Hey guys, what's up? It's Duncan, and I'm here to give you some new information about Dell's latest lineup of tablets. We've all been aware of the Dell Mini 5 for a while now, but now we're getting more details about its release.

Recently, there was a post on Engadget that got me excited about some cool stuff. Let's dive into what I'm about to share with you. One of the most important things is the name. We previously knew that the Dell Mini 5 was going to be the first tablet in their lineup. However, it turns out that's not exactly how it's going to work.

The new name for this tablet isn't the Dell Mini 5, which doesn't really make sense since they already have a Dell mini 10. So, we're now calling it the Dell Streak 5. It's going to be joined by two other tablets in their lineup, the Streak 7 and Streak 10.

I don't have any new information about the Dell Streak 5 itself, but I'll cover those next. Then, we'll talk about the Streak 7 and Streak 10. These are going to be bigger than the Streak 5, with screen sizes of 7 and 10 inches, respectively. For comparison, the iPad has a 10-inch screen, so these tablets should give you an idea of their size.

As for release dates, we don't have exact information yet, but we know that the Streak 7 will be out towards the end of this year, and the Streak 10 will come out early next year. Keep in mind that these dates could change, so stay tuned for updates.

I do want to mention that all of these tablets seem to run on a custom Android interface developed by Dell. This means they should scale up well from one tablet size to another, but we haven't tested any of them yet, so it's hard to say for sure.

Overall, I think it's great that Dell is experimenting with different sizes and interfaces. The idea of a 7-inch tablet is pretty appealing, as you'll have enough screen space to get some work done or enjoy movies, without it being too big to carry around like a laptop. We'll see how these tablets turn out in the coming months.

make any sense in the first place because they obviously they have the dell like mini 10 which are their net books you know they don't want to get these confused um so now the new name is going to be the dell streak 5. we've heard a little bit about this so it makes sense and it's going to be as i said before joined by the streak 7 and the streak 10. now no really new information about the dell mini the dell street 5. okay so the next thing we'll cover is the streak 7 and the street 10. now we don't have a ton of information on these yet but what we do know we have a small we have a kind of low resolution picture um but what we do know is that they are respectfully a 7 and a 10 inch tablet and of course the ipad is a 10 inch tablet so that should kind of give you an idea of the size and that they're going to be coming out the end of the the streak 7 should be coming out towards the end of this year and the streak 10 should be coming out early next year so of course that's obviously seriously subject to change it could be a lot later probably it will be a lot later but it's kind of interesting to see the dell is actually working on it now all of these we don't have any specs as yet but all these seem to be running the same sort of android custom android interface that dell is created and it seems to scale up pretty nicely from the 5 to the 7 to the 10. but of course nobody's tested so it's kind of hard to say now we don't have a whole lot of information like i said guys but these do look pretty legit and dell released a statement saying we continuously develop and test new products and but we haven't made any announcements and we don't comment on speculation or rumors obviously you know but uh it does look like i mean they that that's if they don't say no kinda in my book that's pretty much yes but uh so yeah guys that's just a quick uh overview of the streak five seven and ten um they're all looking pretty solid i'm i'm really liking the fact that they actually have a 7 inch tablet of course the 10-inch tablet looks to be at the moment the the best choice but i like the idea that they're actually experimenting around with different sizes i'm sure they'll be different prices as well to kind of you know experiment around a little bit personally i think the idea of a 7-inch tablet would be really good you should have enough screen space where you can actually do some moderate work and everything enjoy your movies etc but it's also not going to be really really large like uh maybe the ipad i wouldn't call it really large um but it's not going to be you know require you know like a big bag or anything like a laptop bag or anything it should be small enough where you can put it in like a pouch or something it should work anyway guys that's
