**The Ultimate Microphone Test: A Comprehensive Review**

As any content creator knows, a good microphone can make all the difference in producing high-quality audio. With so many options available on the market, it can be overwhelming to choose the right one for your needs. In this article, we'll put several microphones through their paces and provide an honest review of each.

**The First Microphone: A Budget-Friendly Option**

Our first microphone is a budget-friendly option that's perfect for those just starting out. It's a simple, no-frills microphone that's easy to use and connect. When I move it closer to my mouth, I notice a significant improvement in sound quality. The audio becomes crisper and clearer, with less background noise. However, even when placed on my desk, this microphone still sounds better than some of the other options we tested. It may not be the most expensive option, but for its price, it's definitely worth considering.

**The Shotgun Microphone: A Straight Copy of the Rode Mic**

Next up is the shotgun microphone, which is a straight copy of the popular Rode mic. This microphone was designed specifically for use outside, where it can pick up sound without picking up too much background noise. I quickly played a clip using this microphone, and while it did capture some nice sounds, there was still a noticeable echo. However, when connected outside of the frame but still close to my mouth, the sound improved significantly. This is because there's less echo, allowing for a cleaner and more professional sound.

**The Tiny Microphone: A Surprising Winner**

Moving on to the tiny microphone, I have to say that it sounds better than some of the other options we've tested. It's small and discreet, making it perfect for use in tight spaces or when you need a microphone that won't draw attention to itself. While it may not be the most glamorous option, this microphone is definitely worth considering if you're on a budget.

**The Echoing Microphone: A Fun but Flawed Option**

Our next microphone has a built-in echo feature, which can add a fun and unique sound to your audio. However, I have to admit that it's not the most effective option for capturing clear sound. The echo can sometimes make it difficult to hear what you're saying, especially when you start talking more softly or between words. Additionally, there is some kind of noise gate issue with this microphone, which removes the start and end of your words. This can be a real problem for content creators who need to focus on their message.

**The Noisegate Microphone: A Flawed but Affordable Option**

Speaking of noise gates, our next microphone has a similar issue. While it's one of the cheapest options available, I would advise against using it unless you're desperate. The noise gate can be quite aggressive, removing parts of your words and making it difficult to hear what you're saying. However, if you're on an extremely tight budget, this microphone might be worth considering.

**The Reverb Microphone: A Fun but Flawed Option**

Our final microphone is a soundboard with reverb capabilities, which can add a fun and unique sound to your audio. While the mic quality isn't the best, the mixer features are definitely something to play with. It's like having a whole studio in one device! However, be warned: this microphone may not be the most reliable option for capturing clear sound.

**The Mid-Range Microphone: A Surprising Winner**

After testing several microphones, I'm pleased to say that our mid-range microphone is definitely worth considering. It sounds better than many of the other options we tested and has a more professional quality to it. While it's not the cheapest option available, it's definitely an investment worth making if you want high-quality audio.

WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enthis is what getting scammed by wish.com looks like i can't blame them because the price of this was two dollars i have shotgun microphones usb mics even a very cheap lavalier mic and a bunch of other ones however the funniest thing so far is that i thought that this microphone that's it out of the plastic i thought that these ones were gonna be the same size in the box there is a wireless receiver and with that you can connect it to your pc now it does feel pretty crappy so i'm curious if it's gonna work the bottom part of the mic opens like this and then after putting batteries in there we go there is a green light okay so i tested the mic with only the usb and surprise surprise it didn't work however what did work was plugging in the receiver into the pc and then the aux cable to the microphone input okay so i connected everything it doesn't sound nearly as bad as i expected it does feel great to have a completely wireless microphone i didn't even mention the bad packaging on this ordering from visual seems to lower your standards now next we have a pretty interesting one because first of all the top of this microphone is huge and second of all the top here is completely taped i guess this is the wizard call me of giving you quality shipping protection the bottom of this package is just completely open now i can't seem to get it out so i guess this package is for the trash now it does come with a stand which is pretty useful and then this is a microphone with oh i don't really like this it's an xlr input and usually in my experience with budget microphones if this is the type of connection the microphone is probably going to be bad don't get me wrong xlr cables are amazing but the thing is with professional microphones the mic goes through an xlr cable to an audio interface and then to your pc however with these cables they just skip it and they just go from xlr to your mic input and usually there's a lot of noise and bad quality okay so i connected the microphone there we go it works i don't expect much from this microphone however sometimes you can be really surprised let's quickly listen to this ooh it definitely doesn't sound that bad now next i've got a really interesting mic to switch it up before we go on i want to thank the sponsor of today's video which is onto tv setting up your stream layout can be stressful but when owns complete graphic packs you'll be stream ready in no time not only do they have a huge library of completely animated graphic packs in every theme imaginable they also have a very popular emote tool where you can customize an avatar of yourself and then get some completely unique emotes for your stream this is their best selling service and i can completely understand why since having your own emotes is a great way to build your community being a designer to create customized high quality emotes is very expensive however with this tool it's easy and affordable entering my code tv and i checkout or using my link will slice 50 of the price so if you want a new graphic spec customize the modes or even customize badges then go to owned gg tvn or click the link in my description and don't forget to use my code tvn for 50 of your price now next i've got a really interesting mic to switch it up now usually this type of shotgun microphone is mostly used to connect to a camera however this one has two aux cables and i guess that one of them is to connect it to a computer now a huge advantage of a shotgun microphone like this is that it can be out of the frame and then still record you you could connect a mic like this to your pc pcna gaming or streaming setup but you can also connect it to a camera for example i just connected the microphone you are hearing it right now the windshield is awesome which is great for outside and lots of people use microphones like this for vlogging and just in general for on the fly stuff so let's see if we can take this off i'm pretty sure this is a straight copy of another shotgun microphone ah look at this rode video micro this is the exact product i mean they also give you a leather bag to put it in this is something rode also does this is from another road microphone you can see it on there now connecting it to your pc is going to be a bit tricky because well the cord is pretty short however just to test this i have one of these aux extension cords so i won't do it right now but let's say we taped the mic like this to the screen i will listen to this afterwards but i think the mic won't sound that bad now of course the closer it will be to your mouth the warmer it will sound i just listened to the test recording and when you use the mic on your camera for vlogging etc will be great however if you want to use it in a gaming setup or streaming setup there are much better mics out there now i didn't really introduce this microphone i just showed it in the intro and to be honest there's not much to say it comes in this right here so yeah now it is kind of weird because there's an aux input and also an output now this looks like a way to add another microphone here let's see if i can find it again it should be on this page somewhere ah here we go two dollars 20 000 people bought this and how on earth did i not remember that this was such a small microphone oh and it splits to the mic and to earbuds these are cheap speakers from virgil.com so i wanna test this double aux cable i'm gonna plug the microphone in the ipad and then the other side which should be for the output that i'm gonna connect to the speaker so i'm gonna take the camera and i'm gonna quickly take a video of me this is a test of this smallwhich.com microphone and if this microphone works it will have recorded me and it will also output the sound to these speakers let's see if it works this is a test of this so this is pretty interesting i can't seem to get this mic to work on my pc i'm probably doing something wrong by the way this looks ridiculous but hey it totally works and it's a fun gimmick so the next mic is well i have no idea i don't really recall which ones i ordered we've got a usb cable a pop filter a usb c converter oh then the microphone itself it's pretty heavy and there's two things more some kind of converter and then we have this which oh this is the heaviest stand i've ever held in my hand look at the inside of this it's like raw material so i guess we can screw this converter piece into the stand and then the microphone on top of that let's put on the pop filter when there's one thing more i guess this is to connect it to an iphone now to be honest i don't really know that much about what's possible with using microphones on a phone or on a tablet etc so i'm just going to plug it into my phone this is a test of the studio microphone it definitely worked and so in the box there also was usbc adapter so this mic can be used with a pc with an apple device and the most recent smartphones with a usb c port let's quickly do a test on the pc now the dial on top here is to add echo to your voice so i'm gonna turn it to the right i think it will be way too much follow me on twitter please i need it let's go back to normal now the next microphone has some wizard.com packaging again aka pretty much no protective packaging at all and now that i see it in real life i think i ordered the exact microphone for another video but that time it was on amazon now if i remember correctly the mic should be somewhere up here i think it was twenty dollars instead of seven on which by the way all of this gear here is for a giveaway and you will be able to enter it pretty soon you come in a bunch of microphones as you can see a bunch of rgb even some smart home products these are pretty cool stream deck stream graphics from the sponsor and it will start somewhere next week and i will be doing it on twitter so i will put my twitter name on the screen here i will also link it in the description if you want to enter the giveaway i suggest you follow me there by the way you can win three of these i think two of these not sure it is a hundred percent worth it the reason for the giveaway is that i recently reached 100 000 subscribers and so i contacted all brands i've ever worked with and i asked if they wanted to submit a product and a lot of them did let me check how much i paid for this microphone okay so apparently i paid 6.65 cents i definitely paid more for the amazon one now if i remember correctly it didn't sound that good but let's check it out hello hello hello the mic should be connected and just like with some other of these microphones it was an aux cable i'd much rather have a usb connection however lots of these cheaper microphones don't use that ooh this is a bad microphone now next we have a professional voice over microphone let's see how professional this is oh it's not as light as i expected but the bottom here is completely plastic actually i don't think that's that weird look at this i'll have to zoom in a lot for you to see but there's a smiley face on the top of the mic here this microphone looks a lot like the first one i ever bought yeah this is a nostalgic moment i must have been about 13 years old and i wanted to make call of duty zombie videos so with the time books i had in my pocket bag done i went to the store i bought this microphone and then i went home and i stayed up all night making call of duty tutorials i think it was on how to get the skull with the blue eyes i'm not sure but this mic definitely made me think of that hello hello hello this is a test of the wish.com microphone let me move closer there is a mute button on the bottom i paid 6.65 i guess if it works that's already a win okay so i just listened to the mic there's some kind of weird noise gate on it it also gives a beeping phone while you're talking so this mic is very much garbage and even for six dollars it's not worth it now this is the biggest box i ordered so my expectations are pretty high oops wrong side a pop filter oh again one of those xlr two aux converters that doesn't predict anything good what is this it's some kind of control deck is this an audio whoa look at this it's like a complete mixer there's also buttons on it like lav crow cat call gun oh no debut minions i gotta say this does feel pretty sturdy and professional it probably isn't but we're gonna have to test it out we also have a big pop filter three types of cables i guess this is all for the mixer this is to connect the mic arm to your desk and this is the mic arm itself feels pretty decent like most of the microphones that come with these cheap mics by the way if you're interested you can buy a budget microphone like this for around 10 to 12 on amazon this here is a microphone so it looks like all of these budget xlr microphones and i think i even have a pretty similar one if i'm not wrong it's gonna be this one let me check out the mic itself there we go it's just the same mic well kind of the same mic to be honest this feels much cheaper and i'm pretty sure there's huge facilities in china or something and that a lot of companies get the same mics from those facilities and then just make their own mic with it my neighbors have a costume store and most of the stuff gets produced in china and they often talk about when they visit their suppliers there's these huge villages with factories small and big apparently lots of those work together where one factory makes a base model of something and then all the other ones make their own variation and i think that's pretty much what happens with these type of microphones that you find on amazon or on wish because as you can see pretty much all of them look exactly the same i've reviewed other similar microphones and i guess that pretty much what they do is adding another connection to it maybe adding a chip inside to make it better and then replacing or recoloring the top however it is still worth checking out all the variations because all of these companies are doing different things with it for example the pseudotech st800 is a mic i've talked to a lot about on the channel and that microphone sounds so much better than this one for example even though it looks like it's very similar and i think the reason for that is that they added their own chip to it now to be honest i'm not sure if you can see it but this mic is completely crooked if you put them side by side you can definitely see it but yeah let's unbox this mic after this let's first check out what we've got more so this is a shock mount this is very useful to counter vibrations because otherwise if you have a cheap microphone arm and it's connected to your desk and if for example you touch your desk or something falls on it and any vibrations of the desk will travel through the microphone arm to your microphone now i just figured out how to turn this on but as you can hear there's auto tune and i can't seem to turn it off so i could just sing and it would sound weird okay i think i turned it off you can also add reverb with this knob these sound effects are so cheeky ladies and gentlemen welcome to my first stand-up show welcome welcome welcome i'm so happy everyone is here because i suck at jokes installing a mic like this is very easy you just attach this clamp to your desk you loosen the screw and you shove in the microphone arm and you can just bring this down shove the microphone in the shock mount connect the shock mount to the arm then you put the pop filter on top of that and then you can connect the xlr cable again so as you can see a great package however i already listened to some samples of this microphone and it doesn't sound tank especially not for the price i have to be fair the price was 29 a microphone arm like this on its own costs 15 already you're paying about 14 for the microphone there's other options like the 5k 69b that might cost about 25 it stands on your desk but it sounds amazing for the price by the way that 500 mic will also be linked in the description probably together with some other great budget options now there's really no point going over everything that's inside this box since most of the stuff is just the same thing as the other mic for example the pop filter the same shock mount same crappy xl or two aux cable however we are getting this instead of the big mixer from the previous mic so yeah let's see what this is it's just a pretty simple audio interface and because of the adapter we can go from xlr to aux and then this way to usb so yeah usb microphone that's probably gonna be crappy and as i said same stuff besides that now i don't expect anything good from this microphone but let's test it we might get surprised hello hello that's test this is a test oh this microphone has some kind of beep now as i said before these are just very scuffed packages if i would connect this microphone with the xlr input to a real audio interface it would probably sound better absolutely compared to like xlr through aux and then like this to my input to usb and onto the pc it's just really crappy and most of the time there are much better options out there than these golden microphones so we have three mics left now these are pretty similar however this is a special one now let's unbox these ones first oh this has better packaging than the other ones i have no idea what this is this will be the stand of the mic it feels pretty sturdy better than other ones oh and this is something i like to see this is a usb microphone not one of those with the xlr cable and then the aux etc and this feels like a decent mic let me check how much i paid for it 26 so 26 that's around the price point of a budget microphone so i'm absolutely looking forward to testing it i still don't know what this metal piece is for oh it's to hold the pop filter so we attach the shock mount to the stand now we slide the microphone through it and then this is it by the way i totally ordered the black one i guess that's what you got with wiz.com and so now you got to screw this here in the pop filter and slide it through this i guess we gotta unscrew this to make it slide through and then after positioning it we can just tighten this i gotta say this definitely was a more premium experience than some of the other mics look this is the microphone i bought i could choose between the silver one and then the black one the black one is more expensive so that explains why i went with silver one person bought this there's a very good chance this is me now i feel like this here is a budget version of this mic let me quickly get it out of the package here oh this feels extremely crappy pure hollow plastic sound now the last mic i have here is a lavalier mic and that's the type of mic i'm using to film this video i only learned about this type of microphone when i started film production you just connected there and they are just always being recorded so it's time to test all of these microphones back to back so you can clearly hear the difference between them this lavalier mic is the first one will test you usually connect right here this is also where my lavalier mic is taped under my clothes maybe a bit higher and then this is how it would sound now this lavalier mic was around two dollars compared to mine under my clothes which was around 130 so although it's cool to have i don't think you should buy it for the quality then this was the first microphone we tested first of all it sounds better than half of the other microphones and second of all it is wireless so that's pretty cool now i do have to mention that i'm applying noise reduction to this because there's some static sound you can hear it very clear however adding noise reduction to a microphone sound is really easy both in post production and live on stream or something then next we have the second microphone we tested and i think this one was also better than most of the other microphones now i want to repeat this again with any microphone if you move it closer to your mouth it will always sound better as you can see if you go from further away and you move it closer to your mouth it makes a huge difference however even when it's just standing on your desk definitely better than a bunch of the other options then next there is this shotgun microphone which was a straight copy of the rode mic it was perfect for using outside i'll quickly play a clip i just connected the microphone you are hearing it right now if i put it on my monitor you will hear a lot of echo however if you can connect it outside of the frame but still pretty close to your mouth it sounds decent outside it will always sound better because there's less echo now another mic that was part of the test how could we forget this tiny microphone and i've listened to some samples of it and i kind of have to say that it sounds better than some of the other microphones this is just a fun kind of great purchase and then next we have which might be one of the best microphones from this video here this is also the one that had the echo as you can see i'm moving it up now this is the maximum amount okay let's set it back to zero and the only thing i don't really like about this microphone is that there's some kind of noise gate i'll make a static sound and you'll hear when you start talking more quietly or even between where's the microphone it's kind of trying to cut out but besides that it sounds amazing and as you can see very warm when i put it closer to my mouth now this is one of the cheapest microphones from this test this is the type of microphone that makes you scared to plug it into your pc because now the chinese government might have access to all your files this mic plus shipping costs will be 10 or 15 if that's your maximum budget then go to a local store buy a microphone there that's 10 or 15 dollars and it will definitely be better than this one now this microphone has the same type of problem that some of the other ones have it's trying so hard to cut out the background noise that it ends up removing the start and the end of your own words i'm not sure if you can turn it off i checked in the windows settings for the microphone i couldn't but this is a real downside for some of the microphones and then now my favorite microphone from this video one every joke your mom okay so this was also the microphone that had the reverb this is the maximum reverb obviously the mic quality of this isn't that good but this sound board here and then the mixer capabilities i mean this is kind of a fun microphone i think it was around 25 dollars i'll put it on the screen this is a lot of fun and then next we have this one which is pretty similar to the previous one however this one costed 39 now if you're gonna pay this amount for a microphone there are legit brand options on the market those will be more official microphones they will sound better again a bunch of them will be linked in the description and i would like to remind you that there is a giveaway that's going to be starting pretty soon with a lot of stream gear i mentioned it before if you want to get notified when it starts i will put my twitter handle on the screen again you can also find the link to my twitter in the description and yeah just follow me there the giveaway will be starting in about a week by the way i listened to a test of this microphone and this sounds better than most of the other ones we've tested i also think it was the most expensive one let me check oh it wasn't this mic was 26 dollars so yeah and then this is the last microphone now it looks and feels worse than it sounds but i still wouldn't recommend buying this microphone now what i would recommend is checking out one of these two playlists one of them has a lot of microphone comparisons and then the other one is where i build all my setups thank you so much for watching like the video if you enjoyed it subscribe for more content like this don't forget to follow me on twitter to enter the giveaway when it starts and i hope i will see you in my next video have a nice daythis is what getting scammed by wish.com looks like i can't blame them because the price of this was two dollars i have shotgun microphones usb mics even a very cheap lavalier mic and a bunch of other ones however the funniest thing so far is that test of the wish.com microphone let me move closer there is a mute button on the bottom i paid 6.65 i guess if it works that's already a win okay so i just listened to the mic there's some kind of weird noise gate on it it also gives a beeping phone while you're talking so this mic is very much garbage and even for six dollars it's not worth it now this is the biggest box i ordered so my expectations are pretty high oops wrong side a pop filter oh again one of those xlr two aux converters that doesn't predict anything good what is this it's some kind of control deck is this an audio whoa look at this it's like a complete mixer there's also buttons on it like lav crow cat call gun oh no debut minions i gotta say this does feel pretty sturdy and professional it probably isn't but we're gonna have to test it out we also have a big pop filter three types of cables i guess this is all for the mixer this is to connect the mic arm to your desk and this is the mic arm itself feels pretty decent like most of the microphones that come with these cheap mics by the way if you're interested you can buy a budget microphone like this for around 10 to 12 on amazon this here is a microphone so it looks like all of these budget xlr microphones and i think i even have a pretty similar one if i'm not wrong it's gonna be this one let me check out the mic itself there we go it's just the same mic well kind of the same mic to be honest this feels much cheaper and i'm pretty sure there's huge facilities in china or something and that a lot of companies get the same mics from those facilities and then just make their own mic with it my neighbors have a costume store and most of the stuff gets produced in china and they often talk about when they visit their suppliers there's these huge villages with factories small and big apparently lots of those work together where one factory makes a base model of something and then all the other ones make their own variation and i think that's pretty much what happens with these type of microphones that you find on amazon or on wish because as you can see pretty much all of them look exactly the same i've reviewed other similar microphones and i guess that pretty much what they do is adding another connection to it maybe adding a chip inside to make it better and then replacing or recoloring the top however it is still worth checking out all the variations because all of these companies are doing different things with it for example the pseudotech st800 is a mic i've talked to a lot about on the channel and that microphone sounds so much better than this one for example even though it looks like it's very similar and i think the reason for that is that they added their own chip to it now to be honest i'm not sure if you can see it but this mic is completely crooked if you put them side by side you can definitely see it but yeah let's unbox this mic after this let's first check out what we've got more so this is a shock mount this is very useful to counter vibrations because otherwise if you have a cheap microphone arm and it's connected to your desk and if for example you touch your desk or something falls on it and any vibrations of the desk will travel through the microphone arm to your microphone now i just figured out how to turn this on but as you can hear there's auto tune and i can't seem to turn it off so i could just sing and it would sound weird okay i think i turned it off you can also add reverb with this knob these sound effects are so cheeky ladies and gentlemen welcome to my first stand-up show welcome welcome welcome i'm so happy everyone is here because i suck at jokes installing a mic like this is very easy you just attach this clamp to your desk you loosen the screw and you shove in the microphone arm and you can just bring this down shove the microphone in the shock mount connect the shock mount to the arm then you put the pop filter on top of that and then you can connect the xlr cable again so as you can see a great package however i already listened to some samples of this microphone and it doesn't sound tank especially not for the price i have to be fair the price was 29 a microphone arm like this on its own costs 15 already you're paying about 14 for the microphone there's other options like the 5k 69b that might cost about 25 it stands on your desk but it sounds amazing for the price by the way that 500 mic will also be linked in the description probably together with some other great budget options now there's really no point going over everything that's inside this box since most of the stuff is just the same thing as the other mic for example the pop filter the same shock mount same crappy xl or two aux cable however we are getting this instead of the big mixer from the previous mic so yeah let's see what this is it's just a pretty simple audio interface and because of the adapter we can go from xlr to aux and then this way to usb so yeah usb microphone that's probably gonna be crappy and as i said same stuff besides that now i don't expect anything good from this microphone but let's test it we might get surprised hello hello that's test this is a test oh this microphone has some kind of beep now as i said before these are just very scuffed packages if i would connect this microphone with the xlr input to a real audio interface it would probably sound better absolutely compared to like xlr through aux and then like this to my input to usb and onto the pc it's just really crappy and most of the time there are much better options out there than these golden microphones so we have three mics left now these are pretty similar however this is a special one now let's unbox these ones first oh this has better packaging than the other ones i have no idea what this is this will be the stand of the mic it feels pretty sturdy better than other ones oh and this is something i like to see this is a usb microphone not one of those with the xlr cable and then the aux etc and this feels like a decent mic let me check how much i paid for it 26 so 26 that's around the price point of a budget microphone so i'm absolutely looking forward to testing it i still don't know what this metal piece is for oh it's to hold the pop filter so we attach the shock mount to the stand now we slide the microphone through it and then this is it by the way i totally ordered the black one i guess that's what you got with wiz.com and so now you got to screw this here in the pop filter and slide it through this i guess we gotta unscrew this to make it slide through and then after positioning it we can just tighten this i gotta say this definitely was a more premium experience than some of the other mics look this is the microphone i bought i could choose between the silver one and then the black one the black one is more expensive so that explains why i went with silver one person bought this there's a very good chance this is me now i feel like this here is a budget version of this mic let me quickly get it out of the package here oh this feels extremely crappy pure hollow plastic sound now the last mic i have here is a lavalier mic and that's the type of mic i'm using to film this video i only learned about this type of microphone when i started film production you just connected there and they are just always being recorded so it's time to test all of these microphones back to back so you can clearly hear the difference between them this lavalier mic is the first one will test you usually connect right here this is also where my lavalier mic is taped under my clothes maybe a bit higher and then this is how it would sound now this lavalier mic was around two dollars compared to mine under my clothes which was around 130 so although it's cool to have i don't think you should buy it for the quality then this was the first microphone we tested first of all it sounds better than half of the other microphones and second of all it is wireless so that's pretty cool now i do have to mention that i'm applying noise reduction to this because there's some static sound you can hear it very clear however adding noise reduction to a microphone sound is really easy both in post production and live on stream or something then next we have the second microphone we tested and i think this one was also better than most of the other microphones now i want to repeat this again with any microphone if you move it closer to your mouth it will always sound better as you can see if you go from further away and you move it closer to your mouth it makes a huge difference however even when it's just standing on your desk definitely better than a bunch of the other options then next there is this shotgun microphone which was a straight copy of the rode mic it was perfect for using outside i'll quickly play a clip i just connected the microphone you are hearing it right now if i put it on my monitor you will hear a lot of echo however if you can connect it outside of the frame but still pretty close to your mouth it sounds decent outside it will always sound better because there's less echo now another mic that was part of the test how could we forget this tiny microphone and i've listened to some samples of it and i kind of have to say that it sounds better than some of the other microphones this is just a fun kind of great purchase and then next we have which might be one of the best microphones from this video here this is also the one that had the echo as you can see i'm moving it up now this is the maximum amount okay let's set it back to zero and the only thing i don't really like about this microphone is that there's some kind of noise gate i'll make a static sound and you'll hear when you start talking more quietly or even between where's the microphone it's kind of trying to cut out but besides that it sounds amazing and as you can see very warm when i put it closer to my mouth now this is one of the cheapest microphones from this test this is the type of microphone that makes you scared to plug it into your pc because now the chinese government might have access to all your files this mic plus shipping costs will be 10 or 15 if that's your maximum budget then go to a local store buy a microphone there that's 10 or 15 dollars and it will definitely be better than this one now this microphone has the same type of problem that some of the other ones have it's trying so hard to cut out the background noise that it ends up removing the start and the end of your own words i'm not sure if you can turn it off i checked in the windows settings for the microphone i couldn't but this is a real downside for some of the microphones and then now my favorite microphone from this video one every joke your mom okay so this was also the microphone that had the reverb this is the maximum reverb obviously the mic quality of this isn't that good but this sound board here and then the mixer capabilities i mean this is kind of a fun microphone i think it was around 25 dollars i'll put it on the screen this is a lot of fun and then next we have this one which is pretty similar to the previous one however this one costed 39 now if you're gonna pay this amount for a microphone there are legit brand options on the market those will be more official microphones they will sound better again a bunch of them will be linked in the description and i would like to remind you that there is a giveaway that's going to be starting pretty soon with a lot of stream gear i mentioned it before if you want to get notified when it starts i will put my twitter handle on the screen again you can also find the link to my twitter in the description and yeah just follow me there the giveaway will be starting in about a week by the way i listened to a test of this microphone and this sounds better than most of the other ones we've tested i also think it was the most expensive one let me check oh it wasn't this mic was 26 dollars so yeah and then this is the last microphone now it looks and feels worse than it sounds but i still wouldn't recommend buying this microphone now what i would recommend is checking out one of these two playlists one of them has a lot of microphone comparisons and then the other one is where i build all my setups thank you so much for watching like the video if you enjoyed it subscribe for more content like this don't forget to follow me on twitter to enter the giveaway when it starts and i hope i will see you in my next video have a nice day
