Hey So I Just Got In From The Gym And I Have Errands To Run So I Don't Have A Lot Of Time But I Wanted To Share This Great Recipe With You Guys That I Know A Lot Of You Could Use And A Lot Of My Subscribers Talk To Me About How They Don't Have A Lot Of Time To Go Through This Whole Food Preparation Process And That's One Reason Why It's Hard For Them To Stay On Track And Eat Healthy So This Is Kind Of A Way To Do Away With All Those Excuses And I Really Hope That You Guys Can Use This Recipe I Love It Because It's Quick Easy It's Healthy It's Tasty And What I Always Do Is Just Take The Remaining Portion Put It In A Large Container And Stick It In The Fridge And That Way I Have It Throughout The Week For Meals To Catch Some Of The Other Videos In My What's In My Cupboard Series You Can Click Here And Don't Forget To Follow Me On Twitter Because Every Tuesday We're Going To Have Talk To Me Tuesdays Where You Get To Ask Me Any Of Your Health And Fitness Questions So It's Going To Be A Twitter Q A Live From 7:30 To 8 P.M Every Tuesday Make Sure To Check That Out Okay

This takes away all your excuses because you'll see how simple and easy this is. I guarantee you it tastes pretty awesome too. So if you see here, I have about a four-pound pork butt or pork shoulder so there's a good amount of marbling in here which is good for slow cooking because you're gonna get a lot of flavor and healthy fats. I'm gonna stick this guy right in my crock pot and um and then I'm gonna pour my onions in and I'm gonna make sure they're around the edge of the onion. You can really use as much onion as you want because it's gonna cook down and you won't even really have the onion chunks in there.

Then I have a mixture here, um that I made up. It's got like it has raw unfiltered honey in it, it has apple cider vinegar paprika cayenne garlic sea salt, and I'm just gonna whisk it together so it makes kind of like a sauce for the um for the pork to cook in. And this is basically it. So once you have it all mixed up then you can just go ahead and pour it over the whole thing just like this. It's really so simple and easy and you're gonna let it cook for like anywhere from eight to ten hours and so you can stick it in in the morning and then when you come home in the evening, it's good to go for a delicious dinner.
