Nokia 6, Nokia 5, Nokia 3 - Hands On at MWC 2017

The Nokia 3: A Budget-Friendly Smartphone with a Stock Android Experience

We're here to take a closer look at the Nokia 3, the most affordable phone in Nokia's new smartphone series. Priced at €139, this device is an excellent option for those looking for a budget-friendly option without sacrificing too much in terms of performance. The Nokia 3 features a 5-inch display with a resolution of 720p, which may not be the highest on the market, but it gets the job done.

Under the hood, the Nokia 3 is powered by a MediaTek Tech 6737 processor and comes equipped with 2GB of RAM. While this may seem like a relatively modest specification, it's worth noting that Google has recently allowed new devices to run Android Marshmallow, which means that the Nokia 3 can also support Google Assistant. The phone also features a polycarbonate back and capacitive buttons on the bottom, making it easy to use and navigate.

In terms of performance, the Nokia 3 is capable of running smoothly, but don't expect it to handle any intensive tasks with ease. It's best suited for general use such as browsing the web, checking email, and social media. The phone also features a 2,650mAh battery, which should provide enough power to get through the day.

One of the standout features of the Nokia 3 is its durability. Despite being a budget-friendly device, it feels incredibly solid in the hand, with a sturdy build quality that's hard to match at this price point. The phone also has a headphone jack and micro USB port, making it easy to connect your favorite headphones or charging cable.

Overall, the Nokia 3 is an excellent option for those looking for a budget-friendly smartphone with a stock Android experience. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of more expensive devices, it's a solid choice that won't break the bank.

The Nokia 5: A Larger and More Powerful Alternative

On the other hand, we have the Nokia 5, which is slightly larger than the Nokia 3 at 5.2 inches. Despite its slightly larger size, the Nokia 5 still boasts a sturdy aluminum uni-body design that makes it feel incredibly solid in the hand. The phone also features capacitive buttons on the bottom, making it easy to use and navigate.

Under the hood, the Nokia 5 is powered by a Snapdragon 430 processor, which provides a significant boost in performance compared to the MediaTek Tech 6737 used in the Nokia 3. The phone also comes equipped with 2GB of RAM, but it's worth noting that there will be a 3GB version available for those who want more power.

The Nokia 5 features a 720p display and comes with Android 7.1.1 out of the box, making it an excellent option for those looking for a budget-friendly smartphone with a stock Android experience. The phone also has a headphone jack and micro USB port, making it easy to connect your favorite headphones or charging cable.

One of the standout features of the Nokia 5 is its high-quality metal chassis, which makes it feel incredibly premium in the hand. It's also worth noting that the phone supports Dolby Atmos, which provides an immersive audio experience when listening to music or watching videos.

Overall, the Nokia 5 is an excellent alternative to the Nokia 3, offering more power and a larger display without breaking the bank.

The Nokia 6: A High-End Smartphone with a Premium Design

Last but not least, we have the Nokia 6, which is designed to compete with high-end smartphones in terms of design and performance. The phone features a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1080p, making it one of the most visually appealing devices on the market.

Under the hood, the Nokia 6 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor, which provides a significant boost in performance compared to the MediaTek Tech 6737 used in the Nokia 3 and Nokia 5. The phone also comes equipped with 4GB of RAM, making it ideal for those who want a smooth and seamless user experience.

The Nokia 6 features a polycarbonate back and capacitive buttons on the bottom, making it easy to use and navigate. It also has a headphone jack and micro USB port, making it easy to connect your favorite headphones or charging cable.

One of the standout features of the Nokia 6 is its premium design. The phone's high-quality metal chassis makes it feel incredibly solid in the hand, with a durable build quality that's hard to match at this price point.

In terms of performance, the Nokia 6 is capable of handling even the most demanding tasks with ease, thanks to its powerful processor and ample RAM. It also supports Dolby Atmos, providing an immersive audio experience when listening to music or watching videos.

Overall, the Nokia 6 is a high-end smartphone that offers a premium design and exceptional performance at a competitive price point.
