I'm really seriously starting to understand what it's like behind the scenes of the kitchen. You got Brian there and Sam cooking him fine, but too fast - are they their own good all of a sudden? Joe walks in, barks his orders, and then disappears. But when he walks in, it will stand to attention and he stalks them like dirt. Unfortunately, that makes me sad right now.

Our stuff has got ourselves in a real horrible rut cooking in that kitchen. It's just slamming food - I've never seen so much food going through the microwave in all my life. Like no one's striving to be better. You tell me how you feel about the frozen food, and I'm embarrassed to say it's my food. Why don't you tell that that you want to cook fresh? Dan wants to cook fresh! Dan wants to cook fresh is Sam a good chef? Whiskey he likes to cook. I don't want my children insulted whether it's true or not.
