iOS 11.2.5 Beta 1! What's New Review

Apple's Unusual Update: A Deep Dive into iOS 11.2.5 Beta

As we sit here in Hawaii, I'm still trying to process the unexpected news that Apple has pushed out iOS 11.2.5 to developers today. People were expecting this to be iOS 11.3, so it's a very unusual decision on Apple's part to skip point 3.4 and go straight to end points 2 of course and then go straight to point 5 in this beta. This is not the first time that Apple has done this within the iPhone 4 series, as they skipped point 2.3.4.4 point 2 and went straight to 4.2.5 with the iPhone 4 Verizon version.

Now, let's talk about what's new and what's changed in this update. Upon first inspection, there wasn't really anything that stood out as a noticeable change. But then I started doing mundane tasks like composing a message very fast and Safari browsing, and I was surprised to see how smooth the animations are. They're starting to utilize the iPhone 10 power here, which is something that Apple has been criticized for in the past. Specifically, they released the iPhone 10, which felt like it was unoptimized, but now it seems to be improving with this update.

One of the changes that I noticed is the airplay to references being reacted. If you have an Apple TV or an AirPlay-compatible device, you'll see extra menus in certain areas of the menu. This is a minor change, but it's something that Apple has implemented to support their wireless streaming capabilities. So, what can we expect from this update? Well, for now, there really hasn't been much to report in terms of new features. It feels like a bit of an odd release schedule, especially considering the big number update.

I have to wonder, though, why Apple decided to skip point 3.4 and go straight to end points 2 and then to point 5. Is there something deeper at play here? Something that we don't know about yet? I'm not sure, but it's certainly an unusual move for the company. And yet, despite the lack of new features, this update does feel like a step forward for Apple's mobile operating system. The animations are smoother, and the performance is better.

As someone who uses the iPhone 11.1 point 2 for jailbreaking purposes, I have to say that I'm impressed with how well this update works. The snappiness is definitely improved, which is great for anyone looking to customize their device. However, I do wish Apple had included some more features in this update, especially considering the big number release. Still, it's a small consolation, and I'll just have to keep waiting for the next update to see what else Apple has in store.

In any case, that's all we can say for now about iOS 11.2.5 beta. It's an interesting update, but one that feels more like a minor tweak than a major overhaul of the operating system. We'll be keeping a close eye on this one, though, to see if there are any further updates or changes down the line. And who knows? Maybe Apple will surprise us with something new and exciting in the near future.

Speaking of which, we also got some other interesting news today. Alongside the release of iOS 11.2.5, we received a new watchOS beta as well. I believe this is version 4 point 2 point 5 or maybe even 4 point x to go along with it since Apple has been updating this every time the original beta dropped. Not entirely sure what's changed here yet, but I'm excited to dive in and see what Apple has done for watchOS.

In addition to the iOS update and watchOS release, we also got a new Mac OS beta announced today. Unfortunately, I don't have all of the details on this one since it was not as widely discussed as both iOS and watchOS releases were, but rest assured that Mac fans will be happy to see some changes coming their way soon.

Lastly, let's talk about Apple TV, which received a new beta update alongside these other updates. I'm guessing it's just more minor changes here since all three of these updates are major releases. However, this is also something we'll need to keep an eye on to make sure everything runs smoothly and that no new issues arise.

Overall, today was quite the day for Apple enthusiasts and developers alike. We got a fresh update in iOS 11.2.5, along with watchOS and Mac OS updates. It's been an interesting ride, but there are still so many questions left unanswered about these releases.

Apple has pushed out Iowa's eleven point two point five to developers today people were expecting this to be Iowa's eleven point three so it's a very unusual decision on Apple's part to skip point three point four and goes to end points two of course and go straight to point five in this beta so very unusual naming very unusual release schedule here but what's new what's changed and by the way this isn't the first time that Apple has done this within the iPhone 4 a verizon version they skipped point two point three four four point two and went straight to four point two point five also was a very interesting release schedule so something Apple has done before I don't know there could be deeper reasoning below it's for it's for whatever reason but we'll have to check that out if there are any different changes in the future so upon first inspection there wasn't really anything a notice that has changed the animations oh my gosh and that stuck out to me right away so doing mundane tasks actually such as composing a message very fast Safari browsing honestly just like really surprised me with how smooth the animations are they really are starting to utilize the iPhone 10 power here so that is a change that has also been reported by many other users so actually it's not something that I'm imagining many people are experiencing it on this beta and that's something that I really hated Apple for doing with the iPhone 10 some reason they released it this amazing fast new device and it felt like crap was unoptimized now that seems to be improving with eleven point two point five but for such a big number update you would think they would add new features but nope there really hasn't been much there's one thing and that's the airplay to references have been reacted so if you have an Apple TV or airplay to compatible device you'll see extra menus in certain areas of the menu so that has been reacted those are the two major changes with this other than that really nothing to report as far as features go so if anything is found down the road of course I will be sharing that you guys but just a very unusual update all around I mean it's unlike Apple to do something like this release something and then not mention it at all and have it be such a big number and skipping all of those other updates so very interesting we'll be following this one seeing if anything is new let's check out the performance see if the numbers correlate with the animation boost in any way here and I just did it with eleven point two point one so we'll compare those all right so finishing up here what a day for Apple actually super-busy got eleven point two point one and alongside this release we actually got the new watch OS beta as well I believe that's four point two point five or four point to go to I don't really remember also we got a recent a new Mac OS beta as well and a Apple TV beta to go alongside this one so lots of new releases not many features to be found with them anyways performance is in line with four point two point one so really wouldn't say there's much of a change there at all the changes I'm feeling though are real and I love the snappiness Sun might update my personal one but still want to keep its on eleven point one point two for the jailbreak anyways guys there it is just a quick little update for you eleven point two point five is here not much inside of it but interesting interesting all around you guys enjoyed it stay tuned for more videos probably next week when I get back peacewhat's up guys everything up a
