Unboxing the Audio Technica at2020 USB Condenser Microphone
Hey guys, so today I'm here with an unboxing of the Audio Technica at2020 USB condenser microphone. I've been having some audio issues in the past, and I've always used just the inbuilt camera microphones. But I decided to step it up and buy myself a really nice mic. This will be using this for D3 live, voiceovers, and maybe even normal videos.
I did just get this off Amazon, and it cost me about $92 or so. Of course, I'll have a link in the description if you guys want to check it out for yourselves. Anyway, let's go and just jump straight on in. It's got a nice pretty plain box, so I'm excited to see what's inside.
I open it up, and we see some registration, setup, and operations. You know, all the kinds of fun paperwork that you always get with these sorts of things. Let's take a look at what all the accessories it comes with. It comes with a nice leather carrying case, which is actually pretty cool. We've also got a very long USB connector, so I can go ahead and have this a long way from my computer, which should be pretty handy.
I'm not 100% sure about this stand, but I believe that's what it is. It comes wrapped up nicely, and I think that's part of the stand. If I keep going, I think that'll be yeah, this is the other part of the stand. The microphone itself looks really nice, with a lot of padding. I love how they did that - it's definitely very sturdy.
Let's open it up and see what we've got inside. We've got the plug, which slides out easily. And there we go, our favorite little gel is revealed. This is the microphone itself, and it looks really nice. It's not as big as some of the other mics I looked at, but I decided to go for this one mostly because of the looks. The audio quality on this is really quite good, so I'm excited to test it out.
I'm going to use this for a little while and come back with a full review in a little while. Thanks for watching, guys!
