Quad-Fire R9 295X2 Custom Watercooling Rig (ExtravaLANza 2014)

I'm Here with Club 3D at the AMD Xtravaganza Event

My name is Anthony, and I'm here with Club 3D at the AMD Xtravaganza event. Today, I want to talk about my computer that I've built myself. It's a custom computer that I've been working on for a while now, and I'm excited to show it off to everyone.

The Computer Build: A Custom Masterpiece

My computer is a true masterpiece, with a custom bent 12 millimeter copper pipe that's been chrome-plated throughout the case. This pipe is not only visually stunning but also adds an extra layer of cooling to my system. I have both radiators in here, which are also chrome-plated, and they're connected to a sound card being chrome-plated as well. This attention to detail is what sets my computer apart from any other build.

The Heart of the System: Flagship Video Cards

At the heart of my system are two flagship video cards from AMD Club 3D, the 295x2 s. These cards are running in quad fire four GPUs, which means that I'm getting top-notch performance for gaming and other graphics-intensive tasks. My system is also equipped with five monitors, each running at 5400 by 1920 resolution and featuring a 144 Hz refresh rate and one millisecond response time.

Powering the System: A Corsair AX 1500 i Power Supply

To power everything in my system, I'm using a Corsair AX 1500 i power supply. This power supply is capable of delivering up to 1400 watts of power, making it perfect for my high-performance system. The system also features remote control lighting in the case, which allows me to change any color that I want and turn off the colors with ease.

Water Cooling: EK Water Blocks and Reservoir

My system also features a custom water cooling setup using EK water blocks and a reservoir. This adds an extra layer of cooling to my system, allowing me to run at higher temperatures without sacrificing performance.

The Case: A NASA Tech Genesis 9000

The case that holds everything together is a NASA Tech Genesis 9000 in white. This case is not only visually stunning but also provides excellent protection for my components. The case also comes in black, offering a different aesthetic option for those who prefer it.

RAM: Crucial Tactical Tracer RAM

Inside the case, I have a crucial 16 gigabytes of tactical tracer RAM. This RAM is blinking like crazy right now because it's being used pretty heavily by the system. The RAM responds to activity and blinks faster the more processing the computer is doing.

Storage: Two SSDs in Raid Zero

I also have two SSDs in the backpack, sitting in raid zero configuration right now. A data SSD is a custom painted custom logo on the front of the case. I also have AMD's mascot Ruby, which is the older design but has been laser etched into the Plexiglas.

Additional Features: Lights and Custom Paint

I also have some lights above here in this chrome lip to highlight the make her glow when I turn the computer on. This adds an extra layer of visual appeal to my system.

About Me and My Hobby

My name is Anthony, and I'm a computer enthusiast who builds custom computers as a hobby. I've been doing this for about four or five years now, and it's become a passion of mine. I take my systems to LAN parties throughout North America, where I show off my creations and meet other enthusiasts.

Previous Builds: A Look Back

This is my third computer that I've built, and it's been completed just a few weeks ago. It was actually showcased at the CPU mod contest at Inferno land and at Intel campus in Dupont Washington. The system will be featured on the front cover of CP magazine in about two or three months from now.

Sponsored by Club 3D

This computer is sponsored by Club 3D, who provided me with the flagship video cards that power my system. I'm grateful for their support and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Conclusion

That's it for today's tour of my custom computer build. I hope you enjoyed seeing all the details and features that go into creating a high-performance system like mine. If you have any questions or want to learn more about building your own custom computer, feel free to ask!
