Apple Vision Pro - Unboxed and Set Up

The Vision Pro: A Revolutionary Apple Product

As I held the OneTB Vision Pro in my hands, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and curiosity about what this product had to offer. The carrying case was a big box with a pull tab, and when I lifted it up, I was surprised by the display case-like design that was nestled inside. The accessories were neatly organized on top, including a polishing cloth, light seal cushion, and two bands - the solo strap and the Dual Loop strap. The battery was also included, along with a 30W AC adapter and USB-C cable.

The travel case for the Vision Pro was surprisingly puffy, feeling like a winter coat. Inside, I found an accessory pouch and instruction manual that provided detailed instructions on how to load and set up the device. As I began to set up my own Vision Pro, I couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia for the futuristic world of "Ready Player One." Tightening the strap felt like a game-changer, and when I pressed and held the digital Crown, I was surprised by the ability to adjust the lenses to fit my IPD (inter-pupillary distance). The Apple logo appeared on screen, followed by a message that said "hello just got written in script floating over uh the room around me."

As I began to navigate the setup process, I was greeted with a pop-up screen that instructed me to bring an iPhone or iPad nearby to get started. A QR code appeared on screen, and I followed the instructions to scan it and continue setting up my Vision Pro. The next step was to set up my eyes and hands using the eyetracking system. This involved tapping a series of colored dots with my fingers, which helped to calibrate the device.

Once the calibration process was complete, I moved on to creating my Persona - an avatar that would represent me in digital environments. To do this, I was required to take a photo of myself without wearing glasses or any other form of identification. The display gave me instructions on how to position my face and capture my facial expressions, which included smiling with and without teeth. Once the photo was captured, I created a Persona that looked surprisingly like me - but also allowed me to see myself in a new light.

Finally, I had the option to customize my Persona's appearance by selecting frames that resembled Ray-Ban glasses. This added an extra layer of personalization to the device, and I felt a sense of satisfaction knowing that I had taken control of my digital identity. The last step was to set up my optic ID - a biometric scanning system that allowed me to unlock and access secure features like Apple Pay and Wallet. With this final step complete, I pressed the digital Crown to open up the home screen and discover the full potential of my new Vision Pro.

The setup process for the Vision Pro was surprisingly straightforward, although it did require several steps to get through. The device itself felt intuitive and comfortable to wear, and the eyetracking system was impressive in its accuracy. Overall, I was left with a sense of wonder and excitement about what this product could do - and how it would change the way we interact with technology.
