Hey, Hey, What's Up Everyone?
As I'm sure many of you are wondering, it's been quite some time since I last brought you guys a video. I'm not entirely sure how long it's been, to be honest - eight to nine months, maybe? If that's even close, then I apologize for the lack of updates from me lately. The reason I haven't been around as much is because I've recently had a baby boy, and let me tell you, my life has taken a drastic turn. My little guy can be heard in the background when he gets upset, which happens quite often - but that's just part of being a new parent, right? Anyway, my daughter is almost 12 weeks old now, and she's been an amazing addition to our family. However, I must admit that it's been tough for me to find balance. The beginning of my pregnancy was pretty rough, so I wasn't really focused on working out or shooting videos.
But here I am now, with a new little bundle of joy in tow, and I'm determined to keep moving forward. It's not easy, though - some days are more manageable than others. Despite the challenges, I want to make sure that you guys still know that I'm here for you. I've been working on a few projects, including a new bodyweight workout video, which I'd love for you all to check out. My previous 20-minute Tabata workout was really well-received, and I had so many comments and requests for more bodyweight content. So, I decided to shoot another one today, just to see how active my channel is currently.
I want to thank each and every one of you who's been patient with me over the past few months. It means a lot to know that you're still watching and caring about the content I produce. If you'd like to see more bodyweight workouts, please let me know in the comments below. As we're all stuck at home right now due to the quarantine, it's more important than ever to stay active and healthy. Working out and eating right can be challenging, but it's essential for our overall well-being. I want to assure you that I'll be continuing to produce content during this time - including bodyweight workouts, so we can all stay active and motivated together.
