We were gettin' ready to cook up some garlic bread, Texas toast thick with garlic in it, and it was like the flavors just came together right there on that plate. It just ringed that bell and made all the lights come home to your taste buds. That's what I call comfort food at its best.
Now, we jazzed it up a little bit for maybe what the old-timers had years ago. But when you can make that Roux with butter in there, it gives it such a creamy, nutty taste. And then you blend it all together with some good gravy... well, folks, it's just a treat.

And I'm not just talkin' about any old boots either. I'm talkin' about the kind that'll make your feet feel good, like they're walkin' on clouds.

**Hats and Fashion**
Now, I'm not one to brag about my fashion sense, but I gotta say, hats are my thing. And I've got a good friend, Chaz Mitchell, who makes some fine hats. Every single one of 'em has that pink lacing right in the back, which is just somethin' special.
And let me tell you, when it comes to hat maintenance, I'm a pro. I take my hat off as I do and salute all our servicemen and women and veterans who have kept this great country free and safe. We've got a whole crew of folks out there that are workin' hard to keep the good ol' US of A goin', and we're proud to support 'em.
**Traveling with Duke**
We've also been thinkin' about our next adventure, and I'm excited to share it with y'all. We're gonna be headin' out west to a historic ranch and town in Nevada. Now, I know some of y'all might be wonderin', "What's the deal with Duke?" Well, let me tell you, Duke is our trusty sidekick who's been adopted by us. He's still in training, but he's learnin' fast.
