The Corners: A Test of Durability
As I stood in front of my workbench, I couldn't help but feel a sense of trepidation as I looked at the two Louis Vuitton cases that had been dropped from great heights. The task ahead was to test their durability and see how they would hold up against some serious punishment. I began by placing the first case on its side and dropping it from 10 feet, a distance that would put even the most seasoned phone into shock. "Okay, so really beat up but still all right," I said as I examined the damage.
The phone itself seemed to be doing just fine, despite the fact that the case was now severely bent out of shape. As I continued my test, I decided to drop the second case from 10 feet again, this time placing it on its back. "It looks good, it's not bent out of shape," I said as I examined the results. The phone had indeed survived the impact, and the only visible damage was a slight scuff on the screen.
But I wasn't satisfied to simply stop at 10 feet. I wanted to see how these cases would hold up against even greater distances. So I decided to drop both phones from 50 feet, a distance that seemed almost absurd given the fragility of the phone itself. "Okay, let's go up to the 50 ft and see in a test that goes beyond your daily dropping limit," I said as I prepared for the impact.
As I dropped the first phone, I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. The pins on the case were sticking out at odd angles, and it looked like it was going to shatter into a million pieces. But then something miraculous happened - the phone survived. "Holy crap, I cannot believe that survived," I exclaimed as I picked up the phone and examined it for damage.
But my excitement was short-lived. As I dropped the second phone from 50 feet, I felt a sense of trepidation wash over me. The pins on this case were also sticking out at odd angles, and it looked like it was going to snap in two. But once again, the phone survived. "Wow, when an impact is so hard it just breaks the phone that's crazy," I said as I examined the results.
In the end, both cases had proven themselves to be surprisingly durable. The expensive case had done a great job of protecting the phone from damage, while the cheap case had also held its own despite being severely bent and damaged. As I watched, the home button on one of the phones flickered for a moment before going dark, a sign that it had been irreparably damaged.
As I looked at the two phones, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at their resilience. Despite the fact that they had both been subjected to some serious punishment, they were still able to function and display images on their screens. It was a testament to the quality of these cases, and a reminder that even the most fragile objects can withstand incredible amounts of stress.
In conclusion, my tests with the Louis Vuitton cases had shown me just how capable they were in terms of durability. While they may not have been the sturdiest or most durable cases out there, they had certainly proven themselves to be more than capable of withstanding some serious punishment. And as I looked at the two phones, still intact despite their ordeal, I couldn't help but feel a sense of respect for these little cases - they may have looked fragile on the outside, but they were actually hiding a steel-lined heart within.
The results of my tests can be seen in the following tables:
| Distance | Case 1 (Expensive) | Case 2 (Cheap) |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 10ft | Bent out of shape, phone survives | No visible damage, phone survives |
| 50ft | Survives, slight scuff on screen | Survives, pins come out, home button dies |
Overall, both cases had proven themselves to be surprisingly durable in the face of some serious punishment. While they may not have been the sturdiest or most durable cases out there, they had certainly held their own against even greater distances and impacts.
