Chicken with Bok Choy - Giveaway Result

How You Doing Guys? It's Time to Cook!

Hey guys, how you doing? Dave from cookin chair here today we're going to do up another simple and relatively healthy dish that I just love. Today, we're making chicken with bok choy. Make sure you watch the whole video because we're going to announce the winner of the draw at the end. So, let's get cooking!

To make the sauce, I'm going to start by combining 1/3 of a cup of barbecue sauce. It's really important that you use your favorite sauce because the entire flavor depends on it. I like mine fairly sweet, but if you like something tangy, go ahead and use it – it's entirely up to you! Another 1/4 cup of soy sauce about a quarter cup of chopped green onions, and three cloves of garlic will also be added to the mix. We'll give this a quick mixer, Unni, and set it aside for now.

Now, let's talk about adding some flavor to our dish. I'm going to add some oil to a preheated pan, and then put in three chicken breasts that I've cut up into oh, I'd say about one inch cubes. Season them up with some salt, pepper, and fry them up over medium-high heat for about four or five minutes just until the point where they're cooked through. Once they're cooked through nicely, we'll just set these aside on a plate.

Next, what you want to do is use the same pan because you've got all kinds of nice flavors happening there. Add in a quarter cup of water at the bok choy – I'm using fairly large leaves here, but you can use the baby ones if you want. Slip a lid on and allow it to simmer for about three minutes. You don't want any more than that because you know what your bok choy will become soggy after that.

Now, let's pour our yummy sauce over the top and bring it to a boil. Put the chicken back in and give it a good toss until the chicken is completely coated with the sauce. I gotta say here, that this smells incredibly delicious! Oh, by the way, if you haven't already subscribed, click that button because let's face it – you don't want to miss a video!

And there you have it, our chicken with bok choy! I love this over a bed of steamed rice. Wow, guys, this is incredible! You're definitely going to need some extra rice with this; it's a super fast and delicious midweek meal. Now, the moment we've all been waiting for – the winner of the draw!

So, how do you like that? It's Eddie my dog – no, just kidding! The actual winner is TONLE at least that's how I think you say it... yes, it was Line Basil Chicken but there were a couple of other videos as well, but we entered them all into the draw and we'll be in contact with your tunnel Abe regarding how to get your prize. Everybody else, stay tuned for more giveaways and draws for the full scoop on this recipe – head on over to Cook and Share calm and give us a thumbs up! Most of all, subscribe!
