like completely useless I'm looking at a roof scoop now and one more little thing to point out there is a little red light for the front lift system because it was moved that's it reconnected yeah that's part of the whole bucket in the front which we're gonna deal with After Paint then like right now I can't turn TC off or anything if I pull that just you can see on the dash it won't let me keep it off because it has a lip fold we want that ability we want to be able to do obviously Tire sling so we'll get that all corrected it's in stages you guys we're gonna bang this out as quick as we can paint two weeks then paint reveal then new wheel reveal getting that ride height dialed in then my guess is going to come over and put all the little pieces in like a little bits of Grill some of it will be custom grill put in I've ordered the actual Factory Race part we have a special filter designed to go on the inside of that super fail Evo roof scoop that's been ordered then we have to obviously have Mike fix the actual massive airflow sensors and fabricate the proper diameter of pipe to go to the bottom of the roof scoop so they can be connected to the engine and function as it's functioning right now but actually suck air through the roof scoop it's a real build a lot of work a lot of money all right thank you where's bikes your whole time oh we are at ltmw honey I'm home there's a man long you ready happy New Year guys is it done is it painted The Painted yet I heard this is Drive-In drive through you don't remember long of ltmw long's a legend long made the first North American wide body Liberty walked Ferrari 458 went to SEMA blew up the internet and back in Canada before we had ever met that was part of the inspiration for my first 458 and why I built that car very cool right I did the what year would that have been you built that car it was a long time ago 13 yeah 2013 10 years yeah 10 years coming up 10 years were you like 25 Now 26 how old are you close yeah your teenage when you started yeah pretty close so yeah you guys built a ton of cars you've probably seen all over the Internet even pre-internet like in magazines like even back then still there were some magazines oh yeah that's that's what drove me to keep building getting it in the magazine because how do you use them now we're dead and media's still going to be there that's right you know so speak to yourself I'm probably living for a long time so here we are uh you know over the years I eventually came here and we did you know our first little stuff with long and what was our first project was it the super with you he was banging that out like two weeks it was crazy which is insane that was pretty exciting they did that car in two weeks this week you got you have seven days seven days everything we just tested seems to be like staying on the car it's pretty good you know we hit freeway speed I'm sure you guys it nothing's coming off right um so we want to do this car one color as we talked about yeah I think that's the best color for this car out the gate I love that color cool we're not going to disclose that yet you're gonna have to stay tuned that's gonna be kind of like the reveal we're figuring what two weeks with banging this out in two weeks is a lot of work that is a lot of different but because we're talking like full color changes I'll let you know what color it's not going to be it's not going to be Rosso Mark take the windscreen out of this car right yes we're gonna take the glass out get rid of all the red the red on the frame as best as we can obviously all the back if you actually look through the back here guys Dave show them that the bar that's down there I had that exposed on my other entire Slayer yeah so that bumper right there hope you have to be painted the frame around the uh metal and obviously more frame pieces in here and red pieces as well as much as you can do long without pulling the motor out yeah let's get like a nail polish or something like that A little I think we can achieve it I think we could achieve this once it's all done the exhaust you're gonna be able to see it all it's gonna look nice in here a lot of work if anyone's ever done like Bodywork or paint work that's a lot of work all in the prep what's the first step for this car once it goes into your shot the first step is making sure all the lines are good and then all the connecting points are good the Finish is not so much that important right now but it will be down the line when you get ready to paint because again painting a car is about I say 80 preparations 20 has to be flat and smooth yeah so he'll use a product that essentially they lay on here and they sand it down so that it's smooth and gets rid of them um it's gonna have some bundle yeah for sure Mondo's gonna fix the level it's just the name of the game but it's just a minimal bundle yeah it's just enough to just fill in the little valleys that are in between those little ones take some down and then we'll add some up how many hours would you say just in Bodywork prep before it paints I think this is going to be at least 80 hours 80 hours was 10 bucks an hour so how much is that demon 800 bucks 800 do you want to do it for 600 so we have like a competitors coupons we had a conversation I already told them that like this is this is realistically when this is all said and done this is a 15 to 20 000 job for sure yeah easily and then we have wheels and all that so we're gonna leave it with you and your very capable hands my friend I appreciate you also always taking us in I know you guys are a busy place and you have lots of projects going on we do but uh you know people want to see The Rebirth of the tire Slayer 6.0 which is now kind of been coined to the hater Slayer if you haven't been following along with the uh I have getting hammered by the competition literally thanks brother definitely appreciate it you guys go and give ltmw a follow on the ground Monza projects that the DD fan would love to watch this is right up our alley the stuff that these guys do all different types of Fab work wide body kits it's all the crazy of the crazy so give them a follow for sure thank you guys goodbye hurricane next time we see you do one color I'm excited really excited this project is way overdue the most ironic part I think of all this is we just just brought along a kid a long hat in his storage for over two years pre-covered we were the first people to have this kit and we never built the car then we sold the kit then we decided I really regretted selling the kids I bought another kid now the kids here and on the car three years later three years for the f-12 build three years for the 720 build why is everything through three year Cycles with us so fast we can count into that you guys missed out came in a little while you thought he tried to cut me off coming in the driveway so I drove over the grass dumped the curb hit underneath drove through here jumped it did a burnout went around skinny and then parked it you legit did like the grind like a skateboard grind a fan oh yeah it was loud hey it's a board slide where's your car Garrett it's repoed and a little Celsius has to pick me up thanks for watching today's video you guys super excited that the car is in the last stages of getting some things done paint Wheels then it's going to be on the streets time to slay some tires but stick around for the next video the next one's a big one we have our attorneys coming back and they're gonna read the official police report from the haters hitting the Lamborghini with the sledgehammer incident and what's interesting about that is you've seen my video a lot of people could say well that Damon that's your perspective maybe you're taking things out of context or something okay well let's get the police report which is every person giving their individual statement as to what happened we'll see how accurate it is we know the guy who hit my sledgehammer told the police in my video I pulled up with a broken windshield already so let's see what else it may be bent the uh the old truth a little bit on this is okay hold on dude this rock form make make face Shields do you make face Shields he was the one with the sledgehammer okay get your car repossessed meant to throw it at the wall the phone's okay though I meant to do one of these oh rock form not sponsoring today's video but proof no problem I don't know what's going on anymore things get out of hand quickly they escalate whoa you always hit the drink and it's open too uh smash the Subscribe button or a bunch of idiots man children and all the things you already know see in the next video peace abuse are you laughing at a thing it's it's cute marketing budget got a little shorts I don't want everyone has the long one I don't want the long old thing that goes on the wing no one even uses it actually use my ski box but then they're going to open it but nothing in it right now\n"
